Property Ratings at Treasure Cay Apartments
This apartment complex has so many false amenities promised. There is No laundry service available after you move in they want to charge you a extra $60 a month for a used banged up set. Property is extremely filthy and infested with bugs and black mold.
I love living here! Maintenance is very quick and any questions or concerns I have are handled very quickly! Beautiful view looking into the lake! Kim the leasing agent is super helpful and always has a good attitude! Anytime I come with a problem she helps very quickly! Love living here and would recommend to anyone who wants to live in ft Pierce! And nice and close to food and Walmart!
Just moved here around 2 weeks ago , I really love the place and the landscapes in the complex , my apartment has a balcony facing the lake which I loooove , Kimberly from the office is amazing and was super helpful
Property is nice and well-maintained. Safe and friendly neighbors. Convenient location. All staff are attractive and a pleasure to work with. I personally dealt with leasing agent Kimberly who is a star. She’s extremely professional and adept at her profession. 5 stars all around.
Baby German roaches everywhere! Everything is over 15yrs old the units are old and dated! Old carpeting and peel and stick floors in the bathrooms and kitchen! Appliances are over 20yrs old! Broken and not working! AC handlers are old and not the correct size for units! Mold smell in bathrooms! Save you money go somewhere else!
Lived here for over a year now, the apartments that is shown in the photos and the tour are not exactly what you get, my wall seems to have 3 or so coats over them and you can see the old coats underneath. The appliances are very outdated it seems and my oven wasn’t very clean when moving in (I take responsibility for not saying anything about that) the sprinklers weren’t masked off went painted so they were covered in paint and they finally replaced them as of two weeks ago. The staff are nice, only bad experience I’ve had is with the manager. The time limit for when having friends and family is limited to 72 hours a month, but you can go through the hassle of getting a pass for them if needed. They will boot your car very quickly, so for sure need to be on top of updating your information, as they don’t give warning they will just boot it.
Was greeted with a smile when I entered the leasing office. Caitlyn was very thorough, and professional. Most beautiful community in fort pierce.
They show you a nice pretty apartment that doesn't have 10 coats of Paint on Appliances are outdated Veneers on the cabinets are peeling off the MDF Leaky bathroom leaky roofI do not know what they're smoking but these are not Luxury Apartments I do not recommend this apartment complex no urgency to get work done but they're real urgent about getting their rent
sophia was easy to work with and so friendly. the apartments are nice and they are dog friendly too. a good place to rent in fort pierce.
DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! This was my first apartment ever and I unfortunately lived here for four years. They are extremely outdated the counter tops are made out of some kind of paper material and their cabinets are not wood its a wallpaper wood material that peeled off my cabinets all four years. They do not replace the carpet by the way after a certain amount of time ( which is unsainitary), when I moved in there was a huge bleach stain and ware on the carpets. They took a whopping $30 off my rent each year for it. When I moved out they charged me for a carpet cleaning ( which they warned me I needed to get cleaned 2 weeks before moving out!!!). My gate code never worked and the staff did absolutely nothing about it. The fitness centers equipment is all broken, the pool is the only decent amenity. The laundry center is absolutely disgusting, its never cleaned the machines look older than I am and are always broken. There are never quarters in the change machine and forget washing your clothes on the weekend never enough machines available. Their maintenance workers are unprofessional (found me on social media and texted my cell phone from their personal phones) and ruined my counters which needed work done which I got charged for in the end! The breezeways are disgusting filled with trash and bugs not to mention a combination of marijuana and cigarette smoke smell. At the end of it all they charged me for my SERVICE DOG!!! I would recommend renting anywhere else, terrible experience
I have been living here for the past 3 years and I love it! The maintenance team works very hard on keeping the grounds clean and completing work orders for my apartment quickly! The staff in the leasing office are pretty helpful as well! These apartments are located in a great location off of both major highways and close to lots of places to eat and shop. If you are looking for a place to call home, this is it!
I rented this apartment because of a mold issue I was having with my home. Upon moving in the dishwasher and the toilet were leaking . I had to call the office three times to fix the toilet and twice to fix the dishwasher. Due to not resolving the issue properly mold developed around the areas the water was leaking. When I complained about the mold they sent the same maintenance guy out and he left a document stating that he did not see any mold. Then I e-mailed the office a video of both areas and got very upset and told them I would be contacting the building Dept, my lawyer, etc. then they started to offer a minuscule amounts of services. Because I am very allergic to mold and have experience with it; I asked for a new apartment and they refused. I then asked them to get a licensed hygienist and mold contractor to remediate the mold in my apartment and they refused that as well.I had been sick for a month, the antibiotics were not working, and I had a severe sinus infection and all this complex is willing to do is send a company to put new vinyl flooring in, send the maintenance man to put a ozone machine in the apartment for a day, and have the carpet cleaned. Mold is a very serious situation and should be handled by people who are properly qualified; I could die from this and here I am stuck in a lease and an unsafe environment!!! I have also spent a few thousand dollars in hotel fees, mold hygienist ,dry cleaners, and that does not even begin to cover loss of wages!!! My question Is if they will do this and they know the building department is watching; what will they do in secrecy . I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT RENTING FROM THIS COMPLEX; they do not care about the safety of their tenants!!!

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT RENTING FROM THIS COMPLEX; they do not care about the safety of their tenants!!! Now I have been living in the Holiday Inn for almost a month and they told me I had two weeks to Vacate my Apartment!!
First of all, the apartments are NOT as nice as they look in the pictures. I had my rent stolen from THEIR offices and they tried to make me PAY IT AGAIN until I got a lawyer involved. They raise the rent every year. They have on site crews to fix anything you might have a problem with, but they don't do good work. If you look closely in any of the apartments that paint jobs and work of that nature is sub par. My very biggest beef is that they are over priced. The staff is friendly as long as you don't need anything from them. If you do have a complaint or need something from the staff the friendliness disappears fast. I wouldn't recommend living there. The units are overpriced and not nearly as nice as the pictures, plus they have a big problem with bugs.
My fiancé and I went to look at apartments today and we came across this place. We stopped in for a look around. The leasing office was clean, nicely decorated, and inviting. We were helped by Breonna, who was so sweet and helpful and took us on a great tour of the place. Definitely got very good vibes overall.
More or less, the Property Manager ripped off my security deposit. Other than NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, I left the apartment in very good condition. The charges were unneccessary and a result of looking for any little reason to keep my money. What makes this worse, they had the nerve to charge me for carpet cleaning, but when I moved in, there were VERY VISIBLE carpet stains in the Solarium. What is even crazier, I had to really push the issue to get them to come clean the spots. The girl also told me that I couldn't even have the carpet replaced..even if I WAS WILLING TO PAY FOR IT MYSELF. How ridiculous is that?! Between the bogus photos they had the nerve to mail to me as so-called "documented evidence" (note: the pictures didn't even have dates/times/etc) and the PHONY Property Manager..this situation alone put a very bad taste in my mouth; Two words, shady business.
The apartments are very nice and the staff, from what I have experienced, is pleasant as well. Maintenance is usually quick and easy. Four stars because from what I have heard rent is increased significantly after your first year. Met a couple who said they were moving out because their rent for a 1/1 with a garage would be increased to 1200 if they renewed their lease.
Advertised as luxury apartments. They probably were luxury ten years ago when they were built. However, my apartment was very clean when I moved in. They work hard at keeping the grounds clean and inviting. Our buildings and parking lots have been all repainted in the last two years. The kitchen appliances are pretty dated but I have yet to have any issues. Best staff ever! The ladies in the office are incredibly nice and helpful. The handymen too are extremely nice and always offering to help with any issues. Location is great as you are near both I95 and the turnpike. Us1 and the beaches are also not too far. Although it doesn't look like much I appreciate the "security bar" at both entrances.
I found Treasure Cay Apartments on Apartments.com, this place feels like home, but it doesn't come with a mom. With spacious closets and rooms I couldn't ask for more, and everything is on site, there's amenities galore! These include a dog park, a fitness center, and a pool, and right down the road are plenty of schools. The staff are friendly and a joy to talk to, if you need help, they will come through. Pets are allowed so bring your furry friends, you're allowed to have two, so don't bring tens. You can pay your rent online which makes it a breeze, just another bonus that makes this place the bee's knees. The entrance is gated, residents need a code to enter with their car, but if you're a guest, the main office isn't far! If you're looking for a safe and fresh place to stay, take a look at Treasure Cay!
