Townhomes at Quail Ridge

I lived at Quail Ridge Townhomes for three years and had a generally positive experience. Major maintenance issues were promptly taken care of, which was reassuring. The neighborhood was mostly quiet, providing a peaceful living environment. Overall, it is a comfortable place to call home.

My wife and I have lived at Quail Ridge East Apartments for about four years now and have greatly enjoyed our time here. Maintenance requests are answered promptly and efficiently. The leasing office staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend these apartments for anyone who wants an affordable and comfortable place to live.

I quite like the townhouses and I find maintenance is very attentive with issues that may arise! It’s perfect for our little family.

Lived here about 4 years and since then my car tires have been slashed, one neighbor slammed their door into my car cus they were mad where I parked (it's free parking, no marked spots and I had parked in the same spot for years and they were new) there has also been multiple shootings. Nothing I am aware of has been done to combat this. If renting wasn't so insanely expensive I'd have moved out.

My roommate and I have rented from Quail Ridge Townhomes for over a year now, and it has been my most pleasant renting experience EVER! The staff is extremely attentive, kind, and accommodating. We have had zero problems with pests, maintenance, or neighbors. Anytime a maintenance issue has arisen, it was taken care of swiftly and without any difficulty on our end. Along with this, the office staff is fantastic about communicating any property-wide maintenance--they provide plenty of warning and always give us time to be prepared. We have come to love our neighbors and the little community here, as everyone is extremely kind and welcoming. This property is very family-friendly, however, it is also an extremely affordable option for college students like myself! All of the amenities provided by quail ridge (pools, gym, laundry room, etc.) are always clean and well-maintained. The grounds are also very well taken care of, and the area is very pet-friendly. The location of these townhomes is also a great bonus! There is easy access to Sunshine St. as well as Battlefield Rd. and Highway 65. It is nearby elementary and secondary public schools, and various colleges, such as MSU and OTC, are an easy commute. Overall, I find myself consistently recommending this property to those looking for an easy, pleasant renting experience. It truly is a wonderful place!

The Quail Ridge Townhomes is a great place to live. Very friendly staff and they get things done in a timely manner. Pet and Kid friendly. Everything is either in walking distance or Driving for stores and Restaurants or even taking the bus. Amenities on Site playground for kids, 3 pools, Washer and Dryer room, and Exercising room.

We actually really enjoy living here. We're going on three years and wouldn't mind going for a fourth. It's a pretty quiet area, not too much happens. It's pet friendly, has a pool & gym and free internet for tenants. There's also schools, churches and a huge number of businesses located within walking distance, which is such a plus!

We have lived here for 3 years and love it. The playground and pool are great and the staff is always helpful.
