Towne Brooke Commons

It’s been more than 4 years for us living in this beautiful apartment complex in Brookfield and not a single problem we faced here . All thanks to Leno who is a very capable, understanding and helping person who is managing this whole place . The amenities are in great condition and my kids always have a great time enjoying swimming pool and gym. The apartment complex is very peaceful and very well managed. Whenever we have any issue related to anything , Leno makes sure to resolve it as soon as possible and to the utmost capacity. We love Towne Brook Commons !!

I have lived here for almost two years and I have had nothing short of an amazing experience. The community is great, grounds are always well maintained and beautiful. Leno and Carlos are quick to respond and fix any concern or problem. Also the area is perfect, close to everything you need and very safe.

I have lived here for a little over 2 years and absolutely love it. The complex itself is great - quiet, friendly neighbors, and the location is close to everything. Leno and Carlos are very accommodating and always quick to respond (even in the middle of the night). I had two different issues with my dishwasher and each time they got it fixed in no time at all. We recently moved into a two bedroom, two bathroom with an office space and have loved every moment! Leno and Carlos are quick to respond if you need something, and the neighbors are friendly. Bonus is that all of our windows are facing the woods for added privacy. An elevator is also available which is very helpful during move-in and when bringing in groceries.

The lack of response is truly appalling. I have reached out on numerous occasions to this property to inquire about your rentals. I've left phone messages and sent emails. No one has responded to me.

I have lived at Towne Brooke for over 6 years. The property is very well maintained. The pool and pool house are always a plus during the summer. I live in a large one bedroom that faces the woods. I love how spacious the apartment is, the walk-in closet and the fact that the area is very quiet. Leno and Carlos are always very attentive. Every time I needed something repaired or changed, they always addressed it quickly. Towne Brooke is centrally located; close to major shopping and I-84 (Yet feels very private and quiet). I love living here and highly recommend!

Needed a furnished apartment while construction was being done on my home. My Mom and I were there for 3 months. Leno and Carlos were very accommodating... always helpful and available to help. Pleasant atmosphere. Picturesque location. Quiet community. Everyone was really nice. Would recommend.

Townebrooke commons was an amazing experience! We have a dog in the back area hiking trails were incredible. I was suggest that anybody who likes great property management, great maintenance crews, incredible scenery in nature, and beautiful open floor plansMove into this beautiful apartment complex. I don’t just say all these things, I have lived in many apartment complexes before and this is by far the best one I’ve ever lived in. Especially with an amazing staff in Lenno and Carlos. Leno was a huge help in the process and made it very easy to get the ball rolling. People in the community are very friendly, each unit is very spacious and comfortable. This is our first apartment and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend to any couple or family! It has been a dream come true here.

Town Brooke Commons is a great place to live. The staff is very friendly and very amenable to anything that needs to be taken care of in the apartment. The pool is great! And the gym is great!! Leno is very very helpful and takes care of anything you need!

I spent 5 years at Towne Brooke and loved living there. The apartments are lovely, and the environment is peaceful and serene but close to everything on Federal Rd. The staff are so helpful and maintenance is quick and efficient. Would highly recommend to anyone looking in the area.

We lived here with our 2 kids for a short period of time and we enjoyed it very much. Leno was able to accommodate us when nobody else would. He went above and beyond and was always extremely helpful. If we had any needs they were handled efficiently. I would highly recommend these apartments - great location, high quality, and of course as I mentioned Leno was wonderful to work with!

I have been a resident here at Towne Brooke Commons since they opened , about 10 years ago. In that time I have lived in both buildings, first in a one bedroom by my self, and now with my daughter and her family in a 2 bedroom with a den . We have called this HOME, and for all the right reasons. The maintenance, personal service and concern by management has made this the right fit for us. We enjoyed having my daughters baby shower here on the grounds in the clubhouse. And once again, Leno made everything work, for us and our guests. If you are thinking "HOME" then think of Towne Brooke Commons. Not just for you, but also for your fur babies.

There is one leasing manager in the world who deserves daily recognition for his consistently-superior performance and his name is LENO at Towne Brooke Commons. As a renter, you have "things" requiring attention on a daily basis; some tenants are more demanding than others. Leno treats each maintenance issue, regardless of its size or scope, with the utmost respect and meticulous follow up. On a personal basis, he is ALWAYS of good cheer while carrying out a variety of responsibilities. His remarkable qualities give Towne Brooke Commons a unique IDENTITY, differentiating it from the run-of-the-mill properties in the area. Having owned a successful staffing service in NYC for some 40 years, I am a highly-selective, highly critical judge of character and performance. If he were on my payroll, LENO would be rated as someone who exceeds all expectations!

I lived in the Towne Brook Commons for the past year (March 2018-March 2019) while working at Danbury hospital for medical school. Over the course of the year, I had many small problems come up including: creeky doors, bugs in the apartment, plumbing issues, internet not working, lights going out, fridge issues, you name it! All it took was one quick email to Leno and not only would he have it taken care of, he would follow up after to make sure things were done effectively and promptly. The parking lot would be cleaned up right away when there was snow, and I always felt welcomed by Leno if I had issues with my apartment, my living situation, noise complaints, etc. The facilities are well kept and top notch - during the summer it is very nice to hang out by the pool and club house. Leno's personal touch of getting to know you makes you feel very welcome and heard. Would absolutely recommend staying & living here! It is also a great location if you are into being active/healthy. Things that are within a five minute drive and worth checking out: -The YMCA in Brookfield: great options of classes, weights and pickup basketball all at a reasonable price -Cadigan Park: outdoor park with 2 football fields, tennis court, basketball court and walk way - great place to be during the summer -Echo Bay Marina: great place to watch sunsets or get out on a boat -Manipura Yoga: Hot yoga studio that has different types of classes - pretty challenging and great for more experienced yogis! -Shop Rite: Grocery store that is very close to the apartment complex -Hummus & Pita Company: 2 minute drive from the apartment - AMAZING Mediterranean food

Though my family and I have only been here a short while, everyone is friendly and I feel safe and at home. Excellent for dog lovers and site seeing. They are always there to assist whenever you need and its kid friendly too!

After the most recent snow we had, we had the best snow removal and clean up yet! In a timely manner and most of all safe. The entry and parking lot were clear and prepared for residents to get to and from the parking lot safely. As it warmed up enough to melt some areas,the areas that needed to be prepared for ice in the am were deiced properly. Family friendly

Another beautiful snowy morning here in Brookfield. So thankful that I was able to enjoy the lovely view from my window and still get to work on time after timely plowing. People are so nice here and it's so convenient for running errands. Pet and kid friendly too!

I went to this Towne Brooke Commons community to see a unit for a possible future home, I met Leno he was very nice, respectful, and informative. I’m looking forward to hearing from Leno when the unit I’m looking for becomes available!

We moved into Towne Brooke Commons in December and since then we've been saying how happy we are to be in our first apartment here. Leno, the property manager, is helpful and patient and the complex is safe and easy to get to anything you need (shopping, entertainment and highway). The complex itself has clean gym facilities and great clubhouse, which we've already used for a family party. Units are quiet and neighbors are friendly. We can't wait for the warmer weather to enjoy everything else TBC has to offer as well!

When we lost our home to a tornado in May, Leno quickly found us a 1 bedroom apartment fully furnished. When we realized we needed more space, he found us a 2 Bedroom and took his day off to help us move. He has been the biggest help to our family! In addition, we enjoyed staying at this apartment complex because of the friendly people. I would highly recommend living here!

TBC was the first place my now husband and I ever had together. We have been here for almost two years and have enjoyed every second of it. From day one Leno, the Property Manager has been nothing but genuine and helpful. Whether it was in the middle of summer or the dead of winter he was always willing to help any issue we were having. The neighbors are great and the amenities such as the fitness center and pool are just an added bonus! Location wise it is super close to shopping centers and the highway making everything very convenient. The only reason my husband and I are leaving is due to buying a home closer to my new job. TBC will always have a special place in my heart and I will miss everything there dearly! Best, AT

Apartment manager is so helpful and loved our time here. Only reason we are leaving is we purchased a house. I’d definitely recommend Towne Brooke Commons to anyone looking for a quiet place with lots of amenities included.

I lived here for about three years and I really enjoyed it. Living alone, I needed a place where I would feel safe and I have always felt safe living here, no sketchy people walking around or strange people coming and going. Leno has always been amazing and he’s so personable and really gets to know you. He’s also very helpful when there’s a problem or during the winter when plowing, parking, Snow can be a big issue. All in all, if I was still living in CT, I would still be living here. The only issue I have is I wish it was a non-smoking apartment.

I was recently looking at apartments in Brookfield/Danbury. Towne Brooke Commons was by far my first choice. It is obvious that the property is well maintained. Leno took me on a tour, I was impressed at the facility. Dealing directly with the property manager, you will not get this kind of service any where else. We moved in about a month ago and absolutely love our place. The apartment is amazing, perfect space for the two of us. The apartmanet was in a perfectly clean condition when we moved in. They really work hard on making sure that their tenants are happy. The building is in a great location. The place is run great, it’s clean and very nice. If you need anything the manager Leno will get it done right away. Leno is a very professional and caring man and we are very happy to live here and know if we ever need any service with our place Leno will always get it doner right away!

Have completed a rental period at Towne Brooke. The physical apt was roomy, clean, bright and took minimal time to make my home. The management group resonpsible for its operation was professional, courteous, involved with the building and Towne Brooke community. Both the General manager and maintenance crew were on premises, constantly monitoring the quality of the buildings/apts and grounds. On the instances I needed work done in my unit, the maintenancre crew arrived promptly, kept the unit clean during the work and respected the times when I was in the unit. This is a direct result of the Office management ensuring the integrity of the Complex operations. Overall, a really good experience and I would highly recommend renting in this complex. My highest compliments to Leno and the rest of the folks at Towne Brooke.

I've been at Towne Brooke for almost a year now and I love it. It's very quiet and peaceful, it sits near a nature preserve in the back of the building but also in a great location where your near everything. Leno the property manager is very nice and helpful when you have questions. I also like that it has garage parking which was awesome this past winter. Definitely a good find! I'm very happy here.

I am a first-time renter after only having lived with family after college. My husband and I absolutely love Towne Brooke! The landscaping is kept up meticulously, the layout of our apartment is perfect, and the views from the rear of our building are outstanding. My in-laws often comment on how envious they are of our "perfect" living situation. We had planned to rent for a year, then purchase, but have chosen to re-up our lease for at least another year. Knowing what a beauty we've got really helps us justify waiting to purchase as we save for our dream home.

The apartment complex itself is beautiful with beautiful landscaping. The apartment layouts are ideal and very friendly community. The management staff and Leno in particular is absolutely amazing! During the devastating storm, Leno did everything for our community and I am very grateful to be a part of this apartment complex. I would recommend this apartment to everyone and anyone.

I moved my family here (3 yrs. ago) to this beautifully maintained, pet friendly community. It’s most reassuring that Leno has been extremely attentive to meeting tenant needs w/ work orders, & following up to ensure all is ok! Whether during snowstorms, or the latest macroburst, Leno is also visible, working hard with professionalism, and his warm welcoming nature... Leno goes the extra mile to help!! Office staff polite, professional. Highly Recommend living here.

Leno is amazing! :) Very friendly & takes good care of his tenants too! Takes good care of the property in a timely manner, and also did a great job during the Macroburst storm making sure we were taken care of (tried to make sure halls were kept lit while we had no power, and had water bottles in the club house). Also decorates very beautifully during the holidays too! Leno helps make TBC an amazing place to live.

We are sure there are options out there to choose apartments and communities from. But what stood out great during our period at Towne Brooke commons was the prompt, diligent and personal attention which the property manager – Leno and maintenance supervisor – Kevin have given to the questions, concerns and issues that have come up. It is always given that living in apartment community, maintenance issues do come-up. But what always stands out is how well issues were take care how comfortable the period of stay was. I wish them good luck to continue the good work.

I’m going on my fourth year here as of March 2018. I have to say that Leno and Kevin are tops at making this community a home. The grounds are always clean and they take great pride in their achievements. Whenever entering the building you feel as if you’re visiting a fine hotel but it’s your home! The best thing is that maintenance requests and suggestions for improvements are always a top priority. You won’t be disappointed living here!

I’m beginning my second year here and have to say I’m thrilled to be here. The grounds are very clean, the apartments are quiet, the neighbors are friendly. Leno and Kevin are amazing at keeping eveything beautiful and running smoothly. I don’t know how they do it. Things are fixed very promptly and everything is well lit and safe. And it’s convienient to everything on Federal Rd. A great place to live!

Leno and Kevin are fantastic at keeping things running smoothly. The residents were friendly and facilities are pet friendly!! We had a relatively short stay but loved out time there. The buildings are immaculate as well. Definitely recommend!

Such a great community! As a first time renter this experience has been amazing. Between the property manager, maintenance staff, and neighbors I'm amazed at how welcoming everyone has been. The amenities are a huge plus. Feeling safe and secure is also a huge plus!
