We’ve lived here a year and a half now. Everyone is extremely professional and friendly. We absolutely love living here.

I have been at tradtion for over four years and the management is very nice and always helpful meantenace is very quick to respond the apartments are beautiful and they keep adding new amenities I would recommend living here it's very nice community and my neighbors are all great

When you allow residents to be treated poorly, it is a direct reflection upon the company as a whole. For one to feel at home, you must feel valued and appreciated…. heard. That is no longer the sentiment for myself and many of my good neighbors. Strange that you had good admin staff and maintenance was an issue for years, and now the admin staff is off putting. Would be nice to see them working in tandem.

Our experience here was great! Tradition is a nice community with awesome and accommodating staff. The place is nice and pretty.

We have been here for a few months and absolutely love living here. We didn’t have management for a few months so it was a little different. Our new manager is amazing! He is very responsive, very nice and actual cares about the residents that live here. I saw a few reviews stating that management doesn’t care but we have not experienced that. Maintenance is amazing, very responsive and very nice. I highly recommend our property, it is a great location too. If you have an issue, tell management. But also be realistic, this is apartment living. You can hear people above you and sometimes below. Have a realistic expectation and BE NICE to management and the front office.

Tradition is a good place to live with your family. It is a safe and has good service.

The up keep of this property is at a all time low! Dog droppings everywhere, trash over filled and disgusting overflow in the street causing a huge mice infestation in the exterior and interior of the units!

Tradition is one of the best places to live because is very safe and my family is very happy because it’s very close to the schools and parks.

Tradition is a good place to live and located in a great neighborhood, but a bit more attention to detail with regards to cleanliness would make it an outstanding place to live.

Overall Traditions has been a great experience very happy with Stephanie, Albany, Pedro, Kenny have all been so friendly and helpful with whatever we have needed! The rent is outrageous!

Great customer service. I had a long move and Tradition Apartments worked with me over the phone and email consistently and helped me out with any issues that came up. They worked with me closely and made me feel comfortable. After my move here, the maintenance team has been great for any minor issues.

Me and my 5 roommates enjoy staying in the Tradition complex. Is a quite and safe area with nice people and nice amenities.

Being part of The Tradition community for over five years has done some wonders! Living here enabled us to put what's in the best interest of our children under use by easily enrolling our child in the best and top school there is in north county, Sage Creek. The places are equipped in full with windows in the kitchen, washer and drier, and heating with air-conditioning which are rarely found all together else where. Major department and grocery stores such as Lowe's and Vons are only a walking distance, needless to speak of the new and excellent restaurants which keep on opening occasionally nearby. If you want it all, it is here and for a very reasonable price.

Beautiful place to live is nice and very good location

I have usually been more than happy with my apartment and the community. Lately, though, I have noticed more trash left lying around for days and more dog poo not picked up I feel I do my share, and Im not sure what the answer is, since residents should care about the grounds too, but it wasnt always this way. Did maintenance do more to keep it clean before?

Tradition is a safe place for families, and provides a great sense of community. There's a great potential for long term residency. Kelsey does her best to resolve issues in accordance with residents satisfaction.

An outstanding community does exist and it exists here. This beautiful place has an excellent landscape structure with an unusual and fascinating blend of tall charming pine trees and pure green areas. It is the place for anyone who is looking for being around an awesome staff and great neighbors.

Ive lived at tradition for over a year now. The apartment has spacious bedrooms, larger sized bathrooms, nice walk-in closets, gorgeous balcony view, a nice pool, its very clean and landscaping is always kept up well. The ladies in the office are very friendly and prompt with call returns.

Location & Community maintenance.

I have lived at tradition for almost 15 months. At first the experience was a very positive one. I chose this unit for the quiet location and amazing view. Its very spacious with ample storage space and open concept. However, in the last few months there has been a problem with a group of children fighting, swearing and beating each other up while playing football on the grassy area directly below my balcony. Im located in a type of alcove, so it all echos loudly. The football has repeatedly hit cars in the parking lot. The grass is now destroyed since it rained recently and there is mud all over the sidewalk area. I have brought this up with staff and on two seperate occasions the group were told to be respectful of home owners and left. However, I have been informed now that nothing can be done about this and they are allowed to play there anytime and have been informed staff are not babysitters and need to avoid any legal matters from parents ..... Im not so sure I can tolerate the noise, swearing and fighting in such a small echoing space ..... this is really discouraging. Ive been informed this isnt a 55 plus community, I understand that, but its sad to see the landscape ripped up and hear all the fighting. I was hoping to resign a lease to stay here longer. Im just not sure if I can tolerate the noise and feel I have no rights as a good tenant to fix this problem.

Tradition is a great community complex! The staff truly cares about us as residents and work hard to make sure we are pleased! Im thankful to have a staff that I can trust to take care of any issues that my family and I may need. The amenities here are great, clean and an excellent benefit. A personal favorite of mine is seeing the sunsets from our patio! I would recommend Tradition Apartments - I am confident that you will have the same positive experience that I have! Bob P.

Very nice and responsible team that makes living here a great experience

The gals in the office, Kelsey and Karina, have been very friendly and helpful. Weve been here under 6 months and its been a enjoyable experience so far.

My wife and I have been living at The Tradition for almost a year. The entire community is well maintained and landscaped, with ample parking. Top quality management staff on site and responsive maintenance team.

Tradition management service has been improved for last few months under new management. Kudos to the new team, really appreciate their professionalism and services to residents.

A Beautiful property with a view! Wonderfully landscaped

Unfortunately I have to say this was a bad place from the start. Things not working or falling apart on the day we moved in. Cheap carpet, cabinets, bad installation of flooring, etc. etc. Maintenance staff is friendly and they try but are not well educated or trained. The office staff has had a high turnover rate and most are rude and unpleasant to talk to.

Staff is friendly and helpful. They accommodate requests in a timely fashion. The apartments are spacious and close to everything.

Is very nice place to live

The staff at the traditions apartments are some of the most kind and caring people in a large apartment community. They treat you like family and will stop and ask you how your day is going. Not just saying it as in passing but genuinely will listen and care about all their residents.

I would love it here and never leave if it was non-smoking.I am so sad that I can no longer have my windows open at night because the people on the 1st floor smoke out on their balcony. I would only recommend this community to someone who also smoked, since the 2nd hand smoke might not bother them as much.
