Lenoir City sits just 25 miles southwest of Knoxville, and has a character all its own. Set along the shores of the Tennessee River, Lenoir City holds historic homes and a rich history for residents to experience. Settled in 1810 and incorporated nearly 100 years later, the city had a tumultuous past thanks to disagreements as to who settled it first. Today, it’s seen new developments and a large influx of residents, though it still remains quite small with a population hovering around 9,000.
Lenoir City’s mild climate makes it an ideal locale for those looking to settle outside a city, or somewhere with a rural feel that isn’t completely devoid of attractions. There are the requisite big-box stores and chains on the east side, but if you’re looking for local fare, Lee Highway houses a number of restaurants and cafes not far from the water.

Property Ratings at Town Creek Village
It's an okay place to live, however, they are raising prices here... But nothing is changing. There's a "playground" but it's pretty boring. And for the newer people moving in; they're getting new flooring and carpet; while the people that have been living here, are stuck with the orange-toned flooring. Also THE DOG POOP. The manager, Sam, is trying to tighten the reins on the poop outside because ppl don't pick up after their dogs, but it's everywhere. It would be nice if for the people that are going to renew their lease, they get new flooring and carpet and they get cameras or something to get proof of the ppl not picking up their dog's poop, and give them a violation. Positives! Sam, the manager, is great! And the two management people are awesome! It's not a bad place to live, BUT it could be better.
The two ladies that have ran this are both great! They treat my momma with all the respect and importance. She had a work order and the team was on site so fast! We love it here when we have visited and it's been a great home for mom. Her apartment is so cute too! Thanks guys!??
I lived here 7 years and never had any problems. The units are surprisingly spacious with plenty of closet space and large bedrooms. They went through a lot of maintenance people but that didn't really bother me since I never needed their assistance. The management was always kind and kept the grounds trimmed and neat. I sincerely miss living there!
I love my apartment and my landlord. It is close to the stores and dr. office,s. It is nice inside and a great view of the back. Some times you see deer,s and when it snows the scenery is beautiful. The sunset,s are so beautiful and put you at peace. The help here are very nice and helpful. Most of the people that live here are very quite and nice. Barbara Sutton Lenoir city Tn.
