Property Ratings at Traditions at Creekview
Property is not updated they do half work. Management/ HOA is trash they don't not care about your concerns or problems. They have parking restrictions 3 hour parking and if you have guests longer they need to go switch spots or they need to have a parking pass which you need to get 24 hours in advance. They do tow vehicles and if they are in the wrong they don't make there wrongs right. They have a lady that walks around the property but she just makes your life he*l doesn't really help when help is needed she's just there to tell on you when parking in a visitor spot whether you are there the allotted time or not.
I moved in on April 9th and my apartment was half way painted my doors were not painted the trim was not done and my walls were half way painted. I spoke with the manager numerous times to get this completed and instead of doing the right thing I’ve received nothing but attitude poor customer service and management.
