Property Ratings at Town Centre
Eagan seems to be slowly going downhill and there were incidents of theft and vandalism when I lived there from 2018-2020. Noise carries between apartments. There are extra charges for: Underground parking, storage areas, trash disposal, water, sewer and an administration fee to top it off. Appliances are old. Rent prices increase significantly on renewal and the advertised rates are usually for an 18 month lease- anything less has higher rates. Maintenance was quick to fix problems and the location is good.

We thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for acknowledging the hard work of our maintenance staff! We do want to assure you and any prospective resident that our rates both reflect and are competitive with the current state of the market. We sympathize with how an increase in rent can disrupt your quality of life, so we only do it after careful consideration and when absolutely necessary to adjust to market trends. We wish you the best in your life outside of Town Centre, and if there's anything we can do for you going forward please don't hesitate to reach out! Sincerely, The team at Town Centre
I lived in some pretty sketchy places over the years but this was by far the worst. I loved the location but that was it. The unit is probably 30 years old and that was the last time it was maintained. The appliances are ancient, the wall A/C is noisy and costly and the finishes and fixtures were picked by the Brady bunch. When some of my property want missing and I filed a police report the harassment started. Within a few weeks the office staff filed a counter complaint and I was evicted (thank God!) I never felt safe in my own home and even installed a security system (in a access controlled building.) The old saying that you get what you pay for couldn't be more true at the Town Centre.

Counting center has been a wonderful place to live. It is convenient to many of the major roads to the Twin Cities but yet has a quiet Neighborhood feel. The apartments are well sound proofed and a good place to relax at the end of your day. Management and maintenance staff have always been helpful, friendly and very approachable. Town center has done a great job during COVID-19 even hiring additional cleaning crews to come and sanitize common areas to include wiping down residence doors and door knobs in the hallways.

We love hearing from you! If you are happy, we are happy! -Town Centre Team
I have very bad experience with the move out. I did not get the clean apartment when i moved in. The carpet, oven, and dub was not clean at the time of move in and over all the apartment was not at all clean. When i moved out they charged for small wear and tear. I never faced this kind experience during the move out. Please be careful before making decision to rent a apartment here.
I recently moved here in feb and i am happy overall. Cons:We can hear the traffic and sound of neighbors but its not too loud and happens in every apartment. rent is a bit high, I have seen reviews saying they change huge amount for one month extension, hope they will keep it reasonable. Pros:Its a good mix of working professionals from different races. I would like to say Elzie and team are very prompt with maintenance requests. Its a good locality and everything you need is usually with in 2mi. In house washer and drier, paid heat and underground parking are a plus. I hope they will keep up the good work .
Me and my wife got into a bad car accident and moved back to our home town. was willing to give up security deposit plus a extra month of rent. they didn't even try to listen to our unforeseeable situation and send us a $4,000 bill and to collections soon after. extremely extremely rude once you sign the lease. new tenants beware!!!
Everything about this apartment is good but only one concern is it will be very good if they renovate. Everything in the kitchen, Bathroom, Bedrooms and A/C and Heaters are old model and All doors are old. This Apartment is located in the heart of the Eagan so it could be very good if they maintain with a little more care. Staff response is good but for maintenance orders it will take time to fix it. The residents in the roadside apartments will experience traffic noise throughout the day. The only way to avoid the noise is to keep close window doors and balcony doors. A very nice place to live with gym and swimming pool and heated car garage and In home laundry. If the management is little more well maintained this will become a fantastic place to live.
