Traditions At Mid Rivers

Traditions Apartment is a wonderful place to live. The residents are friendly and the grounds are kept very clean. The maintenance staff is excellent and quick to fix any issues.

Lived here for 2 years and wow, what a decline.....the apartments are fairly new and in good condition, but management is IMPOSSIBLE to reach and it's been nearly as hard to get anyone to even answer the phone in the office for at least a year. They are unwilling to work with you and leave everything up to a computer. Working on finding and buying a house, I was charged $100 more a month in rent than they were reletting my apartment when I vacated. When I signed my notice to vacate, my promised rate for a 13-month lease was $100 more than they posted on their website. Trash and dog waste is all over and other than the occasional email, nothing is done about it. Cars parked around that are missing wheels, flat tires, dented. Cigarette butts spilled in downspouts. Be weary that if you decide to move in, you'll be ignored by the leasing staff and ripped off when you renew because they know you won't want to move again.

I love living at Traditions at MidRivers. The maintenance staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and quick to handle issues. The office staff are not as accessible but that is due to COVID restrictions.

Pleasant, convenient area, well kept grounds and friendly staff. I moved in when the community was new in 2016 and still enjoy my apartment and the location!

Traditions at Mid Rivers is an outstanding place to live. The management, as well as the maintenance team, are professional and very down to Earth and kind. The apartments are beautiful and the soundproofing is very good. Highly recommended!

Nice community feel within a nice neighborhood area with lots of walking areas and parks nearby. Dog friendly. Apartment is clean, roomy with nice finishes. Pool is large and the community areas are very nice.

We love living at Traditions. The staff is very friendly and work to make the community comfortable. The maintenance employees are fast to respond and make sure they clean up afterwards.

A nice place. Pet rent is very high. They have restrictions on dog breeds but I seem to still see those breeds around the complex. You can hear the person above you walk around because there is little to no padding underneath the carpet. When the person above you wakes up, expect to wake up as well.

The move from a house to an apartment was seamless thanks to Traditions at MidRivers. Great apartment with wonderful amenities and beautiful well maintained grounds.

Excellent friendly clean safe environment if you are elderly or have a reason you cant get around very well you need to be here

Nice apartments.. fabulous leasing staff... I love calling this place home!!!. The maintenance/ groundskeeping staff is always friendly knowledgeable and fix things in a timely fashion which is also always great! Ive lived in apartments before and the attentiveness that everyone provides is top notch!! Never disappointed and glad to call this place home!

Traditions at Mid Rivers is a perfect community if you are looking for Long Term or Short Term Leasing. The location is perfect and the complex is Modern with great amenities.

I have added to the plethora of one star reviews for Capri online and will be spreading the word of Capris terrible lease agreements. I do not and will not recommend anyone rent from a Capri property ever.

Ive lived here for almost two years. I have zero complaints about living here. Ive felt safe and as a single woman, thats important. Its been wonderful!

I can not tell you enough, what a great experience I have had so far. I am getting a divorce and was really nervous about moving on my own as a single mother with 2 dogs. I couldnt decide if I wanted to rent a house or townhouse. Ryan who works in the office, went out of his way, to find the perfect style apartment that fits all of my needs. He really listened, I could not be more happy! My daughter loves our new home, our dogs do too! We are really enjoying the amenities, specifically the doggy park and the pool. Thank you Ryan for putting my fears at ease as I enter this new chapter of life, in an amazing new home.

Ryan in the office is awesome! Apartment is awesome! Ryan took the time to show us multiple apartments and explain everything needed when we were on-site to look. We looked at other apartments and no other apartment community was as friendly and helpful as Ryan. I went back a second time, and Ryan took the time to show us the two floor plans we were looking at again. He helped me pick the right floor plan for my family. I moved into the apartment and it was clean, and everything worked properly. I give this apartment community and office staff a 10!

Traditions at Mid Rivers are the best apartments to live in. As resident, youll have the tranquility of a personalized service, gorgeous clean environment, enjoy of all the safety precautions (specially in winter), and immediate repairs if needed. My wife and I love this place and the staff!

Ive only been here for a week but have had two very small service requests and they completed them within 2 hours, even on the weekend. Every person I have dealt with that works at Traditions have been amazing, helpful and kind.

Great maintenance staff; and office staff

We were on the hunt for a place we would love to call home for at least a few years. We love our new one bedroom apartment! Ryan helped us lease and was super fast and getting everything done and was even emailing me after hours to make sure we had all the info we needed for our short notice move in date. We turned in our move in check list and maintenance super was quick to make sure everything was taken care of! It's a super cute community and we don't hear any road noise which is awesome. Our apartment is quiet and we love the updated features! The location is great and anything you should need is within a 5/10 min drive. We would recommend renting here! Lucas & Ashley

I love everything about Traditions! Feliz was an angel when I was looking for a new apartment. She was kind, patient and diligent. Ryan was very helpful and knowledgable as well. The grounds are kept pristine as well as the hallways to the buildings. The tenants are all very friendly too! I highly recommend Traditions if you are looking for a new apartment!!!!

I have lived in these apartments for 9 months. Above me lives the leasing manager who throws loud parties during the week until all hours. The leasing manager and his buddies also hang their laundry from the 3rd floor balcony on a regular basis. There are underwear and clothes strewn across the front of our grass on a regular basis. If you don't mind the noise and the lack of parking, the apartments are nice. Since I have complained about the noise many times and have seen absolutely no improvement, I would discourage everyone from living here since there is no help from management if you have a problem neighbor. I'm writing this at 1:30AM on a Thursday while yet another party is going on.
