The Antelope Valley region sits in the northernmost stretches of Los Angeles County. Antelope Valley also constitutes the western portion of the Mojave Desert, located between the Tehachapi, Sierra Pelona, and San Gabriel Mountains, which all lend stunning mountain vistas to the rentals in the region.
Antelope Valley’s largest cities include Lancaster and Palmdale, in addition to a slew of smaller cities and towns that each boast their own unique identity and sense of character. The region’s more affordable cost of living draws plenty of Los Angeles area commuters who don’t mind a longer commute time.
The rental options are just as diverse as the region itself, with an array of apartments, condos, townhomes, and houses available for rent throughout Antelope Valley. Popular spots for outdoor recreation include Angeles National Forest and Castaic Lake State Recreation Area, as well as Greater Los Angeles’ renowned beaches, which are about a two-hour drive away.

We appreciate you for taking a moment to share these kind words about the community and our team! Thank you for continuing to be our neighbor!
Spacious apartment that allows pets and furnished with a washer/dryer at an affordable monthly rent compared to other apartments in the area. Although they don't have assigned parking, there is plenty of available covered parking spots on the property. I can't say for the other experiences, but I enjoyed my time there. Being an apartment complex, I guess I was lucky as my neighbors were quiet and friendly.

Thank you for the 5 stars! We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with Town Square Apartments! Have a great day!
Its impossible to get ahold of the office over the phone. Every time I go to the office for a showing the employees are at lunch.

We're sorry to hear you've been having trouble reaching us. Our leasing office can get very busy at times but, if you'd please leave us a voice message, we'll be sure to call you back ASAP. We hope to speak with you soon! Thank you, The Town Square Team
The good- The apt themselves are spacious. Decent pricing. All units have a washer and dryer. They just updated the thermostats to Nest so that’s cool. The bad- The gym is small, it’s literally just an elliptical and the both gym and pool are never open. Management is rude and have no bedside manner. If you call them they do not answer the phone and it’s almost impossible to get an email back from them. If you put a work order in it’s not completed in a timely fashion, you’ll have to constantly follow up to get them to put it in. The community is okay there’s usually not loud music or anything like that the only thing is the amount of smokers. You can’t walk to the mail box or open your window and balcony with out having to smell the stench of cigarettes.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're happy to hear you love the apartments here at Town Square! Good news! We have plans to update the gym in the future, so be on the lookout for that information! Our gym and pool are open from 10 AM - 8:30 PM every day. The best way to get in contact with our leasing office is any time in the morning either by phone or email at leasing1@renttownsquare.com. We do have a full-time, on-site maintenance team that responds to work orders within 72 hours if it is a non-emergency. If you have any other questions or concerns, do not hesitate to reach out to our community manager, Stacie. Resident satisfaction is our top priority! Sincerely, The Town Square Apartments Team
I loved living at Town square because of the price and the size of the unit. Also, I loved having a washing machine and dryer in my unit.however, the management was not flexible and unwilling to work with consumers. I have them rent on time for over 1 year, kept their unit clean , and I believe was a good tenant. However, they were unwilling to work with me. Corporate office also does not respond .

I am a current resident here at town square. The apartments look great from the outside and that's about it. I moved in because it was a great price for what you get and my place came with a washer and dryer. Anyway let me tell you about my experience. When i did my first walk through before i signed the lease we found live cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom. The ceiling fan wobbles vigorously when its turned on and one of the stove pieces doesnt burn at all. I was assured by management that it would all be fixed and taken care before i got moved in and they told me they are putting in work orders for the issues. I've been here for 3 months now and NOTHING has been aknowledged. The apartments and the community here is not bad at all. It's just the management of the complex that is the downside of living here. They will feed you lies and tell you anything to get you to move in and sign a lease. After that you never hear from them again. Also they leave the gates open at all times during the day AND night. Letting anyone who does not live at the complex to come and go as they please. Having the gates closed is a great source of security for the community here especially at night. But instead they just leave it open as if its not of concern to them. What's the point of having a gate if you're not going to use it? If the management here at Town Square wasn't so horrible this would be a great place to live.

Town square looks nice when you ride around (depending on what time of the day). The biggest problem I have had in this complex is with the pool. It's anywhere from 90 to 100 plus degrees in this city. The pool is either always dirty or locked!!!! I wish the spa worked toooo! It's to hot to not be able to swim at anytime. On the plus side I love that all units come with a washer and dryer!
I would have to say when I came to visit; it was worth coming to. The property is gated after the staff goes home so no one can come in uninvited. As you walk toward the leasing office, there's a sound system that welcomes you to your new home. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Since it was the weekend the kids were in the swimming pool and at the picnic tables hanging out. I saw a few pets walking around (on the leash of course) but no strays. The facility is on a dead in street about 2 blocks or so away from a park. As I was shown the apartment it was amazing - it smelled clean, paint job was on point (chocolate brown walls), the living room was a nice size that you could put sofa, lounge chair or loveseat and dining room set and still have plenty of room. The balcony was a nice size to put some furniture and a mini storage space out there as well. The kitchen wasn't to cramped and all the fixing came with it - plus a washer and dryer (which you don't see any place offering that!) The bedroom and closet (not a walk in) was large; it was having double closets put together, but I can't recall the closet space where you put towels/sheets etc. One thing I liked was, no extra money coming out for a parking space. Compared to a studio apt in Los Angeles the prices are around the same but you get the space for your money. The negative side, I would have to say, the community - a little challenging but if you can get over that I'm sure this would be a nice place to live once you got to know the neighbors. And if you work in the Valley or LA the ride could be overwhelming but there is the metro and bus service available.
