South Nashville is a sprawling district covering just over 15 square miles. The community extends from the southern edge of Downtown Nashville to the Nashville Zoo at Grassmere. South Nashville contains an array of diverse, established communities, including Wedgewood-Houston, Woodycrest, Woodbine, Hill-n-Dale, Radnor, Raymond Heights, Patricia Heights, Napier, Glencliff, Glencliff Estates, and Chestnut Hill.
The rental options are just as diverse as the region itself, with plenty of apartments, condos, townhomes, and houses available for rent in every style and budget. Property Ratings at Townes at Hamilton
I absolutely love my home the move in process was a plus.Calvin and Taylor are top tier.
It's a very beautiful and quiet place! I have loved being here.
Quiet area friendly staff beautiful townhomes close by everything
I have been enjoying my stay at The Townes at Hamilton. The place is clean, quiet, and the staff is great!
I Love townes at Hamilton, very nice , clean and peaceful.
Nice townhomes but too many homeless people around for the price that you pay. Also be wise and look at the additional fee they will charge you along with rent to include trash, pest control 105.00 extra on top of rent.

Overall the units are great and maintenance is fast and friendly. However, homeless people and teens who do not live in the complex walk around and go in empty units which is not safe because a lot of small children live here. Also sometimes the neighbors do not pick up their trash outside their units and makes complex look kind of dirty.

I recently moved in the end of June. The townhouse is very spaces. I love the open floor plan downstairs. It’s plenty of room for my kiddos. I also love that the washer and dryer is upstairs right by the bedrooms. The closet is very spacious. I would recommend moving here. Especially if you have a family. Very quiet!
