I enjoy staying at Tramor at Autumn park. Miranda is always very helpful and responsive. The maintenance is quick to respond. I appreciate the on site washer/drying setup & pool. Pets are allowed & the pricing is very good for being so close to Austin.

The apartment itself is a slightly older complex, but the interiors have all been kept up and renovated well (new carpet, light fixtures, paint, locks, etc.) 1/1 bedroom is plenty of room. Maintenance is timely, the majority of the time responding to a request the same day. Once I got locked out after 5pm and a member of the team still came to help. Management handled the snowstorm very well, sending daily updates and checking on their residents (Miranda and Berenice are the best!). Parking was never an issue, always an available spot. If I wasn’t moving areas, I would love to live here longer as it’s affordable and reliable!

Enjoyed my stay here, apartments have been renovated so definitely a place you can feel comfortable living at an affordable cost, but the bigger perk is the staff, everyone in the office and maintenance were always nice and helpful and above all Miranda, she assisted me from making the application process a breeze and always addressed my needs promptly throughout my year here, always kind, always fair, and definitely made living here more comfortable and pleasant!

I have live here for almost a year and a half and I highly recommend this place. The staff is amazing and is really helpful if you have any questions or need to make any adjustments. Apartments are pretty affordable for the area and are nice. Only downside is no one unit washer or dryer but they have onsite facilities. Relatively quite community even with kids. Close to a nice park too. I run in the area and always felt safe doing so.

I have been a resident at Tramor at Autumn Park for one year. Management has been amazing! I love my apartment and was able to move into one with a fireplace! The grounds and pool are are kept clean at all times. I am so glad I made the decision to move here.

The rental process was easy. Everything could be done online and paperwork was digitally signed. The complex is quiet and within proximity of all the major needs: coffee shops, shopping, gyms, dry cleaners, and the highway. Rent is competitively-priced and can be paid online through the portal. Maintenance requests can also be submitted online. The office staff followed-up to make sure everything was was fixed to my satisfaction. Very happy with our selection.

I’m about to finish up a 6 month lease and have decided to renew for another year. This place is great! Quiet, everyone is friendly, the rates are super reasonable, and everyone in the office is delightful! Super happy with this place!

Staff is very professional; Miranda has been very attentive and accommodating from day one. My daughter loves the recently upgraded playground and soccer field in walking distance. Maintenance requests have been addressed immediately and effectively. Pest Control is a plus. I got a free deep carpet cleaning after my first year! HEB plus close by; 7-11 in walking distance. My apartment is not brand new, but it is well maintained; I have a massive book shelf next to my fireplace, and my balcony is legit.

They have a really great staff front desk and maintenance anytime we needed anything fixed they were right on it great pricing for the amount of space that you get

My Husband & I have lived in these apartments for the past two years and have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We kinda worried after reading some of the older reviews but the property I believe is under new management and making big changes! Neighbors are great, not too loud and don’t bother you. The maintenance team is awesome at coming in and fixing things as soon as possible, and the leasing office is great. Miranda is amazing at her job and really cares for residents. Small side note but I found it to be so sweet, when it’s your birthday they come by the door and will leave a goodie bag with candy! Every month they also have nice social events & during Christmas time they even have free gift wrapping supplies you can use! The apartments are very well priced & they may not be the cutest at the moment they are working towards fixing the place up. I highly recommend living here especially for first time apt. people or if you’re looking to save money. There’s no washer or dryers but they do have a facility by the mailboxes or there’s some nice ones nearby like the spin zone. I can’t say anymore great things about the property but especially Miranda, we’re actually gonna miss our little apartment!

Me and my boyfriend were looking for our first apartment together and we had fun to a lot of different apartments some people were rude but what really stuck out was Miranda at the front desk she was very nice and she was the main reason why I decided to choose tramor. I didn't have to wait a week for my stuff to be fixed if I called it in they would either be there the same day or the next day if it was too late in the day. We would have rented another year if we didn't buy a house this year, highly recommend.

From a kind and staff that communicates wonderfully to quiet and comfortable community Tramor has it all. Nice park behind complex with a trail, clean pool, maintained property, and some apartments are newly renovated. You can always depend on the office. Maintenance always comes same day (in my experience). Overall great experience and I would recommend Tramor at autum park to anyone!

The location is wonderful, with easy access to the highway. However the thing we loved the most with our first time as renters was our property manager Miranda. From first checking out the apartment to us moving out she was extremely helpful and attentive, truly making the entire process seamless.

If you'd like a nice quiet community this is your place. My 2/2 was a bit small especially the bathrooms and kitchen but other than it had great space for my 2 kids. We were happy to call this home for a year. Thank you!!!

absolutely love living at Tramor at Autumn Park. There are lots of wonderful things about the property, but the absolute best thing is the staff... Specifically Miranda the leasing manager. In all my years of living in apartments, I have never, ever met a kinder, more caring, thoughtful, and human centered leasing manager. She is always willing to help you in whatever way possible. She makes me want to live here indefinitely, honestly. She is nothing short of exceptionally phenomenal!!The rates are super affordable and they do not make it difficult to qualify! I have been here two years and have lived in two different units. All of the units are really nice and beautifully appointed. The built in bookshelves are one of my favorite features! I first lived in the 2/2 and it's huge! I downsized to the small one bedroom and I really love it. The grounds are always kept clean and tidy. I feel very safe living here. It's very quiet. Mostly hardworking, friendly families. I love all my neighbors. Aside from the office staff, the maintenance staff are also quite exceptional. Anytime I have a problem, they are always quick to respond and take care of the issue. I also love how the office staff always checks in after maintenance has been here to make sure the issue has been resolved properly. Tramor at Autumn Park is a breed restriction free property. Which was so important to me because of my loving, lazy, gentle Siberian Husky. There are lots of other huskies on property. ?? There is a dog run and the property provides poop bags and trash cans! The property backs up to a newly renovated and super cool park that has an awesome playscape for kids, soccer field, walking path, pavilion, and more poop bags and trash bags. I don't have a car, so I also love that the property is walking distance to tons of necessities including grocery stores, restaurants, a drug store, churches, and more! Also, silly little thing that I also love about the property, they send you candy on your birthday. I mean, how sweet is that?! They also frequently have fun little events and contests for discounts on rent. They've had free snow cones, build your own pizzas, popcorn, and more! On valentine's day they had a candy hearts guessing game, for Christmas they had a decorate your door contest, and on Halloween they had a dog costume contest. ?? My daughter and I absolutely love it here and I would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone!! You will feel right at home and love it!!

The location of this property is amazing! It's only a few minutes to I-35. I never had any noise issues and it stayed very cool in the Texas summer heat, as well as warm in the winter. Miranda, the property manager, was fantastic and always responsive. I enjoyed my time here.

I travel a lot and this has been by far the easiest transition. I had a few special request since I am still in Hawaii, and the Manager Berenice was not only willing to help me but she did responded quickly and professionally. Every single email and communication was directed again quickly and cheerfully. Per my son who is already in Texas said the apartment was very clean and was impressed.

From the moment I stepped into the leasing office to take a look at some units in December 2018, I have felt at home here at Tramor at Autumn Park. Miranda is extremely helpful and makes sure to get to know you. She was able to get me a great deal, and since living here, there is always some opportunity to get some credit on your rent. The complex puts on fun monthly activities like Halloween dog costume contests, holiday door decorating, etc. and the community amenities are well kept and clean. When I have a maintenance issue (and there haven't been many) Miranda is quick to get it resolved, no matter the time of day. Each time I walk into the leasing office to pick up a package or reload my laundry card, Miranda greets me by my name and with a smile. She makes me feel like I belong here. I have already resigned for another year, and don't see myself leaving anytime soon! If you're not just looking for a place to live, but a place that truly feels like home, look no further than Tramor at Autumn Park!

I am a relatively new resident at Tramor at Autumn Park. The application process was seamless and the staff is extremely helpful. I'm so thankful for Miranda, the manager. I was able to move into a fully renovated apartment with a beautiful fireplace at an exceptional price! The grounds are well kept and my neighbors are extremely nice. I stopped into the office today and was greeted with a small cake, thanking me for being a new resident. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone who is wanting to live around the Austin area!

Everything is excellent. Staff is so adorable. Maintenance on the top! They guys are super fast and knowledgeable of everything! Also Miranda and Jamie did a great job with our family. On our move out we cleaned apartment and the complex didn’t even try to charge us for anything extra! That was our first experience in renting apartment in America! If I would have a chance to live in round rock again it will be definitely Tramor with the current management team!

Moved here this May and love them! The staff is so friendly and it is a great location right next to the 79.

I moved here from northern Missouri, and have them very short notice, needless to say they had what I needed and took care of me in the process. Staff is very friendly and willing to help if an issue arises. Great quiet place to live!

Property staff is great. The maintenance team was very knowledgeable and helped politely with my dishwasher in less that 5 minutes. Miranda is the manager and she’s by far the best property manager I’ve had yet. She’s so personable, and always assists willingly with speed and a great smile. It’s always a joy to speak with her. (And the wood burning fireplace sells themselves). I just moved in from a place that was less than a year old, and I already prefer Tramor at Autumn Park.

I am a resident at Tramor at Autumn park and have been for several months now and am very pleased with the community, amenities and management. Miranda (assistant property manager) has been nothing but kind to me. She is extremely efficient. I have visited the leasing office requesting maintenance or whatever it may be, and she has always quickly assisted me and taken care of any and all issues. The property is always up to date on repairs and is great at communicating any updates, events, etc. I recommend Tramor to anyone looking for a new apartment.

It’s cheesy, I know, but that’s how I felt when I first walked into the soon-to-be new home after leaving a very toxic living situation. Miranda immediately responded to my inquiry and scheduled a tour within 24 hours. The apartment staff are very friendly and helpful; this was true when we were experiencing some hot water issues. This place is under new management and they clearly care about their tenants and the way we live. Don’t let the admittedly rough exterior fool you, your new palace awaits.

Don't let the old reviews discourage you; this place has been under new management as of (around) October 2018. First Impressions (new tenant): While the amenities aren't aplenty, although they're slowly coming, I'm highly impressed with the new features they're installing for their renovations. Our unit is equipped with many LED light fixtures and the kitchen is absolutely impressive compared to any other apartment I've lived in. We had an issue with sulphur in the hot water and it was corrected within a business day. So despite all the other tenants here, they have an impressive turnaround time on work orders. Uncommon for my experiences, they've given me permission to upgrade the electronics (smart thermostat, USB outlets, etc.) so that's a huge plus for me. Location-wise, just about everything thing I need is near. The HEB is just minutes away. The manager is delightful to talk to and work with and made us feel very welcome here. So far, I'm very happy to be here.

This isnt a good place to live. Not what the website appears to be. Trust me, find some place else with better staff and better buildings. These are old, dirty, they stink, and its just not a safe area.

Roaches, Broken front door lock for over a month, broken dishwasher filled w/standing water and dead bugs, broken garbage disposal, lights out, leaky faucets, broken fridge that wasted over ($200 worth of food), and much more. We have dealt with A LOT of bad stuff from this place. All of these things mentioned above took maintenance over two weeks to fix for the most part. Currently, we have a broken A/C. We called multiple times today and no one answered 5 times. Finally the manager Meghan (very rude and unprofessional) answered. She guaranteed that maintenance would be down to help before the day is over...and He didn't show up. This has happened on several occassions. This is the FIFTH time that our A/C hasn't been working properly. It's been making loud, rattling noises that keep us up at night and has went completely out on two separate occassions. Everything Maintenance does is temporary, nothing is ever done to be a "permanent fix". My husband and I are getting VERY tired of all this. Management and staff are unhelpful and rude. Save yourself trouble and stress, don't move in here.

I've lived here for a few months now. The complex is really quiet and safe. The neighbors are all really nice and the office staff is extremely helpful. The maintenance portion isn't as great. It takes a while to get things fixed. Also there are people that don't pick up after their pets. I do like the fact that there are no breed restrictions. As an owner of a pitbull mix, that is extremely appreciated. The rent amount is very reasonable for the area. So far I am pleased with my decision to move to Tramor at Autumn Park.
