Trails at Rock Creek

I was fearful from moving from a house to an apt - however, the staff (Laura & Luke) helped me transition and it was an excellent experience. From the helpful friendly staff, to the amazing grounds and flexibility, it has been awesome. My place is clean and bright - I have two dogs and this place is very dog friendly with plenty of places to walk and lots of dog dispenser to keep the property clean.

Great place to live. Great office staff. Great maintenance. Overall would recommend anyone to move here.

Living here has been the best of all worlds. The grounds, staff, maintenance response, location and neighbors have all been wonderful. Couldn't find a better place to live in all this area.

Best maintenance response time EVER. Professional, competent, always get an issue taken care of right away. Office staff are top notch. Living in this community is difference between night and day to anywhere else. Nice grounds and community spirit make for a wonderful experience living here.

Apartment home of our dreams. Welcoming, friendly, and helpful community team, comfortable living, beautiful surroundings, responsive maintenance team. Rent is very affordable, apartment is sound-proof. Walking trail is picturesque. Landscaping is impressive and well-maintained. TRC is quiet, serene, yet filled with the laughter of children and enjoyable family times. We have been here 2 years and LOVE it!

Going on six years here now, and it has been absolute heaven on earth! We cannot say enough praise for the office staff, the grounds, and especially the obviously highly trained and adept maintenance staff. They are THE best.

Why ? I called Harris County Health Dept because the swimming pools were turning green and with slim in them all summer long. The hot tube is usually dirty and not running 2-3 days a week, and that's almost every week.

Ive lived a Trails at Rock Creek for more than twenty years, that says it all: Great place to live.

The Trails at Rock Creek is a hidden gem. I had two apartment locator companies helping me find a new home that did not list TRC as an option. I personally was lucky to find this complex myself seeing the lazy river in google maps. What a wonderful surprise to follow up and learn about my new home. I couldn't be happier!

The Trails are truly an amazing place to live. We just signed the lease for a 3rd year and have not a single complaint about anything. Love the property, the management and staff, and our apartment!

We have been staying at trails at rock creek for a little over a year and absolutely love it! Its rare if we have a problem but they fix it right away. We are not moving anytime soon! Great management and always improving things around the apartment!

I'm a new resident having just one week in this community. This being said, the community management is quick to respond any issues you might have, and the overall community feels like a great place to live.

I loved my time living here! Was sad when I had to move due to job and wished I could have taken apt with me... Maintenance crew was always prompt and ever visible working on the grounds to maintain cleanliness and create of feeling of safety. Management always courteous and professional. Everything I needed was close by... close access to highway... quiet and peaceful... and best of all the grounds/landscape have plenty of trees and doesn't feel like I live in a building surrounded by parking lot.

This community is just over the top in every way, and I can truly say that from past experiences in a number of different apartment communities. Everything is done with professionalism, know-how, kindness, and the highest level of running everything like a well-oiled machine.

Great work ethics demonstrated by staff, always prompt in taking care of issues leaving customers very satisfied .

I have been very happy since moving here and am so thankful I chose Rock Creek to call home. There are so many reasons why I feel this way; love the layout and location of the apartment, all the amenities you have for your residents, the landscape is so pretty and most importantly the friendliness,professionalism and knowledge of the employees.

Trails at Rock Creek Luxury Apartments have been a godsend during my time in Houston! The amenities are fabulous, the staff is extremely attentive, and the support staff are professional and kind. I am moving in the next week, and I am sad to leave what I consider to be an amazing family and community!

I love TRC! Staff is great, maintenence is on top of everything. Neighbors are friendly and the complex is beautiful.

Ive lived here for many years and recently moved my elderly mother in to the property. They do a great job keeping the property in excellent condition, and quickly handle our maintenance needs. Great staff , location and service make this a great community.

Trails of Rock Creek Apartments are very nice safe place to live because the staff in the office are always there for you and will help in anyway they can. There are so many amenities, 4 pools, at least 2 gyms with workout equipment, a room where all packages are delivered to locked boxes, tennis court, volleyball court, hot tub, a real nice area for cookouts, benches to sit in the shade, nice area to walk you pets plus two dog parks, some garages, aPlace to wash your car and covered drive through mail boxes. I am so happy I chose to live here and am very happy. Come see for yourself, you will not be disappointed.

Jackie at the Trails at Rock Creek office made it a breeze to move in and answered all of our questions regarding the move. When touring the property we felt at home and felt a sense of community. Even now living here it has went above and beyond our expectations. Our neighbors are extremely friendly and being in the apartment feels like you are in your own home. Would recommend this place to anyone!

The office staff is wonderful and always ready and willing to help.

Everything has gone very smoothly in the 10 years I have lived here. The admin staff is wonderful especially Anna. And Jason has helped me several times. My son came this weekend and said it is quiet and the grounds are lovely. He thought the pool area was especially nice. I am still here after 10 years. My problem is the parking, that's it.

This is a quiet and friendly community. I feel safe here. There is always parking and always a nice place to walk around. There are so many fun floor plans and ours has the biggest closet. The perks are great especially if you have a dog. Communication is great. I have lived in 5 other apartment complexes and this is my favorite so far!

Top Notch community. Well planned out, very well run, professionalism across the board in all areas. This has been a breath of fresh air to live here.

I have been a resident here for several years living in three different floor plans. I have loved every one of my apartment homes. The application and transfer process has been a breeze. The entire staff responded quickly to any of my maintenance needs. The amenities and the grounds are amazing. I love to call this place my home.

I can't say it enough: as five-year residents, we have been totally comfortable and happy here. We have received nothing less than stellar service on all fronts at all times. This is the most well-run community we have ever lived in, and we've been in several communities.

Great community. Management is so friendly and gets any issues taken care of super fast. The maintenance staff fixes any issues very quickly. And are safe and clean while doing it. Great place to live for sure.

Living at Trails of Rock Creek has been a great experience. The front office personnel especially Daisy, Jason have always been very professional yet empathetic to any needs or questions. The maintenance crew is top notch.

We are enjoying living at Trails at Rock Creek. We feel its a great value for the money we spend. The office personnel are friendly and helpful. The maintenance personnel are prompt to respond to issues and get things taken care of with great expertise and with great timing.

Living here is perfect because you have beautiful views with trees and flowers. Great pool and gym. What else do I need to enjoy my life here??

This community is what I would call stellar in management, provision of services, response to maintenance requests, and overall superior in management. It is just above compare to most other places in NW Houston. Our experience here has been top-notch.

I have lived here for over 5 years and have loved it. The staff and the maintenance crew are wonderful. I appreciate the hand rails that have been recently placed at the steps everywhere. I am older and these are a great help. Overall, this place is great!

This place is alright but for a "luxury apartment" it has it's woes, I had my chained bicycle stolen off my patio and i have upstairs neighbors who will pound the floor like they want to break it open if i play my music at decent volume past 8 pm

Ive lived at the Trails at Rock Creek for over twenty years, in both Phase 1 and now in Phase 2. The green space available is excellent and well kept. The area is close to and covenant to shopping, restaurants, theaters, postal and medical services. Couldnt ask for a better location.

Ive been living at this apartment complex for three years dont have any problems. Everyone in this apartment complex stays to their self very quiet community. If youre looking for a luxury style apartment with quality management service this is the apartment to stay.

Trails at Rock Creek is an amazing place to live. The apartments are excellent maintained, leasing team and maintenance team are really helpful and kind. Landscape, pools, tennis court, playground, car wash, dog park and good neighbors. The place is secure and the police is always watching around. Definitely I extremely recommend it to live.
