Property Ratings at Trails of Dickson
Not worth what they have jacked the price up to. These apartments need a lot of work that they just keep putting a bandage on. The outside is never maintained; overgrown grass, bushes never trimmed, trash is every where around the property, needles in the parking lot, the pool is dirty, panels hanging off the side of the buildings, homeless people living in the woods beside building 8, steps missing concrete, rotten wood on the decks. On the inside of these apartments there is black mold, roaches, water leaks, dryer vent clogs. You no longer can pay your rent at the office. Management wants you to pay through a 3rd party and charge an extra $25.00 fee if you use credit/debit card. They can't keep anyone in the office. No one wants to stay and deal with the mess they have going on.
Never anyone in the office. No maintenance. Even when there was maintenance nothing ever got fixed. There’s things that have been needing fixed for YEARS. No portal to view charges and no paper statements being delivered or stuck in mailbox. Hasn’t been any access to anything since March. “New” manager that was the assistant before hand has a terrible history running apartments. Not hard to find out about. New property owners need to just make a full clean slate and get out there to handle business. Until then… NOT worth it
Very Beautiful outside. The inside needs a lot of work. I really don't know what else to say without telling the truth. Say too much might get put on the street. I could use that money to get a nicer place.
