We had to evacuate from Western NC due to Hurricane Helene and it was a stressful time for us. The management staff was so helpful and caring in getting us signed in. Our apartment was spotless and we felt at home immediately. The support staff and residents were very friendly and helpful. We will recommend Traditions at Fort Mill to any of our family and friends.

Unlike other apartment complexes Traditions is just three buildings making it more of a small community than a complex with helpful neighbors and neighbors who become friends. The staff is responsive and the on site Maintenance is a plus. I lived in a much bigger and oversized complex when I moved down here and never felt more isolated. We really enjoy living here. Our apartment is comfortable and well appointed, with good sized rooms including a laundry room and walk-in closet. The community facilities include elevators in every building, a gym and a swimming pool, and there are common areas where the residents can get together, which they regularly do. The residents we've met are friendly we feel very welcome here. The location is convenient for the services in Fort Mill and Rock Hill, and the proximity to the freeway means you can get to Charlotte very easily.

In the last seven years, I've done a 2-story, 1970s era complex in PA, 3rd floor and supposedly safe block-style community in Lake Wylie, and even tried a townhome in Rock Hill. NOTHING and NOWHERE compares to Traditions at Fort Mill. As with anything important in life, it starts at the top -- if the staff aren't leading from the front, even the Garden of Eden would look shabby. The folks here at Traditions at Fort Mill are the best at what they do, and I speak from 26 years military and 20 years retired. From the very first day, they're looking after you, and they never, EVER tire. The apartments speak for themselves -- sane layout, high quality materials and professional fit and finish. The amenities are here, to be sure: salt-water outdoor pool, BBQ pavilion, Bark Park, spacious workout rooms, sitting areas with a gas fireplace, TWO elevators, indoor mail delivery, valet garbage pickup outside your door...but it's all done so well that even a hermit like me can just lay back and go: ahhhh. Finally, the peace and quiet those of us 55+ worked so hard all our lives to enjoy. No loud stereos inside or out, no loud road-noise--it's about as perfect as I can imagine "golden years" to be. If you want civilization, its only 2 miles north or 2 miles south on I-77; take your pick. Shopping, food, whatever; its all there. My only regret is that I didn't move here sooner.

Very nice apartments for 55 plus rooms are spacious excellent amenities many areas for social get together. Excellent location close to major highways I 77 route 21. Close to numerous shopping centers and restaurants .

The apartments are spacious, beautifully appointed with lots of storage including walk in closets, linen and coat closets and pantry. The walk in shower is a very nice safety feature for 55+ residents. The office and maintainance staffs are always friendly and willing to help with any concerns. Apartment life is never perfect and although the laminate flooring is beautiful, unless you are on the top floor, you will probably hear the upstairs neighbor moving around. In this time of Covid-19, the amenities that are able to be open are very nice. Relaxing salt water pool and fitness center.
