Property Ratings at Travis Gardens
I have been living here 3 months and rarely get hot water. The heater and a/c are controlled by the management. And those only work somtimes. Only one is on at a time. For example during the winter you only have excess to the heater during the summer you only have excess to the AC. This is Texas and the weather can change in an instant it can be cold one day and hot the next we should be able to have access to both AC and heater. The maintenance is joke they promised so many things to be fixed it's been three months and they have not fixed anything. Inside of the Parmann is cute but I'm not sure it's worth the price. Inside of the Parmet is cute but I'm not sure it's worth the price The walls are very thin you can hear the neighbors children running back-and-forth throughout the night on a weekday. If you enjoy peace and quiet this is not the place for you. I've been here three months and I have to boil my water just to take a bath. Not worth it.
