The place is a good size for two people, lived there for a little over one year. The property manager is nice and attentive.
We lived in these apartments for 4 years and were very happy. The property manager Monet was the best and was always there if needed. It was a great space for us but our family began growing and it was time to upgrade to a bigger space. I think if we didn't have this growing family we would have stayed longer. We were very content
It was a pleasure to live here. I loved the apartment, neighborhood and management was awesome.She was easy to talk to and work with.She did a really good job with keeping apartments clean and in good shape. Definitely the best apartment i found when looking for a place to live. Would def move there again if i needed to.
Lived here for almost three years. Very nice building. The apartment manager is awesome. She always gets things done in a timely manner and keeps the grounds clean and she’s professional, nice and very on top of her job. Great price for the area, you can’t beat it! Nice neighbors, walking distance to uptown. I wouldn’t have left but needed to move to a bigger place.
Lived here for 3 years. People are nice. Place is relatively quiet. Manager is nice and accommodating. Safe area, nice pool in the summertime. Affordable rent. Only downside is the place needs an update, but is a minor flaw. Overall, a great place to live
Lived here for over 4 years, spacious, friendly neighbors and great location. Walking distance to uptown, me and my girlfriend never had to leave uptown to find a good place to eat - so many ridiculously good food spots. Walking distance to the Greenleaf trails, too! The holidays around here especially Halloween and Christmas - the neighborhood goes all out. Great management - always responsive to anything needed. Just wish it wasn’t so far from work otherwise would still live there! Definitely recommend this as an awesome place to call home.

This is an absolutely awesome place to live great management excellent management!!! Very clean units, very nice neighbors, quiet and VERY CLEAN ~????It's an absolutely wonderful place to live centrally located~ I would highly highly recommend this complex to Everyone! ????
My wife and I lived here for two years. The manager Monet is awesome. Always on top of scheduled repairs, always gives notice when work will be done. The neighbors were very respectful and kind. Walking distance to Greenleaf (uptown Whittier) where you can find restaurants as well as bars for the nightlife. The neighborhood is quiet and has a police station not too far away, maybe a mile. There are always hiking trails if you enjoy the outdoors. This is definitely a must see if you are in the market to relocating to Whittier. Only reason for us to leave was a job relocation to another state.

I lived her for about 2-3 with my roommate and we loved it here. The area is great. The rooms are vary spacious. It was walking distance from uptown Whittier. The on-site manager is amazing and always a call or text away. If my roommate wasn’t moving away with her BF we probably would have stayed longer lol. All and all this was a fantastic townhouse with a well put together management team. Spacious, affordable and great neighborhood!
