Place is nice for the age of it. Management is kind they seem to be informative of any questions you may have. Location is great good for pets with the parks around the one here is just to small for my dog. I would imagine it being great for kids having two pools and a playground for them. It's quiet at night, always good.

Trails at Harris is a lovely apartment complex conveniently located and very pet-welcoming! We enjoy the many amenities (eg. pool, fitness facilities) and appreciate the very responsive staff. The premises are quiet (a must since my husband works in healthcare and wants to come home to relax) and the other tenants we have met are very nice.

Knowledgeable and courteous staff. Get back to you in a timely manner for your concerns.

The maintenance team is great, fast, knowledgeable, and friendly.

All the staff are professional, hard working and listen to you when you need to talk to them about an issue. I highly recommend the complex to anyone I know looking for an apartment.

We love the community, the staff and the environment here at Trails. We are looking forward to enjoying all the renovations that have been happening in the time we have spent here so far. Great job to all!!

A great place to live. We have some great neighbors and we love our apartment. The apartment and grounds are well maintained and for the most part is quiet.

This place is really nice. I have worked with Greystar before so it made the process alot easier for me. I like how the place is off the main road but far enough away that you do not get that much traffic. Maintenance is super nice and have fixed almost all my problems. It is near a school if that is important to you and also pretty close to downtown Gilbert.

Very nice, peaceful, quiet community. Staff is amazing, the other residents are great and the apartments are in excellent condition. This is a hidden gem and I'm so glad I found it.

So far so good! I like it here. The office staff responded to my emails quickly and professionally. The apartment was nice and clean without any issues when moving in. The apartment community is quiet and so far every resident (and pets) that I've met have been friendly.

The AC units are awful and out of date and stopped working completely before I moved out but always had an issue with it working correctly. There were constantly tiny little beetles in my apartment so clearly this complex was not being sprayed regularly. When I moved in, they did a horrible job with patching any holes and the walls looked awful. Office staff is kind of snobby and they talk to you like you’re toddlers. Swimming pools were always closed so I got to utilize the pool only once while living there. The office/gym was being remodeled the WHOLE 7 months I lived there even though they said it would be ready in a few months when I first started living there, so I never got to utilize these “amenities” I was paying for every month. And nowhere on the website did it say that this was under construction. Parking was always an issue because our parking spot is nowhere near my unit so unloading groceries was always fun?? Overall, this place was not worth what I paid monthly.

I have only every had amazing experiences at Trails at Harris. EVERYONE is so kind. Lindsay took the time to chat with me about my issue and understand what was going on and Kim is always SO quick and helpful and kind. I would recommend living at Trails at Harris to ANYONE in a heartbeat!

I love living at Trails at Harris! I would not even consider moving. It is centrally located to just about everything. In my opinion there is nothing not to like about living here.

Great Staff and beautiful community. I've lived here for 11 years and just transferred to a new renovated apartment and I love it even more. The staff has helped me plenty of times and I'm glad I still get to call it home.

The renovations and huge rent increase for those renovations during COVID really was a not so pleasant experience especially when maintenance couldn't come into the apartments for anything.

I am very happy with my choice to move into Trails, the apartment was totally renovated, the office staff is amazing and I have had zero concerns.

I love living at the Trails. The community is beautiful the staff are friendly and helpful. The grounds have a play ground for the kiddos and a dog park for the residences that have the pups. There's two pools one closest to the office . I can't wait for it to open with the new upgrades. The community lounge is being remodeled hopefully that project will be completed soon as well. There is a fitness center and water station as well so you don't have to go all the way to the store for water just take your jug to the community water machine how convenient is that! Trails is close to kids schools and the surrounding community is great not too far from the busy Gilbert Rd and Baseline.

So far a great place to live, looks nice, community is clean.

Do not. I’ll make it short and sweet. I moved in and moved out 3 days later. 100’s of roaches. Just don’t risk it.

Very nice area to live and love that the school is only a little away. Neighbors are friendly and they also keep pools clean.

I love living here so far! The environment feels safe and peaceful, and it’s also such a great location! The grounds and landscape are kept very nice, and maintenance solves your issue very quickly. All the admin are very nice as well. I am having a great experience so far!

I have been living here for soon to be 3 years. My review does not change because things are consistently good here. Professional and friendly office staff and maintenance crew. The grounds are kept in excellent condition and it is a quiet community.

Nicest staff I've dealt with, they understood it was my first apartment and was communicative, honest, and patient with me every step of the way. They continue to strive for excellence, with continuous renovations!

Maintenance is great. They take of the property really well and are attentive to personal service request. Theyll take care of you.

It's an incredibly solid place to live. I've only been here for a week, but I have had a great time so far. The team as very willing to work with my unorthodox income proof (tips from bartending and serving); it's in a great location surrounded by easily accessible stores like Target, Walmart, Sam's Club, and Fry's; and the units are well insulated from heat and sound.

Management staff and maintenance is great BUT the apartments themselves are not up to standard. The overall look of the outside appearance is beautiful but the actually renovations and update to the apartment are subpar to say the least.

I am going on my third year of residency here and would not consider anywhere else. The grounds are Immaculate and well maintained the office staff is very professional and friendly and addresses any concerns in a timely friendly manner.

move-in week I have met most of my neighbors, all wonderful and welcoming! The grounds are super well kept, have had great response times with the front office, and theres a super cute park across the way!

Dont live here until the get new office management. They are nice up front and very mean after you become a resident. Would not recommend.
