Property Ratings at Tree Haven
We have had a horrible experience since moving in. First off, we had a major bug problem. Once we started noticing just small bugs here and there, we started seeing large cockroaches. These would be anywhere throughout the apartment, closet, bedroom, dining room. We contacted management and they said they have an exterminator come every 2 weeks so we would have to wait. After those occurrences, we found very large substantial amounts of mold. We lost clothes and personal items that were covered in mold that had to be thrown away. Couldn’t turn you away faster, not a good place to live.

apartment unit is not bad space, but the people aren't nice neighbors are mostly older people not recommended community for younger adults with kids or in general every one around you complains , unfair place to live there were blemishes when i moved in and bad patch jobs outlets that were broken and or hanging out of the walls they allow pets witch is nice to have but then your neighbors complain if your dog barks .. but yet they dont walk there dogs on leashes and they run in your apartment but apperently to the rental office thats ok but your dog isnt aloud to bark
I have been here almost 6 months and I absolutely love it..Very reasonable price! There is a wager and dryer room for 1.75 each! Anything that is broke is fixed right away.!

I would say that this complex is a nice place to live. It's very quiet, clean and has nice neighbors. One in particular lives next door to me. She's an elderly women who welcomed me with open arms 2 years ago when I first moved in. She made me feel so happy because she was so friendly. She introduced herself and even gave me a big hug(very cute). She also said that my son looks like a very nice young man and that made me feel good as well. I never really like to mention race but she's white and I'm African American and in light of all the issues in the world today surrounding race, that just proves that it isn't always negative. It's very refreshing to have a neighbor like that in such a nice and respectful environment.
I've lived in tree haven III for 2 years and I love it. Its close to the parkway. My neighbors are like family. The staff are friendly and always try to the best for our complex. The pricing is the lowest in the area, you can find anything better then this, especially when your trying to save for a home.
