Property Ratings at Towers at Forest Acres
I have lived here for a little over a year. It’s very quiet, centrally located in the Columbia area and the neighbors are friendly. The staff is very helpful in resolving and responding to any questions or issues you may encounter. I am not accustomed to apartment living but this has to be one of the best available with some smart home capabilities, utilities included and pets allowed. WHERE THEY DO THAT AT?!!!

Poor management, poor living conditions, water leaks everywhere, smelly common areas such as the building hallways, unpainted walls. Folks, dont waste your money here!
