Property Ratings at Towne Oaks
The units offer a lot of room. The price is reasonable. The manager is helpful. Pet friendly and do have a lot of kids here. But you come and judge for yourself.
My car has been broken into and attempted to be stolen 3 times I have only been here 2 months, it’s a horrible apartment complex to live at
I have been living in Towne Oaks Apartments for about 9 months now. I am grateful to say that I only have 3 months left. When I first moved here everything ran smoothly. We had an awesome property manager but, at the beginning of the year we switched managers. The new manager is very rude. I once had a rat running around my apartment which I keep very clean and it took them a while to call the pest control people to come and handle the situation. Not only that my car was getting broken into every week. They sell drugs outside of one of the apartments in my building. They police is always called over here for something. The kids in the neighborhood behind the complex comes in a destroy the pool. The parking is horrible. I am a tenant who works late and when i come home there is never an available parking spot. I would have to park way across the street then WALK back to my apartment at 1 and 2 in the morning. We are giving parking passes and everytime I come to check the cars they are all unfamiliar and don't have a parking pass. When my lease is up I'm running far away fr this place. Maintenance I can't HONESTLY say shows up everytime he says he's coming and he fixes every problem I have.
