Had issues with flooring and spoke with the Manager. He came out and view the problem. New sealing and flooring has been scheduled for replacement. Timing of repairs will be completed as requested.
Moved here in September 2023 when I first moved I kept seeing crickets, spiders, silverfish etc. In October 2023 constantly reaching out to management to get pest control to come! No response! I then had terminex come out to do an inspection and sent over the report to the property manager of what they found..no response. Almost a year later they refuse to do anything!! But wants to increase rent. Now there are field mice running around! And they refuse to do anything after multiple emails and maintenance's request! Refuse to do a seek and seal! I have an infant in the home who constantly puts his hands in his mouth. Unacceptable for people who call themselves “management” . DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE ! Management terrible! Maintenance excellent!

Rent is high but location is perfect. maintenance is on time, no pest problems. spacious rooms and good appliances, no issues with washer and dryer. quiet neighborhood some lots are harder to park then others.

I’ve lived here with my husband and 2 small children for the past several months and I can tell you now I won’t be renewing this lease. They have large spiders everywhere and has apparently been an issue for them for the past few years according to other long term residents. I had to wait a week before an exterminator could come and when their cheaply contracted exterminators finally showed up they claimed it wouldn’t be much they could do because “spiders aren’t affected much by their product”. The leasing office clearly could care less that myself and children were getting bit and I’m having to take matters into my own hands and spending my own money to fix their issue since the leasing rep told me I’d need to hire my own exterminator if I wasn’t satisfied with theirs. This of course won’t be of much effect when the entire complex is infested and all homes are connected, it’ll just be a matter of time before they come back. Of course this won’t be told to you when touring your lovely new home. Please, search elsewhere, these homes are poorly renovated and infested. Save your money and don’t even bother.
These apartments rent is too high for Their customer service to be this terrible especially (David). They do not care about the people living here they just want their money. They don’t care that it’s a pandemic going on.. they are consistent when it come to their rent but not when you have maintenance issues. They have roaches and mice and the vents/filters are not cleaned like the should be. The washing machines are cheap and don’t work properly. Please just do ur own investigation before moving here ...if your going to pay high rent your apartment should be in high standards

I've always loved this community!!! And I honestly have to say that they have the best management crew around. They greet you as soon as you enter the door. They make you feel welcomed as if you're family. I again would like to welcome our new amazing property manager , he's very pleasant to speak too , Mr Malin makes you feel very comfortable. As well as Mrs Robyn , she is amazing too speak too and is so very soft spoken she's great! But overall I have to say that you cannot beat the neighborhood or the staff. Definitely have and will continue to recommend to family , friends , and outsiders to move into the community not just for the referral money but it truly is an excellent place to live with you're family. And that starts with the " New management " , on down. Definitely is a 5 star community!
My apartment management is awesome. They offer timely mantanance, when I entered this apartment our dryer broke down and it was replaced the next day,our water heater stopped working and it was replaced the following day. It's an awesome place for young families. Love the gym, the parks and the swimming pool. All calls I make with an issue it's addressed immediately.
