Located on the Wachusett Reservoir about 45 miles west of Boston, Clinton offers great beauty (stroll along the Wachusett Dam and see the town from the observation area), amazing history (Clinton dates back to 1654), and a fantastic location -- in addition to Boston, the city is within easy reach of Worcester, just 14 miles southwest; Springfield, 62 miles southeast; and Providence, Rhode Island, about 53 miles south. Other easily accessible destinations include Plymouth's history and beaches, roughly an hour away, and Martha's Vineyard, a two-hour drive.
Clinton was part of Lancaster, settled around 1654. In 1828, the Bigelow brothers arrived and transformed the small community into a manufacturing hub -- Erastus Bigelow invented the power loom, and the town quickly became known for textiles.

Imagine walking out your front door and finding yourself in a quiet and peaceful area that’s less than 5 minutes from down town that’s filled with restaurants, a cute little park and it's own little movie theater. This apartment complex is conveniently tucked away from the busyness down town but located close enough to even walk to the town center. This complex is very reasonably priced and allows pets without having to pay a pet rent. The facility has a laundry room in every building and nice pool with a sun deck. The property manger is friendly and knowledgeable. The maintenance staff is so nice and efficient you very seldom wait to have your requests handled. You won’t regret applying to Towne Lyne Village Apartments.
Very nice well kept complex, nice neighbors and well managed
I looked at this place online and visited, unfortunately they didn't have an apartment open for when I needed it so I moved into another one of their complexes. However the staff is very friendly and helpful I would absolutely look into moving into this complex in the future.
