Townhomes at Gateway

I just moved into my apartment last week and I am super thrilled with my entire experience. Makini has been assisting me throughout the entire process, and she has always been responsive and transparent. It is obvious the new management company is doing everything in it's power to clean the place up and enhance its residents' experience. As with most moves, there was a hiccup, but the management team was professional and communicative. My unit is beautiful and spacious, there is plenty of lot parking, and the walls are thick. The new office is gorgeous, and the neighbors are kind and friendly. There are a lot of negative reviews from the old management company, miscommunications and unresponsiveness. Believe me when I say that that is no longer the case. Definitely check this place out. I'm super happy.

Spacious townhomes, neighbors are friendly, office staff and maintenance staff are always helpful. Would definitely recommend!

I lived here for 9yrs when it was thunder hollow the first 6yrs and then with gateway the last 3 this place is a dump you pay almost 2k a month for old run down appliances cabnets falling apart pipes braking and flooding your down stairs mold under the carpets and in walls and you have squirrels running in the duct work and chewing through the walls and ceilings i had them in my apartment 3 times and the office wont do anything about it and theres never any were to park people break your windows or steal your car and they have camera but claim they didnt pick anything up when my car was right in front of the camera twice i could keep going on alot more reason why you should never come here to live but you get it im sure

Nothing is done to remedy this. In the walls the roofs, destroyed my prelit Christmas tree and other decorations stored in the shed, even chewed through the plastic bins the decorations were stored in. My previous briber trapped them in her kitchen.

We lived there (in 2019) with our big dogs and it was just perfect. I’d go there again if I had to. I had a couple maintenance issues that were addressed immediately. The maintenance guys were friendly and professional. The unit was newly remodeled and very clean. The new management is doing an excellent job! Highly recommend.

I have been living here for about 3 years and ever since Premier Property took over the quality of life here has greatly improved.Since they have taken over they have installed new windows ,air conditioners ,heaters,and doors . They have also invested a tremendous amount of money on landscaping ,paving,lighting ,and general upkeep of the development .The maintenance team is friendly and efficient .With management that wants to keep its tenants happy I would definitely recommend Townhomes at Gateway

My wife, kids and i moved in a few months back. We are very happy with everything! Tracey was very helpful in finding us an apartment close to parking which was needed. We had not rented for a while and had many questions which Tracey and the manager Kim helped to answer. My kids have made so many new friends throughout the community and they are loving spending the summer at the pool! Everything in the apartment was brand new when we moved in!!! The price was a little over out budget but it is worth it to know we are living in a safe family friendly community!

The property looks so much better than it did before. The office staff are very nice. Ms. Kim , the Manager is very helpful and kind. The other Ladies in the office were also very nice and responsive. The location is great for me. I can't move until November but I will be submitting my application soon. I highly recommend this property to anyone. I really like all of the upgrades.

The maintenance staff has been Quick about fixing any issues that have arisen. The new owners of the property have gone above and beyond with making improvements including all new windows and I'm very proud to live here. Frander Is the main it supervisor he has even stopped by just to check on things. Donna Truscott

I am currently living here and they DO NOT CARE about the previous tenants. They are making everything perfect for new tenants. I have a list of maintenance issues that date back to September. In November, they raised my rent $62 a month which i have refused to pay until they address my issues. Ceiling falling, damaged floors, broken doors etc. I pay my rent without the increase and have informed them I would pay the outstanding balance when the have fixed these issues. Still nothing and now they have added legal fees to my balance. I never signed my lease in November they just rolled it over with my name and my father who was in a nursing home at the time. I was told to remove him, I would have to reapply for a new lease. My dad recently passed and he name is still on the lease. They are awful. Parking is horrible, I have gotten nasty notes on my car. I have left messages several times with no response. I have rented for years and this is by far the worst place I have ever lived.

With the new management taking over, maintenance requests are resolved quickly. Town-homes are great to live

Maintenance is wonderful here! I had a few issues when I moved in. They responded to an emergency call within minutes, which turned out not to be the emergency I thought it was. I also had an electrical problem that they fixed as well. That took a little while longer but I also didn’t put that it was an emergency. The guys are friendly, courteous and professional. They are redoing this entire property. Premier took it over about 6 months ago. It looks so much cleaner and nicer than before. They told me they are going to redo all the landscaping and lighting outside as well. It’s a decent place now but with all the improvements taking place I’m sure it’ll look beautiful. I’ve been here about 1 month so far and it’s been a very nice experience. They’re very dog friendly here, which was top priority for me. I would highly recommend them, especially if you have bigger dogs and don’t want to be in the city. It’s close enough where you can get to the city or any major highways within minutes. The surrounding area is very nice and Neshaminy mall and many other great stores, are very close by.

When premier peoperties bought this property I had high Hope's things would get better. Sadly it seems things are only getting better for the new tenants moving in. I have been waiting going on 3 months now for then to fix my bathroom floor they tore up when they replaced the toilet. I have been waiting going on 3 months for then to fix my downstairs bedroom door frame they tore off to fit the dryer though. I have been waiting going on 3 months for my carpet to be shampooed from when my back door flooded my living room... 3 months for repairs is unacceptable and way to long to be waiting!! Right across from me they are working every day on a vacant unit yet neglecting current tenants.

I had a leaky faucet in my kitchen and upstairs bathroom. I placed a maintenance request to have the leaky faucets replaced. Within one day, maintenance replaced both of the faucets. Thank you Walter. Walter did an outstanding job Walter made sure there were no leak after putting in the new faucets.. Walter was very polite and professional. Walter even played with my dog. I am very pleased with Walter's work ethic
