Townhomes is a wonderful place to live. Despite a few flaws, if you choose to live here you wont be disappointed.

Great place. Clean, safe, beautiful. Grounds and upkeep are amazing. Parking for guest can be a challenge but it works out.

If you want a clean and well-maintained home, and the fastest internet possible in the greater Los Angeles Area, the Townhomes at Lost Canyon is the place to be. The townhomes are spacious and they have all the amenities you could want in a home.

I love it here! The layout of the townhouse is spacious, I love the community everyone is friendly the grounds are kept up nicely manicured. The staff is so nice and down to earth, the maintenance team always speak in passing and are also so nice.

Its a great place to live. Convenient to access every part of this Valley with no problems at all.

Until certain issues are addressed, I cannot recommend this property to the general public.

The complex and townhomes are beautiful spacious and feeling of your own private home.

My favorite thing about living at townhomes at Lost Canyons, is I feel safe. I can walk my dog late at night and not worry. My daughters scooter will be left out and someone brings it back. Everyone starts to get to know each other and families look out for each others kids. The grounds are kept looking nice by Maintenece staff. They staff has also been very understanding during these unsettled times. Thank you Chantal Casseus.

Our experience was excellent from the first day. The Manager, her assistant and the maintenance manager received us with great professionalism and immediately understood our needs and did everything in their power to satisfy us. We are impressed by the attention received. We highly recommended this place.

Our stay has been remarkable! Very quiet. Professional staff. We love the community here!

TLC provides upscale townhomes in an ideal location convenient to shopping and outdoor activities.

Nice area and place for family living.

This place looks nice.. but wait to you move in. They have gone through 3 management companies in 1.5 years since I moved into here. The pol area is frequented by people who are either rude and don’t know basic manners and not to commandeer the BBQ grills or people who insist on putting too young of babies in soiled diapers into the pool. The management has removed all guest parking on premises and now this has created a problem where residents have their guests park in front of their garages causing the neighbors on the opposite side problems getting out of their garage. Management doesn’t care and ignores any requests to ask neighbors to stop doing this. They also will keep your deposit no matter the condition of the apartment when you move out, so plan on losing it. I truly had high hopes for this place but the level of people living here ( not all) seems to be headed south. They can’t eben pick up their dog’s poop even though management provides dog bags. That tells you how thoughtless and lazy the residents are.

I looked all over the Los Angeles area. We need a good amount of space and wanted Sowmthing that was clean and felt comfortable. We found so many places that were within our budget by a true let down once seeing the quality of the place or the lackluster managers. The Townhomes checked all of our boxes. Great floor plan, fairly new and clean, prompt service during the leasing process and stellar execution during our move in. The location is a little far from la but ultimately not too bad and the neighborhood is quiet, clean and friendly. I even had someone help me drive large items home from lowes because it wouldn't fit in my car. Made me feel like i was back home. Small town feel just outside of the hustle and bustle of LA!

This would be a wonderful place as well to raise children. I wouldn't mind starting a life here. To me it seems to be a safe environment. Well gated community I give this place a 10/10.

My husband and I have been here closing in on a year. I love where we live. It is peaceful and very clean. The Townhouse are new, and maintenance is very proactive. Many of us have pets, most all here are very responsible regarding clean up, and we are not limited to dog size or weight. The salt water pool is great and we all get along very well. The downside to why I did not give a 5 star is for two reasons. We have one small dog park, and for all the pets that live here, we really need 2 of these. Also, rentals turn pretty fast after the year due to the rent being raised as high as 275.00 more, and rent here alone begins at 2500 to 3200 a month already.
