Don’t bother trying to speak to the leasing consultant she is rude and unhelpful. She closes the leasing office early frequently and vapes inside. Completely unprofessional.

We have loved living at Towne Park. The apartments have plenty of space and are well-kept. Office and maintenance staff are all personable and respond very quickly. The facilities are nice and we have had very few issues with noise from neighbors!! The location is great too.

The apartments are very spacious and well kept. The property managers are great and very helpful! They help with whatever you need and take care of any issues you have right away!

Towne park is very nice! Mike is always there whenever needed with a smile!
The apartments are spacious and comfortable. The property is well kept. The property managers are great to deal with and are very accommodating. The maintenance staff is excellent.
I love Towne Park apts and my rating exceeds the 5 stars. The apartment is very nice and well kept and the management is accommodating as well as approachable. There is nothing negative I could say about my apartment or the complex, however; I have a minor gripe that I feel is worth mentioning. I witnessed the maintenance man berate his fellow cohort, which I believe is the maintenance guy’s assistant. While it had nothing to do with me, it was in my presence which I thought was pretty unprofessional. I actually felt bad for the new guy and wouldn’t want to witness this again as a tenant. Overall, 10 stars and I highly recommend these apartments.
