I love the underground parking here at Track 29, and I love the apartment itself. The only issue I have at this time is the lack of carts that are kept by the elevators. At times there are none available at all, and for days at a time, is it possible to get more?

Everyone is so welcoming and kind, even the maintenance people are very thoughtful and supportive I would say the only thing I don’t like is the price everything is so expensive.But other than that it’s very lovely apartments with a great neighborhood!

Nice amenities and helpful staff, the construction this summer has made things complicated but that’s not the apartments fault. They do monthly events and overall people are fairly friendly and quiet. There is a bit of noise on the greenway at night if you are a light sleeper I would suggest the Bryant side of the building.

When I was looking at apartments nearly a year ago, this complex checked off all of my listed look-fors (pet-friendly, great location, useful amenities, etc). The walkability to local businesses has been such an improvement in quality of life for myself and my partner. The private dog park next to the building is great for lunchtime dog sessions with my dog when I don't want to walk to an actual dog park (though Lake of the Isles is only half a mile away). The gym has just about everything you could need, and the game room is perfect for casual hangs with friends or a full-out DND session. And of course, I'd be remised not to mention the bikeability! With the greenway exit right in front of the building and Bryant being a shared bike road, it's one of the better locations for bike commuters. There've been some issues with bike storage safety that have made me and my partner keep our bikes in our apartments but that's truly the only downside that I have with this place.

I re-upped for another year. I really like living here. Great facilities and location Love the new bird netting over the zen garden. I do wish there were umbrellas for the table on the 5th floor balcony. Most importantly - the staff here really seem to care.

I really like Track 29 the move in was very easy the staff are all really nice and helpful, I think I’m really going to enjoy it here! This place is very clean, the amenities are great and very easy to get too. It is very close to shopping, gas stations, drugstores, restaurants. The area is very pretty.

All good. Maintenance is quick. Only complaints is that the coffee machine is often empty for the popular choices, and occasionally there's excessive dog barking.

Lived here for a year and a half and it’s my favorite apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. The place is kept pretty clean for the amount of units. The noise level here is very minimal. There’s a good amount of community events and the amenities are nice. The neighborhood is very good for biking and walking as well.

So, imagine a place where the sky is perpetually overcast, like a watercolor painting that’s been left out in the rain, smudging all the colors into a dull, grey blur. The trees sway gently, but not with any particular grace, just sort of wobbling like they’re unsure if they want to be trees today. The sidewalks are cracked but not charmingly so, more in a way that makes you question if they’re ever going to be fixed or if they’re just in a constant state of almost-broken. There’s a pool, but the water’s always a little too cold, and the sunbathers look perpetually disappointed, like they were expecting a tropical resort but got a lukewarm puddle. All in all, it’s mid.
Love Track 29 and all its amenities and friendly staff! My husband and I just moved here a couple months ago and we have been blown away by all the services.
I love the building and different spaces overall! Some things I've enjoyed thus far include: the gym space and equipment, seating areas for relaxing, my apartment and the amenities included. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to a uncomfortable experience at the gym I had one day, the garage is difficult to navigate due to size of spaces, and lack of bike storage. I have no doubt I'll be able to work on some of those issues with the great staff here! They have been very helpful thus far.
I have had a great experience so far with Track29. Amenities are amazing and I got a good deal with the price I signed the lease for. Everything has been going great so far.

Been living here for a short period and I already love it. Great location close to the greenway for bikers and an amazing rooftop view. The leasing staff is also super nice. Just wish there was onsite composting and a recycling chute.

Fine place to live. Clean and nice amenities! We did have two bikes stolen from the locked garage, just wish they could have some added security. Very nice staff!

No major complains. Any issues are taken care of by maintenance pretty quickly. Occasionally the dogs in the building get loud, but that's about the only issue.

This building has great amenities. Knocking one star down as it is very loud and the walls can be thin. Had property stolen not due to the buildings fault but due to location and lack of security. It is a nice location and staff are super helpful.

I have been living here for five months now, and so far, I have not had any issues. Everything has been good so far, it is pretty safe and quiet. I will renew my lease when it is time.

It's fine. Standard big apartment company - bureaucratic and soulless, expensive but in line with other buildings in the area. Office people are super nice and helpful, but take a long time to answer emails (and my emails are sometimes not received, weird). Maintenance is great. It's kept clean, the amenities are good, and it feels safe. Completely fine.

Its been pretty nice here. Before the new staff arrived it was a bit iffy but now track 29 is going in the right direction. There’s still a bit things that need to be worked on but its solid here

Beautiful apartment in a safe area. Apartment staff is attentive when you need them. Skydeck is closed for the winter which is a bummer. Pool and gym are kept clean which I appreciate

I really Enjoy this apartment so far. The rooms are soundproof and maintenance is always on time. The gym is also really nice and it is not always too busy. It is also really nice to have an indoor pool in the building.

Track 29 and the staff are amazing. Really good people. My apartment and amenities are top notch. The history of the name to the train tracks which are now a part of the Greenway are pretty amazing.

Crime is so rampant and security does not exist. Would love to stay another year since the rent is great but the lack of management’s response to the ongoing crime in the neighborhood is what’s ultimately causing my move this november.

Unlike most “luxury” apartments, Track29 takes the label seriously. The community amenities and spaces are always clean, free of smells, stocked, and outfitted with modern appliances and decorations. It sometimes feels like you live in a hotel (in the best possible way). The noise between apartments is nonexistent, ignoring the front doors which aren’t completely sound proof. The package retrieval system is great - each package gets placed in a secure locker which is opened via a touch screen. The entries are “smart” so you can let your friends in remotely or provide temporary keys. I having lived in serval other buildings, Track29 really has something special. My only gripe is with the leasing staff - we ran into a few headaches while trying to secure the apartment but once that’s completed, you’re good to go!

I have lived at Track 29 apartments for over a year. The place is great and the location perfect! The staff is amazing from Jerry in maintenance to Kaleb & Bekka in the office everyone on staff is easy to deal with and always gets the job done

We recently move into a 2 bedroom apartment here, Kara was super helpful and friendly. The movement process was smooth and easy we enjoy so far is very clean and the neighborhood has a lot of atractions that we enjoy.

Great location, friendly staff, good value. Building and units are beginning to show signs of wear, but maintenance is always quick to respond to any repairs needed. Love the rooftop! Neighborhood has everything you need.

Well, I have now been here for 1 month and am very glad I made the move from my duplex that I had lived in for the last 34 years. I love everything about this place: 5th floor balcony, pool, zen garden, etc. Other residents have been extremely nice as have the staff. The only negative: wifi in the zen garden and 5th floor balcony is not working. I use my Kindle so much and it needs wifi.

Track 29 has been great to me and i have no complaints so far 5 stars. The amenities are excellent and would recommend people to stay here the scenery is nice as well

My partner and I have lived here for almost 3 years. We have really enjoyed our time here. The apartment itself is nice and feels like home. I love how animal-friendly Track is! My one main complaint is the uptick in crime. I don’t feel as safe in Uptown as I once did.
