Onboarding to new apartment was smooth and the staff super helpful. End to end process did not take more than a day once we confirmed the house .
Only been here for a week but our apartment is in pretty good condition and when we needed help from maintenance they were in and out super quickly
Nice environment for living. Quite and peaceful but some of the staff has to improve their communication skills. Also time to time the trash can is full hard to throw our trash.
So far so good. I am a new resident here just moved here as of last week. It was a smooth transition from applying to finally moving in. Andrew was easy to work with and I am slowly but surely getting settled. The community so far is nice and quiet.
After staying at at TW at Hamden Hills for several months, I can proudly say that I would give the living situation here 5 stars! With a secure way to retrieve non-amazon packages, a friendly community, and very respectful staff, it is honestly great being here.
Town Walk is a great place to live. Cost, Location, amenities and for great for work, schools, shopping, eating out. recommend highly. A must look!
Everything is great here, the amenities are so great, apartments are clean, and all the neighbors are so nice! it really is a great place to live!
It's a natural environment, there are trails nearby, and a small pond on the premises. Mint Mobile doesn't have a signal. I've called for rescue staff during the day, and they came right away and solved the problem. There are many children and elderly couples, and residents are friendly so it is a very comfortable place to live.
Very easy move in process. Maintenance helped out with some minor issues like sink draining and broken blind panel. But apartment was very clean upon move in
Some of the communications of repaving were confusing and I wish it was better communicated or someone answered my email I sent, but it looks really nice now that it is done.
The condominium is always making new improvements, such as repaving the asphalt and cleaning the balconies. Whenever I needed to use the maintenance service, the employees were always very helpful and ready to help.
Everyone here is very nice and l love the community. I love how there are community events as well! It does feel like a some town inside a big town and I feel as everyone respects everyone!
Great place to live with kids, quiet neighborhood, close to everything, always clean, the amenities are well maintained and never crowded. The staff is always friendly and ready to help.

So far everything has been great! Very quiet and everyone is very nice and my dogs love to walk around the complex! The apartment can use updating but it’s clean and plenty of room
Our community has been pretty good!! The fire alarm has only been pulled twice within the last few months!! I have complained about my washer machine smelling…they came to clean it about 2-3 wks ago but it’s beginning to smell again!!! I think it has not been replaced in quite a few years!!! The maintenance staff are all wonderful & very helpful!!

Town Walk is always taken care of amenities, facilities and many kinds of events. Every year you changed something better for residents. We miss Town Walk, Hamden, Connecticut and U.S.. It was nice to live here, but they keep raising the fees. Also the parking situation is bad. Sometimes I can’t find a spot and it’s taken by non resident cars.

Recently moved into this apartment community and have nothing but great things to say. It is a calm and quiet area with amazing amenities and activities for community engagement. All staff I’ve met have been great and I love that the leasing office is open on a Saturday.

The maintenance team is responsive and addresses issues promptly. The amenities, like the gym and pool, are well-maintained and add value to the living experience. The apartment itself is spacious with a modern layout. Noise levels are generally low, although you can occasionally hear neighbors, which is expected in any apartment living situation. The management team is friendly and works to resolve any concerns that come up.

I really like living here. I have privacy, I feel safe, I have maintenance whenever I need it. Calm, peaceful, safe place. Laser spaces, such as the pool, gym, games room, barbecue area, are always organized and clean.

I love my apartment. The setup inside is perfect. However the parking is a nightmare. Some spaces are huge and other barely fit the car. Most of the time our parking lot is filled because tenants have their visitors park in our parking lot. It’s annoying when tenants can’t even park in front of their own building
Wouldn't recommend. If you want neighbors complaining over common apartment noises, have them key your car, along with speeding idiots practically running you over in the parking lot. This is the best place to go. Other than that, they love keeping up their "appearances". Only thing great is the maintenance staff is compared to other places I've lived before.
Best community ever! They are very generous and always have annual events to keep adults and kids entertained. There is always something new and inviting here, as well as the staff always being so helpful! Overall an amazing place to live.
