We love the floorplans; lots of windows and private garages. The Staff is great. They are very responsive and respectful. The pool, exercise room and business center are really convenient. They're all kept in tip-top shape. It's a quiet living community yet we've made lots of great friends. Couldn't ask for more.

I have lived here for almost two years and don't plan on leaving anytime soon! The office staff and the maintenance team are all wonderful. I seriously have no complaints, I love it here!

The Tradition is in a beautiful location with well-kept grounds and friendly neighbors. It has quickly become home to me! My apartment is quiet, secure and up-to-date. I appreciate having my own garage beside my front door. The staff does a remarkable job creating 'community' among the neighbors.

I have 8 years of experience with the Tradition Community. The staff is the best in the business. Their maintenance staff is fantastic. They definitely are helpful, and care about the residents. The attached garages are a plus. The pool is a vacation in the summertime, and we have fun at the Tradition parties. Join Tradition apartment living. It's a easy place to call home.

I lucked out by finding the best of convenience of apartment living but with the added benefits you find in a private residence. The staff is extremely responsive and truly cares about the residents. The maintenance is amazing - you will not find a more attentive and responsive crew in town, and I consider all the staff friends. The units are incredibly well-maintained, they are quiet, and everyone in the community is respectful of one another. In my opinion some of the best apartment homes in Omaha at a price that is near impossible to find elsewhere for the quality you get. Only reason I'm leaving is because I'm moving out of state and would only have left if I was moving into a house in town.

Everyone from the front office management to the maintenance team are so friendly and accommodating. I love having my own attached garage and private entrance, it really makes it feel like at home. The amenities are up to date from the fitness center, theater room, community room with games and business center to the clubhouse. I really enjoy the huge fire pit and the relaxing pool with outdoor patio furniture. The social gatherings they have throughout the year are a huge hit and a great way to get to know your fellow neighbors.

Tradition in impeccably maintained. On top of the the management team has to be one of the best in the city. The respond immediately to correct any issue. The units themselves are first class. It would be hard to find a better complex.

I moved back to Omaha 8 years ago having lived many years in NYC and Greece. I moved into the Tradition and consider myself lucky to have found such a gem. The staff are truly wonderful--caring, friendly and efficiently handle every situation that comes up. All repairs are immediately taken care of an in a qualified manner. They are like family. Not only is it beautiful here, but with a gated community, it is so quiet and I feel so safe. I could go on and on. Jean T.

I have been here a little over 8 months and I love it! It is quiet, friendly and clean. The staff is awesome! I have only had one small issue and they came right over and fixed it immediately! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to call home!

I've lived at Tradition for almost 2 years now, and it has been great. The management is always responsive and helpful. Maintenance is fantastic - I've never had a work order that wasn't done within 24 hours. The streets and walks in the complex are always plowed when it snows. The community being gated is a nice touch; it keeps out the unwanted solicitors. The population is mostly working professionals, so it stays pretty quiet.

I have never lived in a more welcoming community than The Tradition. My apartment feels like a home...this property is so well maintained and just down right gorgeous with all the trees and flowers. The girls in the office here are absolutely amazing - if you need anything...they are they for you. If Omaha Nebraska is not your home town and you’re feeling a little home sick, come join the family at The Tradition, you won’t be disappointed.

I’m so happy I found the Tradition!! I love pulling into my own garage and walking into my cozy home. I recently have lived in other apartments during this transitional phase in my life. However, I have also lived in nice homes and neighborhoods. The Tradition is most definitely a nice home in a nice neighborhood. I was sold from the second I drove through the gated entrance into the quaint little village that it feels like here. It’s incredibly quiet and clean. The management has been nothing short of amazing. Big shout out to Grace in the leasing office! Broadmoor is a reputable company and absolutely knows how to manage property. There are people who have lived here for many years because it is so nice, that speaks volumes! I love that it is gated and I have a security system, my place is very clean inside and out, the grounds are sooo pretty with trees and landscaping, it’s super pet friendly and everyone cleans up after their dogs. Mostly though, it’s just peaceful here. I never hear much of anything in my little place because of the fIoorplan layout. I feel lucky to have found these apartments, they’re a hidden gem in west Omaha!!

Tradition by Broadmoor could not be a better place to rent my first apartment. Although this complex is often described as a 'retirement community', the age range has much more variety than that, so don't be afraid young renters! The staff is incredibly supportive of your needs and keep you up to date through email about events and communicate well about issues they are dealing with. Complex parties are fun to attend, with the food, drink, and awesome residents to hang out with. I utilize the fitness room amenity the most vs the pool or the rest of the clubhouse, but I'm sure everybody is as nice as they are in the fitness room. There's no better place to be than Tradition by Broadmoor.

I moved into the Tradition Apartments in 2008. My daughter had lived here several years earlier and LOVED IT. I admit that, that alone, put this complex in my top runners. After taking a tour here and having looked at several others, I was ready to sign. The street I live on reminds me of a little English Village street. The buildings are all alike with little different nuances. A slightly different color maybe a different trim. The trees are good sized and the grass and shrubbery are kept immaculate. They are always painting or up grading the apartments. I had a medical emergency several years back. They gave my daughters access keys to the complex so they could check up on me. (I'm fine now). The management knows everyone it seems. You truly feel like you are part of a family. Everyone is so very friendly from the residents to the staff. I would really hate to ever leave here.

Safe but expensive. Management spares no expense on maintaining the value of the property for the owner. It is gated. Fairly high turnover except among the older people, like this is their retirement community. Grounds are clean and safe. Units are small though. Good place to live, just keep to yourself.

Great condo-style, gated apartment complex - attached garage to each unit & door directly outside - no shared hallways with neighbors. Very well kept and helpful, caring management. Allows pets. Gives a small community feel in the city - within 10 minutes of grocery & shopping mall. Only downfall is parking for some units.
