Fort Sanders is named after a Civil War Union bastion that once stood near the center of town, and the neighborhood’s history runs deep. The Fort Sanders Historic District is filled with original Victorian-era houses and buildings, many named on the National Register of Historic Places. Love Living Here
The price is really exceptional for what you get out of the place. I have lived here for about a year now and haven't had any issues with infestations, plumbing, or electricity. Everything functions properly and it is a lovely little place with an interactive landlord and friendly neighbors. It is also a fun and interesting experience getting to live in the Fort!
