Property Ratings at Trailwood Apartment Homes
The apartment is carpeted and well-lit with good air ventilation. The management is pretty chill and gets the repairs in a day or two. I'm loving the stay.
It is a great place! The staff is very friendly and if I ever need something fixed they’re quick to fix it. I enjoy being here!
Staff is always available, the home was actually what we were told to expect. Referred friends to live there and they love the place as well.
Poor condition, mold growing everywhere and full of pests. Paper thin walls so we had to listen to constant partying by the neighbors. Our family was sick all the time while living there, I guess due to the mold. Maintenance was pretty much non-existent, every request had to be repeated several times before anything happened. Dishonest management, should have known in the beginning when they told us that the apartment we will be renting would have two bathrooms but we won't be able to see it. Only after paying the deposit they told us that it only has 1.5 bathrooms. After moving out, they made up move-out costs that were not disclosed anywhere during the signing and many of the costs were just made up. That seems to be their MO so stay away for your money and your health. It might be cheap but not worth the savings.

I have lived here for two years and let me just say, I love it! Staff is incredible and the property is wonderful! I’m walking distance from my job and downtown Redmond. I currently live in a 2b2 half bath and I love my layout! I love that I have a little patio with washer and dryer!! Oh, and a garage AND A FIREPLACE ! I’m never leaving! LOVE IT HERE !!
Pest infested dump. And when you move out they make up thousands worth of extra "move-out" charges. Stay away!

Moved here because I wanted a patio and fireplace. Bonus is the garage and washer/dryer. Staff is pleasant. Price is reasonable and affordable. Great community, neighbors are friendly. Never have to wait long for things to get repaired.
We've been here a little over a year and love it. We especially love having a garage for our vehicles and a place to do some crafting has been excellent. The property is well maintained, just last year they completely repaved our parking lot area which was awesome. Staff is professional and super friendly and responsive.
Great Apartment homes, Great Location Great Single family home. Community people and staff are helpful and understandable. Nearby trails give access to downtown avoiding traffic.
Moved here from out of state and really wanted someplace close to shopping, dining, and good public schools and we got it! Love the nearby beautiful Sammamish River trails that go on for miles...Marymoor Park, Trader Joes, French cafes...5 minute drive to Kirkland waterfront...neighbors are friendly. On-site management is receptive and friendly. Our cat loves watching the bunnies, squirrels, and birds outside our window and porch which is a great size for barbecues. Unit is clean and maintained. Love that we got 2 parking spaces! Extra storage room outside our front door...we love it here.
The apartments are good for the price and well located. Staff are generally helpful and friendly and any maintenance work is completed within a reasonable time frame. And for me personally the in unit washer/dryer is always a major sell. I'll never understand the apartments that go without this feature.

Thank you for your generous review of our community. Your correct, why don't more apartments come with a washer/dryers in their homes? The team here at Trailwood want to thank you for mentioning our on site maintenance staff. We are thrilled to hear good feedback about our performance. We can do better and strive to give top notch customer service. We greatly appreciate the positive review.
I lived at Trailwood Apartments for a little more than 8 years, and overall I feel very lucky to have found this place upon moving into the Redmond area for the first time. My stay there was very comfortable. The management and staff are very friendly and accommodating, and will go a great way to make you feel at home there. I stayed in one of the 3 bedroom apartment units with roommates and was pretty happy with the space. The rent is reasonable for the area and was well affordable when split among roommates. The maintenance staff does a great job caring for the spaces and they always came through to fix things promptly whenever their help was needed. The apartment community has a peaceful mood about it and I really appreciated that it was quiet. I also liked the general location of the complex, which is within walking distance to downtown Redmond and is also close to bus stops for commuting. Overall, I've had a great time living there. I'd completely recommend this place!
Trailwood Apartments and its amazing management made my three-year stay here the best apartment experience I've had. My only reason for leaving was work relocation. The manager is very professional, kind, and hard-working. The maintenance crew is quick-responding as well. The apartments are quiet, comfortable, and in a great location. If my work brings me back to Redmond, I know where I'll be staying!
Trailwood Apartments is the best apartment complex I have ever had the pleasure of occupying. The townhome-style units are warm in the winter and cool in the summer, as well as very spacious. The best part about my stay was the management, who were very responsive to my needs and made sure that I was having a comfortable stay. I can't recommend these apartments enough!
I lived here for a year, Summer 2016 through late Autumn 2017, and it was a great experience! The apartment was nice and cozy with plenty of space and the office staff are some of the most wonderful people. The location was great, within walking distance of several shopping centers including Redmond Town Center and close to the Burke Guilman trail as well. Overall, I had a great time living here and I definitely recommend it!
Price -Rent increases $100 a year -Trailwood Apartment Homes is pricing their units similar to the brand new luxury apartments in the area whose rent includes w/s/g and internet (Trailwood Apartment Homes does not include w/s/g and internet in rent) -For a 2bd/2bath the rent is $1750 (rent per sq ft: about $3.50 monthly) -For the area the average person goes into debt $300 a month with rent only around $1000 Buildings -Mold (from bad building design) -Asbestos ceilings ( the manager believes these are safe because of "years of being being painted over" completely ignoring gravity in that the paint will pull the crumbly asbestos off the ceiling more than if it wasn't painted over -Garages are not up to state code -If you have a unit near the street the cars might as well be driving through your bedroom because the noise is so loud -Near a factory that sometimes does metal work till around 1 AM -Buildings in general are very old and things are falling apart (the buildings should be torn down and remade but instead they just started putting new appliances in) -In regards to construction, Trailwood Apartment Homes uses the cheapest/worst labor and does not become informed about what has to be done for the construction they paid for or how it will affect the tenants. Construction workers left a big hole in the ceiling for a new fan/light that doesn't work as well as the old, poisonous caulking left on my possessions, front door blocked, possessions taken out of garage and left in parking lot, garage blocked, and I had to move around a lot of possessions a five days in a row sometimes for no reason as the construction workers asked us to move our stuff and then never came back that day. Amenities -A pool that is not open for long and I have never seen anyone use -A dank exercise room that no one speaks of
Great location in Redmond. Close to grocery stores, movie theaters and great restaurants. It's also just 15 minutes away from Downtown Bellevue and 25 minutes away from Downtown Seattle. The apartment is clean and the area is quiet. Best bargain in Redmond area for the square footage.
