Property Ratings at Townline Townhomes
The place is very nice and well maintained, and the maintenance team is indeed great, BUT after your contract is over and it's time for the renewal, the monthly payment can go unreasonably high! When you talk to the management team about it , the EXCUSE is that the price goes up according to the market (even though during Covid - due to some miracle - they maintained the same rent for the next contract, the year after they increased it at least 3 times more than the normal increase.) They really don't care if you pay on time and have a great resident record. (oh and the late fee is ridiculously high too). So be aware!
I am a current resident at Townline Townhomes and I have to say they have a phenomenal maintenance staff they work hard to address everything I asked to be fixed same day they are very nice and friendly also the office staff is very inviting and answers any questions or concerns that I may have I am extremely happy and excited for my future at townline townhomes ??
Snow removal and cutting of the grass has declined significantly in the last year. Previously it was excellent.
Maintenance service from these guys are extremely awesome.I stayed in 5 different state 10s of different apt but no one come close to these guys as far as maintenance service.Rent is high as compare to what carpet area you would get but it will compensates by maintenance service.Very good landscaping, play area for kidz, parking facility.
Amazing place, within budget for a small family.. Spacious and well thought out design.
Townline is a very family friendly community. There are always children playing outside and in the summer at the pool, which is very nice. The grounds are well-maintained and attractive, and the school district is one of the best in Pennsylvania (Wissahickon). That being said, the rent is very high, and service requests are not always answered promptly (a week to fix a dryer is a little long). I would recommend Townline to someone with children, but not necessarily to a single person. There are other places in adjacent townships that are equally as nice, for much cheaper rent, but they are in a less than desirable school district.
