Property Ratings at Towne Square Apartments
Their communication is horrible and god forbid you have any emotion in your voice when you are upset, for example because maintenance is marking requests as complete but not doing them, they will hang up or ask you to leave. This place has gone through 3 property managers at my 2 years here, which was a mistake. Move in day is a nightmare, as you move in with over 100 other people. The line wraps around the building with people fighting and arguing in the sun! Their properties are not even worth the money they charge as they are never completely repaired.
Property Manager at Towne Square Apartments, Responded To This Review
We're so sorry your recent experience has failed to meet our five-star standard. We hope you'll contact our leasing office directly so we can better resolve this misunderstanding. Thank you.
The security and safety is very poor in this area, and the maintenance service is horrible. If there is any problem regarding to the house maintenance, there is no guarantee that it would be sorted out. The authority is so careless, specially the manager is super rude it might make you to buy and repair everything by your own cost where you are already paying for service maintenance.

We're so sorry you feel that way. We'd love nothing more than to address this misunderstanding directly — indeed, we encourage you to contact a leasing agent directly at your earliest convenience. Thanks, and be well.
I moved out in July and I still have not received my security deposit in full. I have called the office multiple times, emailed them, and sent them a letter formally requesting my security deposit back. It is now October 2nd, 2023 and I was shorted and not given an explanation for it; despite leaving the unit in better condition than when we moved in. I'm sure I'll get a generic response about "oh no we're so sorry our 5 star community, please call our office" even though your office is consistently ignoring me. Maybe I'll try a carrier pidegon and finally get a response!

We really do regret any inconvenience you may have experienced. Please contact our leasing office (seriously!) whenever you get a second. A member of our leasing team will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have. Thanks, and be well!
Broken appliances, no hot water, half the apartments are trashed animals go to the bathroom in the hallways and good luck getting maintenance to do anything and if they do show up they aren’t qualified for the work anyway
