I WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND
I may be biased, but I have been living at The Lodges for about eight months now, and absolutely love it here. The main things that attracted me to The Lodges was the amenities, their gym has so much equipment for an apartment complex that I don’t feel the need to get a gym membership. The pool, the sand volleyball court, and the fact that it’s a gated community, all made me want to come here. Anytime there’s an issue with my unit I can put in a maintenance request easily, and it is usually fixed or addressed in less than 24 hours. The front desk and management is all very helpful and I honestly have no complaints about The Lodges or my time here. I would absolutely recommend, especially for students in school in the Baton Rouge area!

BEST APARTMENTS EVER
I've lived here for two years. Office workers are always nice and helpful. Maintenance is always fast. Managers care about your problems and try to help the best they can. They always have cool and free events for all the community to participate in. There are two bus stops for LSU students. Nice study rooms. Excellent gym with a wide variety of equipment. Will stay here my entire college years.

Live Love Lodge
a great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood with trails.

Hi I am a resident at the lodges and it was such an upgrade from our last student living situation! They are quick with repairs, offer great amenities, and have lots of community events. Overall I highly recommend for anyone looking for a great way to live the college life!

I love the Lodges!!

Best Place to Live

Best Apartment Ever
I have stayed at the lodges for three years and plan on staying here longer. I can honestly say that the lodges team genuinely cares about you and will always find a way to be there to help. The maintenance workers respond super quick and the community in general is very inviting.

The 777 Lodges is a very great place to live a very quiet community. Everyone on the staff is nice and helpful. The gym is wonderful place to workout at. The lake and pool are wonderful as well.

I really enjoy living at the lodges
I have been living here for 2 and a half years and I love it. The lodges is in a great location and has a large lake to walk around. Great area to have a pet. The gym is newly renovated and super nice. The staff is always super friendly and fix work orders within 24 hours. It’s super easy to get packages and the system is set up nicely so they do t get lost. My only complaint is that I wish the bathrooms were bigger.

Perfect Apartment for Students
I signed at the lodges for my sophomore year of college at LSU, and i’ve already renewed my lease for next year! The lodges is the perfect location, gated, and a super friendly community (and pet friendly). Any time I have any issues, they are resolved almost immediately. Highly recommend signing a lease here!

Amities make it worth it
I love living at the lodges! It is the only apartment complex is Baton Rouge thst feels more like a resort than a appartmemt complex. My roommates and I love living here and are doing so again next year!

Best decision!
The lodges has been the best decision I’ve made for college living. I previously lived at another apartment right down the road and this is by far so much better. It’s really great having what seems like my own house! I really like being at the lodges!!

Great College Community
I am so glad I chose the lodges. I live in a 3B/3B cottage and I love how much room we all have. I always feel safe with the gate and it never gets too loud even on game days. Maintenance comes quickly even with minor problems such as the ice machine breaking. They are very aware of any animals in the house and are extra careful. We renewed our lease as soon as we could because we live it here!

I love the 777!
Ever since I signed my lease a year ago, the lodges staff members have exceeded my expectations and made my living experience and absolute delight! Whether I am picking up a package or need a maintenance issue resolved, they are always so diligent and easy to get in touch with! They are constantly having community events which gives everyone so many opportunities to meet one another. My roommates and I have met so many great people- including our neighbors! I have loved my time living at the 777.

Enticing
The setting is beautiful and calming. I drown in the peace outside. My home has a nice space and whenever there’s a problem, maintenance always shows up and solves it.

Great for students living off campus
I recommend the lodges for students who are looking to live off-campus. It is very close to LSU campus and they have a shuttle to take you to and from campus, which I enjoy. The maintenance team is awesome and they have nice amenities.

more affordable than others + tons of amenities
Great community feel for it being student living. Walking trail, ponds, and amenities all add to the quality. Maintenance staff is super friendly and usually comes quick. The office hosts lots of event and often gives a bunch of freebies/prizes. Many floor plan options but they do sell out quick or have to be reserved.

Best place to live!

In Love
I love my one bedroom apartment at the lodges. I have never had any problems as far as noise and everyone is friendly. Anytime there is an issue regarding maintenance or questions I might have the response time is quick. Great place to stay.

Great place to call home!
I have lived at the lodges for almost a year and I absolutely love it. They have great amenities and events at the clubhouse. The staff is friendly. It is easy to pick up packages. Overall I’ve had a great experience here!

Perfect place to call home
lets see... I Moved here over a month ago and this has been the BEST apartment i have ever lived in. The staff is so nice and and always willing to help when you go in the office. Maintenance showed up in 5 minutes of me putting in a work order and fixed a small light problem in under 10 mins . I actually feel safe when i go outside dont feel like i have to watch my back. The events they have are really sweet and they make you feel include, the bestie brunch they had last week was awesome. Pool area is so relaxing, reminds me of a mini resort right here at home ?? I love it here ! The rent price is worth it and i Definitely Renewed and will be renewing for the next few years ?? Thank yall for providing The perfect place to call home??

Easy and affordable!
I made friends who lived in the Lodges and it was beautiful. It was my first choice for living for my next semester…. It was close, so much room, and safe. After doing more research I also found out it was incredibly affordable, had so many living options in addition to the whole signing process being incredibly easy.

Love Living at the Lodges!
I have been living at the Lodges for about a year now and I never want to move out! The Lodges is always hosting events which I enjoy due to feeling included and happy to live in this community! The maintenance is always amazing and quickly taken care of! Definitely would recommend signing a lease here!

I've enjoyed living here
There are a lot of options when looking for an apartment close to LSU, but the Lodges is one of the best in my opinion. They are quick with maintenance requests and actively try to make this a nice place to live. My roommates and I love our house and plan to stay until we graduate.
