Trailwood Village Apartments

I am a recent resident of Trailwood Village, and as is typical when moving in, I noticed a few items that needed repair. I am pleased to say that the response time from the management team was excellent, and they quickly fixed all of the issues. The staff here are friendly, kind, and attentive to residents' needs. Additionally, the easy access to Green Belt trails is fantastic. I am confident that I made the right choice by moving here.

We moved into this apartment when rent skyrocketed. This summer will be our 3rd year , however many of our neighbors have lived here for over ten years. We love the office staff and the extra effort they make to ensure things are well maintained and running correctly. If there is ever a problem they work well with their staff to help solve the problem as quickly and efficiently as they can. We enjoy the extra amenities like the pool and the fun activities they bring to do at the apartment. We are located just off the trails in Kingwood so there are great parks near by and in the summer you also can apply for the local pool tags as well. The only down side to our apartment is minimal I wish I had a laundry room in my own home, but the place to do laundry is super close and it’s been a great way to meet our neighbors. We also love that it’s close to great schools on the area. Foster elementary will be getting an upgrade soon, Kingwood middle was just updated and my oldest currently attends k park and loves the school. This place is quiet and there are many families who live here but people are friendly and respectful.

We haven’t been here too long to break down the nit and grit but I can say it’s a good location, a good set up, and a quiet community. Friendly neighbors, our kids love the playground and can’t wait to use the pool! Walking distance to churches, trails, and the elementary school. Modern apartments. My kids love it. We came from NY, so wasn’t sure what to expect out here but all expectations have been reached as of now. Helpful and kind management .

As a current resident, I have had a fantastic experience at this apartment complex, thanks to the wonderful staff Andrea and Jordan. They have been incredibly helpful, friendly, and always ensure that my needs are met. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming living environment.

Not to mention, their commitment to offering the best prices in town makes this community the perfect choice for both comfort and affordability.

Trailwood Village Apartments is a fine place to live. The staff is most helpful. They will go out of their way to assist anyone searching for a place to call home. I have been a resident 12 years and I am happy being a resident here. Covered parking is a big plus.

The staff members are very helpful and supportive. It's very quiet and peaceful. The little kids can literally walk to the elementary school.

Nice apartment with beautiful view inside and outside side. Things are going good with new management. Have nice playground for kids and 2 swimming pools.

I've been living in these apartments since 09-2021. They're incredibly nice for the price especially for the area. They're quiet, with two pools which is nice given there are a lot of kids in the complex. The laundry facilities are always in working order and if they're not, they are quick to be repaired along with any other issues. Andrea & Jordan are fantastic at their jobs, they have helped me through two transfers thus far. They go above and beyond their call of duty to assist their residents. Trailwood village is a great place to live. We have lived here 4 years. There are plenty of great amenities and the schools are some of humble school districts best. We have 2 pools a gazebo for birthday parties. A play area for kids. These are upscale apartments at an affordable rate. So before you look an place else come check out trailwood village and make this your home.

The management is great, helpful,and understanding of any issues. Great place to live as well close to a lot of places and quiet at night.

It is a very quiet place, the work team is very friendly, they solve any problem with your apartment as soon as possible. I recommend it 100%, a very quiet place where you can find yourself and have a lot of peace. I love living here.

I've been living here for two years, and I am very happy since then. It is a very quiet place, nature all around, the balance between prices and location is good. When started searching for a place to live, my search included over 20 different places that could meet my expectations. One thing that is very important, is to be in a nice and peaceful location after getting back from a very long working day, so, I found it here in Trailwood Village. Love this complex. The office staff is amazing here. When I go in they greet me by name and do their best to help me with any concerns. My AC went out over the weekend (Sunday) and the Property Manager Jordan came herself and brought me a portable AC unit and got it set up so I would be comfortable. Promptly on Monday (the following day) someone was out to fix my AC. They give notices in advance of any work they are doing around the complex that could cause any inconvenience. I can't say enough nice things about them. I will continue to live here as long as they keep their pricing reasonable and they're standards high.

We have lived here 5 years and the management team is great! They are nice and communitive! Maintenance is also amazing, very helpful. A great place to live!

I just wanna start by saying Jordan and her teammate Andrea are absolutely amazing. They really do care about the community we have here. Not only is this an affordable, quite, upkept, and safe option, be prepared to meet some great people and friends for a life time. Neighbors are awesome and everyone gets along well here. Maintenance is awesome and is always spot on with request. I’ve never had a issue they couldn’t fix within a day. If your thinking about these apartments, just go for it!

Trailwood village Apts personal is great. The apts are being renovated a dn the property as well. Looks very nice.

The setting is cool, the area safe for children and very close to the elementary school if you have young children in elementary school

We have been living here for 6 years since new management took over it’s getting better day by day they change the entire loon of building specially cameras and there were no ventilation in any unit they put on net window and change sliding doors .gym is new facility staff is really helpful and friendly

We love the huge rooms for a 2 bd 1 bath! And the front office workers are nice. They will talk with you and get something worked out if needed. Been here for almost a year.

Grounds are well kept. They are upgrading some units. People in office are helpful.

Trail-wood apartments are the best apartments because they big good rooms, good laundry system, they have gym aswell. And the best thing they have open free parking and reserved parking too.

I love the new management here when I moved in a year ago management was horrible, I have to say the last couple months have been great living here, no issues very quiet my daughter school is walking distance and they are pet friendly...

Ive lived at the kingwood lakes apt and the woodland hills apt in kingwood and they are no where near as amazing as these apartment. Management/Maintenance give excellent service.

Jordan is an amazing employee. They have completely turned the apartments around since they bought them out. Couldn't ask for a better team

Great schools! Excellent location! Quiet neighborhood surrounded by the greenbelt with beautiful trails but close to 59. Love the 3 bdrm floorplan for my family!

We moved here in November and couldn't be happier. Apartment was clean and in great condition. Grounds are well kept. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Love it.

Just moved here and it’s perfect it is peaceful and very spacious and the rooms/apartments are very nice very well maintained and everyone in the building is friendly.

My now husband and I have lived in these apartments for almost 3 years. Overall our experience has been pleasant. The new property management company has really done a lot to improve the grounds and upgrading some new apartments. They have also really gotten better at responding to the few maintenance requests I have submitted. The only things we don’t have that I miss are a washer & dryer in our unit (though I have heard they will be installing them in the 2+ bedroom units) or a ice machine in the freezer. Other than that I would totally recommend

The new management has completely turned this place around. Maintenance requests happen in a timely manner and the pool is actually cleaned regularly. The staff and everyone are pretty friendly. Recommend to anyone.

Trailwood Village is located in an excellent location within Kingwood proper. It’s right next to Foster Elementary which is great for families with kids - you’ll never have to deal with drop off / pickup hassles. It’s also situated among tons of green space with many options for outside playing, walking and easy access to nature. Lake Kingwood in a short walk away while the river and too many parks to list are also within walking distance. This is a wonderful place to own a bicycle or just walk among the trees to decompress. The complex is ever improving with many new upgrades. Downstairs patios are very generous and every floor plan I’ve seen has lots of closet storage. The staff and maintenance team are friendly and responsive too.

This place is brilliant. My roommate and I are having a spectacular time here. It’s quiet, nothing bad ever happens, and I’ve even made a few neighborly friends. I would advise this place if you want a nice place to live.

I moved to Trailwood Village in August of 2020. My son and I love it here as do my 2 dogs. The staff and maintenance are awesome and my neighbors are great. It's a quiet complex with convenient laundry facilities and 2 beautiful pools. We love to hang out on our big beautiful fenced in porch and enjoy the trees. I highly recommend this complex, we'll be here for a while!

Jordan is excellent, genuinely cares about the property and the people who live here. The staff really does their best as well. Lived here for 4 years and have never had any extreme issues. Dog friendly on top of it all!!

I've rented an apartment in Trailwood for a little over a year and a half. For the first year I was only home 10 days a month so I really didn't take notice of anything. I am home more now so I've noticed that maintenance never fixes anything. I have a list of things I've given them that needed to be done. Some since the day I moved in and I'm still waiting. My Apartment doesn't have a laundry hookup. No big deal I can use the laundry room on site. Well to do so you have to purchase card from the office. Again no big deal. The problem is the office is constantly closed, and the machine that you have to pay is inside of the office. You go to the office door and their closed sign says a time they will return. I just got back from my 3rd attempt. So far they are an hour late. If it were one time it wouldn't be an issue.But its repeatedly. Pest control is horrible, I've had to pay an outside contractor to get rid of the bugs. My second lease here will be my last. I wouldn't recommend this Apartment complex to anyone. Whomever gives this place a 5 star review obviously works for the complex or has some other conflict of interest.

We have lived here for going on 3 years but we have had enough of Mossaic. They have upped our rent twice in the 2 years they have owned trailwood Apts but never pick up the phone (you have to leave a message even if it's an emergency) Our ceiling fans don't work, the windows don't open, we have roaches, the ceilings have waterspots and occasionally leak, we have no garbage disposal so the sink always clogs and half our burners on th stove don't work. The management knows all that needs to be repaired yet they raise our rent instead of fixing what is wrong. They have even tried to go in our apartment during the workday but when I opened the door with her keys hanging from the lock she screamed and acted so surprised. Said they had to do a warfare check on my husband and 2 dogs. Ok

The office never answers the phone or seems to care about your problems in any sort of timely manner. Ive had multiple water leaks that took at least a week to fix. When they have to shut off the water for "maintenance" they don't give even a 24 hour notice, which has happened at least 5 times. The apartment quality as well as the office are horrendous.

When moving to the Houston area about a year ago it was by the grace of God that we ended up at Trailwood Village in Kingwood. It's not by any means the grandest complex in the kingdom, but it is on it's way. A new management company took over about 6 months ago and are slowly but surely getting a handle on the 'less desirables' that have haunted this property for years and the overall declining condition, which is an enormous challenge with an older property. There have been no water or electricity issues since new management promptly remedied. We just signed a new lease and have had a total upgrade with new floors, stainless steel appliances, paint, fixtures, blinds . . .management is responsive, efficient and the property manager knows what she's doing. Trailwood Village Apartments have huge potential. They are nestled in the heart of a quiet neighborhood in the middle of Kingwood, which makes it easy to get in and out of without being too close to 59 or buried deeper in the back with daily traffic challenges. An elementary school is right next door and many trail heads to the Greenbelt are just steps away. Many playgrounds and swimming pools are within easy walking distance on the trails and one of the best parks in the area - River Grove - is within walking distance. We are looking foward to witnessing the continued progress in the months ahead. I would recommend this property. I suggest you see the unit that you will be renting and take a good look at the potential immediate neighbors surrounding you. The concerning occupants are being weeded out but there still are a lot of hangers-on and that will be rectified eventually. It just takes time.
