Grove Park, both elegant and historic, is nestled in the mountains of Asheville. This tree-filled neighborhood consists of winding country lanes and impressive architecture -- so much so that the neighborhood hosts an annual home tour. The center of this picturesque neighborhood is the Grove Park Inn, an imposing hotel built in 1913 and considered one of the best hotels in the world. The Grove Park Inn is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and has been visited by 10 US Presidents, including Barack Obama, Bill Clinton, George H.W. Bush, Richard Nixon, Franklin D. Roosevelt, and William Howard Taft.
With its enviable location in the Blue Ridge Mountains, Grove Park provides a scenic landscape ideal for outdoor activities, from hiking and camping to golf -- the Grove Park Country Club is located in the center of the neighborhood. Asheville is just two miles south, making Grove Park an excellent location for commuters looking for a mountain retreat.

Property Ratings at 40 Gertrude Pl
I've lived in these apartments for close to 13 years with my dad. Honestly I hated it at first I missed living in a house. But with time I started to love it more than my old house. They take care of every problem efficiently and as quickly as humanly possible. I hope to find an amazing job just to keep it if anything happens to my dad. That's how amazing this apartment is. The neighbors are friendly its almost like having your whole family live there(that you can choose to talk to or not). The rooms are amazing, they are huge, there is so much space that it seems like an actual house at times. Its a 15 minute walk to downtown. There are icecream shops and an awesome BBQ resuraunt close by. With a tennis court down the road and a baseball field with a children's park right next to it. Its a beautiful brick apartment building with a great neighborhood surrounding it. It will forever be my favorite place I have ever lived.
