Towne Nashville

We are loving it here so far!! Staff is friendly and helpful, and amenities like gym & courtyard firepit are such a plus for us. Also, being close to everything..but not right in the middle of the chaos is nice too!! :)

Great Place to Live! Staff is very helpful. They put on events all the time. It has a real sense of community! The pool is awesome for the summer as well! 100% recommend!

I love this community. My apartment unit is spacious and has great amenities and staff. And the best thing is that the units are affordable and in a central location to everything!

I just moved in but so far it’s been INCREDIBLE!!! Especially compared to where I was before. I won’t be moving out anytime soon! Absolutely love it here!!!

Good location walking distance to everything in Germantown. Apartment is pretty quiet and has a nice courtyard and pool. Staff is very helpful

The community is very friendly and helpful. I feel very safe at the property because all of the locks at each entrance. I haven’t been here long but so far it has been good

Great place to live! Close to downtown without being part of the craziness. Close to a lot of of great bars and restaurants. Only downside is a lot of homeless around Begging at your car when you leave.

Very helpful office staff with information and help. Love how they keep stuff clean. Also the office smells tremendous wish I could get that scent in my unit

I really enjoy living at Towne! Plenty of amenities and extras, which is perfect for someone relocating like myself. Towne Nashville is definitely one you need to have on your list when searching for a place to call home.

Great check in and staff they were very helpful and showed us all the amenities and all the place had to offer . They answered any question and kimani was great along with all the other office staff !

I love the building and the amenities. My apartment faces a busy street, so cars are constantly driving by and I can hear them at all hours.

We’ve had very minimal issues after being at Towne a little over a year now. The Apartment Life hosts are awesome and always have something fun going on in the building at least once a month. Would definitely recommend a friend or family to check it out.

The Towne is a very clean apartment building! The maintenance crew is very quick to help with whatever small thing may go wrong! I have lived here for a couple months and have loved it

I absolutely love living here. My apartment unit is incredibly spacious and the amenities are fantastic, especially since it's dog-friendly. While the location could be improved, I'm overall quite satisfied with my experience.

The management team of the property does a great job at supporting the people who live here along with keeping the place clean and tidy. They are also quick to fulfill service requests.

It was a really nice experience! The staff is nice. I love the pool and the events that they have. The garage for parking is the only thing that could be tricky but other than that great experience.

Living here has been great all the neighbors are nice and the amenities are awesome. I love the sky lounge and the pool! I also visit the grills quite frequently.

The apartment is very nice! Maintenance is always quick and friendly. I would recommend living on a higher floor due to the road noise, but it's a good area overall!

Around the building is not the best. Most delivery services struggle to get to the unit. Mail room is unorganized. Clean, friendly maintenance staff, easy parking, nice gym, laid back community vibes.

So far I am loving my new residency here at Towne's Nashville. I had a great move in. Thanks to the leasing office for being super helpful when I needed them.

I moved into Towne Nashville a little under 2 months ago. So far my experience here has been amazing. I moved from out of state and the process was truly seamless. From my first tour, to constantly calling the leasing office with questions, to receiving my keys every member of the leasing team has been patient , understanding , and kind. I fell in love with these apartments the moment I saw them and am still in love. The complex is clean, tidy, and gorgeous. The amenities are amazing , one of my favorite is the sky lounge as I study up there. I hope I continue to have an excellent experience here!

Renewed my lease this month and have no regrets. Still loving my apartment and made a couple of good friends :) would recommend to anyone looking to move to the neighborhood.

Been here almost 1 month. Love my spot, not a huge fan of the office staff. Maintenance guys are always on it, almost as if they are waiting on you to put a maintenance ticket in. Prompt response and just cool dudes in general. The package system is awful. Very very very disorganized

love living at Towne!! amenities are top notch and my floor plan is literally perfect. nothing to complain about and the residents/leasing team are all great, truly.

Move in day, keys didn’t work. Fast forward to 6 days later. They still didn’t work, nor did the parking pass to access the garage. I work out of state so the keys weren’t a big deal right away. However, they were never handled. 6 days later, I got home 25 minutes before the office was supposed to close. They were already closed. I had to wait next to the door and wait for another resident for access to my own apartment complex. Luckily I was able to open my apartment door with the app on my phone. The keys and parking passes were handled correctly the next day after I went into the office. 12 days later, my check for first months rent still hasn’t been applied to my account. Emails haven’t been replied to. Very hard to get in contact with anyone through email or get anything done over the phone. Renters insurance policy also hasn’t been put into the system. I’ve lived in 7 different apartment complexes and have never been as disappointed as I am with Towne.

I love living at Towne Nashville! The community is so welcoming and I've made so many friends in the building since moving in. Everyone is excited to make it more than just a place to live - it's our home!

just moved in to Towne and love the apartment! Very spacious and homey feeling with very nice amenities. The only issues have been with getting things set up over the weekend (ex keys) but staff said they would fix it Monday.

I love living here, it’s beautiful with many amenities and it’s super clean. The only thing I strongly dislike is how loud the apartment is above me. Some people really need to learn to respect that fact that people live below you. CONSTANT stomping around day and night doesn’t make a very peaceful living situation.

Quality complex with nice amenities and friendly staff! Staff are very responsive to all questions and are really helpful. Many of the events help feel well thought out and mindful to what the community really wants

I received a 12 hour notice that my car would be towed from the premise while on a European vacation. The overall lack of communication in a timely manner is my number one issue. Alarms and lack of reliable key access are frequent and management is only kind prior to lease agreements- otherwise they’re inconvenienced and unhelpful.

I've been here almost 3 months and have loved every second of it! The staff/maintenance team and cleaning crew have been so kind when I need anything at all. The community is wonderful and I've enjoyed the amenities we have as well. I've lived in 2 other places in Nashville and have had nothing come close to my experience with Towne. I feel safe walking my dog around the community and neighborhood. My neighbors are all so kind as well. I am so happy with the choice I made in living here.

Moving in wasn’t the best experience but the apartment and facility is great. Beautiful view from my room and great amenities on the property.

I have been here almost a full year and absolutely love it. Management has always been super easy to work with, neighbors have been great, community is so clean. Will be renewing my lease no doubt!

great location! close to everything i need and easy getting on/off the high way. perfect location for me between the different locations i have to drive to for work.

Only one week in and so far it’s great! Everyone is super nice and leading office quite attentive and responsive. Amenities are an added bonus and the best around!

So far I have enjoyed my move-in experience. They have already fixed some minor issues I have had and have been flexible in accommodating other issues. The complex is very clean and kept up making for a great living experience.

We are loving Towne so far! The property is nice and clean, plus the staff is so nice! The move-in process was so easy. We also love their minimal fees, because those can stack up at some other complexes.

It has been a great place to live with a strong sense of community. We really like our apartment.on top of all that the rent is fair too. Definitely give it a shot.

It's been a treat since I've lived at towne and the only reason I'm saying goodbye is because I'm moving into a house I've purchased. But I want to say that Candice In the leasing centre is an amazing and wonderful human being. She helped me get the unit I wanted, as well as ensuring I was taking care of and explained my contract and everything to me. I enjoyed the events that would happen at least twice a month, in meeting my neighbours who are all friendly and having access to amenities such as the pool, the golf simulator, the grills, and so much more. Living downtown in Germantown was wonderful. And I highly recommend you give this place a hard look.
