Property Ratings at Townhomes at Little Creek
This place is disgusting they won’t come fix anything the rent is sky high and bed bugs came out of nowhere we have been asking for new carpets and still have not came we got new furniture thinking the bed bugs would leave they left but came back I do not wish this on anybody do not stay here.
Since January 19th, I have had maintenance, bed bug, leasing, and other issues. Only today, February 16th, did I receive confirmation of a bed bug inspection. (They still are making me pay.) Only today, did they tell me I will not be receiving a lease renewal because they're being bought out effective Feb 23rd. Only today, did they even return a call without me calling them first since I filed a Better Business Bureau claim. Which, they responded the day after I filed that, but have not replied since. I am being forced into a month-to-month lease with an increased rate due to First Communities' absolutely heinous practices. And yet they have the audacity to tell me "At least you can drop your least in 30 days now instead of 60 since it's month to month." There has been 0 care for residents. I have no hope for new management at the moment because there is MONTHS of issues to resolved. If not a year or more. I would not move here for the duration of 2022, if not longer. I have been absolutely miserable, I don't wish this on anyone. Especially not at this absurd price for a mediocre apartment.
I do not even know where to begin. I have stayed at my current townhome for 7 years and 2 months. I was set and approved to move into a 4 bedroom in the same complex back in March and apparently my November money just magically disappeared. Although the previous property management was not the best, this one is far worst. I have contact them several times regarding issues with who they employe in or office and issue I have . Have been called once to be told someone would give me a call and they never did. They employ anyone and just pass the buck. Like today, I receive an email stating “ May Rent due - eviction pending” yes you read it right an email oh and a notice place on my door that I have 3 days to pay or be out. On top of that my rent is not late for May! The agreed upon solution we established for my November rent that just mysteriously disappears like the manager was null and voided. Then the now property manager just causally brushes it off and ask if I want the 4 bedroom or not . Instead of taking accountability for their mess up as usally I should feel grateful that she “ went above and beyond” when in fact she was merely doing her job. And to top it off when I express my concerns I am told how she will check with me once I calm down and if I don’t want the place I will get a renewnal. This is the same person who was supposedly going to come by to see all the issue in my place and get it fix back in March. As of May 6 THEY STILL ARE NOT FIX. As a landlord myself I know the practice and understand I work for my tenants and they pay for a service I should provide. These people lack communication then management will send condescending messages. Be careful what you ask for and if you see this company managing a property RUN!
