Everything here is fantastic from the beautiful apartments to the incredibly kind staff. The entire staff from maintenance to office. No woating forever for repairs or ever not helpful it is a world of difference from where I moved from in Marietta. The neighborhood is also beautiful and so much around here. I love my home now!!!

I have not encountered the office people much but the staff I dealt with was 50/50 on the nice department. I love the apartment complex just not the loud lawn people. The only true negative thing I have to say is that the speed bumps or horrendous!! It makes people not even want to come visit! Usually pretty quick with any maintenance request and good with communication as far as emails and checking to see if the problems have been fixed. I would highly recommend this complex to live in!

Older but renovated apartments for a reasonable price. Some rooms don’t have fans but that’s not a problem with me. Maintenance replaced items in our apartment within hours. Overall very pleased with the move in

After a horrific experience at my previous apartment complex. I wasn’t too sure what my next experience would be like. I came to view apartments at TownPark Crossing and I was greeted with a smile and a very nice professional staff. Ms. Shawna in the office was a breath of fresh air and made the process simple and easy. She was nice and professional. Maintenance was helpful as well. I needed some assistance with a minor issue and Mr Spencer was quick to respond. He was professional and nice. It’s a very nice place to live and the property is well kept. There are a lot of amenities that anyone would love. This has been a great experience thus far. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a Home and not just a place to stay.

I'm new here and I absolutely love it! The community is clean and quiet. I work at night and I feel really safe going out. The ladies in the office are nice and when I pass by the maintenance men they wave, I really like that. It truly feels like home. Oh, and my apartment is sooo nice and spacious for a one bedroom.

Pretty chill. The entryway could use a power wash tho. Also very close to KSU so you can use the bus or take a bike to campus. It's also down the road from a few restaurants so you can walk.

It is a great feeling to arrive home seeing how pretty the community looks. As for the landscaping - always have beautiful flowers planted, grass is kept mowed with the usual placing of new pine straw when needed. The parking lot is always maintained to be kept cleaned with the lawn service along with seeing each morning one of the staff members riding around picking up any trash. It is nice to live in a nice, clean atmosphere.

EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF. I went to the leasing office when it first opened to discuss an issue with the mailbox. I wasn’t even let into the door as if I was not worthy to enter the leasing office that I’m sure my rent pays for. I was dealt with at the door like I was delivering a pizza. The issue was not resolved and I walked away. There was no name tag on the staff member so I can not file a formal complaint.

Let me start with the positive. The environment is quiet and the neighborhood is well-kept. however, the apartment was not as advertised. I had no time to go see this apartment so I rolled the dice and went by the photos and what was advertised on the website. My first great mistake. If an apartment missing certain appliances or certain rooms are unlit, I think this is something that should be mentioned. Don’t advertise the place as having gourmet kitchens, this and that and then it’s untrue. Maybe the other apartments are more updated, but I don’t know. Guess I will be spending one year and finding someplace else once lease is up.
