I have lived in a two story town home for almost two years now and so far we’ve had roaches, mice, ants, and spiders we have two little children and they wake up with random bites and scratches on them we got rid of the roaches within 2 months of living here we got rid of one mouse and we think there’s another we are not messy people we keep our house clean the ants started coming to the bathroom during the 2019 fall break our air conditioner has went out we had to go to the office for them to come and fix it we called they told us they sent a maintenance man but no one came I took a number two in the upstairs bathroom The toilet started flooding so the whole bathroom upstairs started flooding and the water went through the vents so the ceiling downstairs in the living room started leaking brown water I called my mother my mother had to leave work and come home called the maintenance man and the office after 30 minutes she was home and no one came this was close to the time the office closed The ceiling eventually broke there was water everywhere in the living room and a big hole was in our ceiling my mom lost her calmness and yelled at the office people and someone was finally sent someone All they did was go upstairs and turned the water off and left my mom was pissed but within two weeks the Ceiling was fixed and we’ve still been having plumbing problems downstairs the toilet broke in half because someone got mad while playing a game and the whole downstairs started to flag so we called maintenance again it was a whole bunch of phone tag between my mother the office and maintenance until my mom lost her cool within an hour someone actually took my mom serious and came out here there was water all the way to the bottom step The maintenance again turned the water off within two weeks we had a new toilet but that was last year this year the only problems are in the kitchen one side of the sink won’t drain for some reason and the dishwasher leaks earlier this year the dishwasher stopped working The dryer outlet won’t work oh and the shower upstairs won’t drain it takes up to 30 minutes for it to drain and water it takes forever to get warm we would move out if we had the money but Until then we will leave here but if you have money to move somewhere else I urge you to do that this was the worst decision we can make I hope this helped you

We have a 2 bedroom townhome with washer/dryer hookups and we have lived here for 3 months. The apartments have newer plumbing/light fixtures and better than average appliances. ( the dish washer is freaking awesome) Neighbors are pretty quiet/respectful. There is plenty of space. Parking can be a little crowded but I always find a spot. I have to stay on top of maintenance but so far they have fixed all our issues. I can only guess the reason its so inexpensive is because it has no pool or fitness center.

When I first moved in these apartments 2 years ago, they were being ran under different management with the help of a woman named Monica. She was absolutely great and took care of her tenants and the complex. Not even a piece of trash could be left in the parking lot without you hearing about it, which was great. When Gold Wynn took over everything completely down spiraled. There has been drug dealers openly carrying and brandishing weapons, neighbors have had their doors kicked in and items stolen...in broad daylight. A large commercial dumpster was brought in to remove items from an apartment that was left behind from old tenants. It was first filled with just furniture, but the company never came and picked it up so now everyone has emptied there trash into it. The smell is unbearable, the rats are having a field day and the dumpster has been sitting in the parking lot for a little over a month taking up 4 parking spots overflowing with trash. They have a horrible rat infestation in which the Health Department has been called on several occasions. Used condoms in the same parking lot that children play in. I have witnessed physical fights on more than one occasion and called security which then I was told to contact the police and NEITHER PARTY EVER SHOWED. I do not let my 2 children play outside in fear of the people hanging out doing God knows what. The leasing office is a revolving door of employees that give misinformation or just flat out lie about fees, rules and offer no suggestion when you call to report the crime in the area. I do not recommend any person, especially with young children to come and lease from this company. Something needs to change and I was lucky enough to be able to move and not have to deal with these ongoing issues.

At one point, these apartments were under different management & the biggest issue was the lack of maintenance. Now, it's being overrun by gang members. There is little to no security presence. There are police out here on a regular basis. There are tenants who fight constantly. DO NOT expect the management to do anything about it. Old women are scared to leave their apartments. If you have children or care about your personal safety, DO NOT MOVE HERE. IT IS NOT SAFE & IT'S GETTING WORSE.
