I recently moved into these apartments and have had a fantastic experience. The front office staff, especially Jocelyn, is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The apartments are well-maintained, and the neighborhood offers easy access to stores, restaurants, and job opportunities. It's a peaceful and welcoming community. The monthly rent is reasonable, considering the quality and location. Highly recommended!
Great location, everything you need is nearby; grocery stores, restaurants, bus stations and driving downtown isn't far at all. Overall experience was good, Jocelyn was always extremely nice and super helpful.
I always had a good experience with the management and maintenance here, but the building itself needs a lot of love. Good location though with bus stops and Target close by
Being near downtown and Zilker is a huge positive, especially for this affordable price. Close to multiple bus routes. Pool is clean, management is responsive and helpful. In walking distance to Target and other stores and restaurants, which is very convenient.
I've always had trouble finding an apartment with my husky, but this place takes in all kinds of dogs, which made my moving experience incredibly easy. Walked into a beautiful apartment and have had a great experience so far. A lot of great helpful people around :)
Location is perfect. 5min from Barton Springs and Zilker as well as countless restaurants and stores. Definitely worth it for just the convenience of the area alone. Units are beautiful and office staff are helpful and kind as well as maintenance.
If you're looking for a new spacious place to live right down the street from downtown, then this is it. Very affordable and very pet friendly, they allow all pets! Between the amenities and the pet friendly environment with all the eateries around you'll very much enjoy this location.
I had a great, no hassle experience living here. I didn't need to put in many maintenance requests, but when I did, they came to fix my issues in less than a day.
Unsafe, in need of repairs that will seemingly never come, unclean water, building in disrepair, car broken into in parking lot, office broken into, packages stolen, broken elevators, dirty pool, hostile management, etc. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere ps:why are all the “good reviews” posted on the same day???
Attentive management and great location in Austin. Very affordable, it’s the best spot I’ve rented while living here. Quick walk to my job as well as plenty of restaurants and shops on south Lamar.
I had previously been looking for apartments for months with no success. I received very little feedback and communication with multiple properties. Jocelyn the leasing manager at Tramor At Victory Place went above and beyond with her professionalism and genuine care with helping me secure a lease. Not only did I aquire a lease within 3 days, my apartment was in immaculate condition and ready to occupy at the time and date that was agreed upon. I highly recommend this complex even solely on the staff and Jocelyn who made this moving process quick, convenient and with a genuinely caring attitude.
I love tramor apartments. First off the pool is so clear you could see your future, hats off to Vaughn (maintenance ) Also, the leasing agent Jocelyn is always nice and always available if any issues come up. Staff is so friendly and understanding. I’ve had very few problems so far but whenever I did the staff was immediate to fix it! Also a great location next to target and so many cool bars and restaurants off south Lamar!!
I love Tramor at Victory! Jocelyn and Jenny are super helpful and with whatever situation you are in. Maintenance responds fast. This place has been really peaceful for me for 4 years of me living here. Definitely recommend.
I’ve always loved living at Tramor properties, but this property is by far my favorite. Jocelyn is one of the best leasing managers I’ve ever come into contact with and has made every effort to make sure I am happy as a tenant any time a problem arises. Just as well, Vaughn is the best of the best when it comes to maintenance - always there in a timely fashion when any maintenance is needed and he is irreverently kind. The property itself is in a prime area right off South Lamar with reasonable pricing and I’ve always felt so safe with regard to security. Every neighbor is so nice to each other and it’s just all in all a great place to live. An apartment should give it’s a resident a cozy vibe and a sanctuary away from It all and Victory Place is exactly that!
I have access to the highway, downtown in 5 minutes, and so many places around me. My apartment is amazing. I have granite countertops, a subway tile backsplash, all stainless steel appliances! The staff is really friendly. All my needs are addressed and handled in a timely manner.
These apartments are pretty basic. Very old buildings, the elevators suck. One is broken and the other is a drug den. There's free covered parking, that's nice. Now, the reason this complex is getting 1 star is the lack of action taken by management when I have called with concerns. NO ONE WALKS THEIR DOGS ON A LEASH HERE. The management has time and time again ignored my complaints that there are always multiple off leash dogs outside. I have called so msny times, sent multiple emails, nothing has been done or addressed. So I'm writing reviews in hopes of getting someone's attention.
I have lived within the Tramor Properties going on for 2 years now and I can say after living in various apartments throughout Austin, I'm currently living at the Victory Place property. Let's start with the negatives: The apartment gym is really minimal. The units are kinda average. Nothing fancy (unless you get a fancy upgraded unit) There's no hot tub. Not that i need one in the summer, but its just the idea that we don't have one. There's a lot of birds (gives a very nature feel) but then birds seem to go poo whenever their nests are. (there's a lot of nest) Okay, not for the positives! The FREE “covered” parking! The way that the apartment is setup, the parking spots are under the actual building so by default your car is covered. Which is great during these summer months. Keeps the car cool. Maintenance. I haven't had many issues with my unit, but whenever I used their online request system I always had somewhere there to fix whatever it was within that same day. I was expecting to take 2-3 days, but somehow someone comes knocking on my door to handle the work order. Location. This to me is the perfect location to be near downtown, without the downtown drama/traffic. There's easy access to get south or north with hwy 360, mopac, and 290 all nearby. The biggest reason I love living here are the actual property managers. Especially Katy. She is so nice and very honest about any concerns you may have. She tries to set you up with what you want without trying to oversell you. Genuine service is rare nowadays. The lead manager (who i think is unfortunately leaving) Diana is why I transferred to this property in the first place. She did so well at my previous Tramor unit (creek village) that when i needed to renew a lease i decided to stick with her. She gave me exactly what I needed as cheap as possible. I don't have any bad experiences. I'm a fairly easy going person (semi-annoying at times) but i feel that as long as you live here, don't do anything outrageous...there shouldn't be any issues. I have lived in other apartments with crazy issues...so I'm happy with Victory place.
So many issues with this apartment. Roach infestation. Property manager tried to kick us out because of apt issues that were not fixed before move in. Bathroom smelled like stale pee. Neighbors were horrible and stressful to deal with. Awful experience. Would never wish this on my worse enemy
