These guys get it in gear! Emil and Tony have alot of drive to do the work around this community! The are very knowledgeable, get the job done promptly and professionally and provide service with a smile.

We moved in a few months ago and absolutely love it here! Cindy made the move in process so seamless and we really like the entrie staff! Friendly and efficient.

I've been living here at treetop for 6 years now. I have lived in 3 different units over the years & I have been satisfied at all 3. There's many things I love about living here but the main 3 would have to be the vibes, the office staff & maintenance. This place has a true homey vibe that is extremely comfortable. The office staff have always been nothing less than AMAZING. They are extremely understanding, helpful & on top of everything. Amanda, Brittany & now Cindy are just the best. Maintenance never slacks when it comes to taking care of issues. They're always on it ASAP. Emil & his crew manage to get stuff done quickly & efficiently. I do not see myself leaving here until I purchase a home. I truly love it here. So does my fur baby Phoebe.

I didn’t know affordable apartments could offer the luxurious vibes before moving into Treetop. My experience from the go has always been one of envy amongst my friends when discussing living situations. Amanda, the property manager, has attentively answered every call, question, concern, and issue with speed I didn’t even realized existed in the service industry anymore. Brittany, the assistant property manager, always has the sweetest and kindest demeanor. She never passes up a chance to give a friendly hello if she sees you on the property and makes it a priority to know your name; to know her residents. Emil and Casey, the maintenance team, are always professional, courteous, transparent, and honest. They answer calls promptly and fix whatever issues might arise. And if they don’t know how, they find someone who does and will fix it right. The apartments are newly renovated and a blank canvas for you to make it your own. They are spacious with HUGE bedrooms and clean breezeways. There’s a fitness center and a giant pool that has a depth of 8 ft. I have never resigned a lease so fast in my life. Move here. You’ll love it.

I've lived here for 3 years and it's the best complex I've ever lived at. Good prices and great units. The staff is super helpful especially Brittany. Highly recommend!

You get what you pay for!! I couldn’t ask for a better place to live I’ve been living here for about 3 years and counting !! The staff are PHENOMENAL!!! Amanda and Brittany are freaking AMAZING !!! The maintenance guy’s are SUPER HERO’S !!! They get it done in a timely fashion! When it’s urgent they are urgent!! Thank you for everything you do !!! The management and staff make you feel very comfortable!!! They are extended family !!! The apartments is very spacious and the kitchen OMG !! Thank you again for making mine and my family’s experience here’s amazing. This truly is a great place to live !!

The staff has been so helpful to me and my family I recently had heart surgery and was disabled for a while the staff reached out to me in a caring and compassionate way to make sure my stay here was comfortable I was even informed by management of community resources that I did not know I had now but I am in recovery I have a new appreciation for Treetop restaurant is like family now and I will be eternally grateful for all their help I would recommend this place to anyone young or old

The main reason why I loved and miss living here is the staff. I have never met any nicer and more caring staff than the folks at Treetop. My apartment was also great. Very spacious. The resident activities are fun..especially the ones in the summer. I loved how close I was to grocery stores and the mall. If I ever get a chance to move back to Overland Park. I'm definitely going back to Treetop. I recommend this place 110%.

I have lived here since 2015. Yes there was a previous management team and they are ALL gone. The whole team, management & maintenance are truly what makes this a home. If I have ever had any issues they are ALWAYS right on it, and make sure I am happy with their results. I have moved this year to a bigger apartment and it went smooth. I honestly do not know where else you can go that any issues are handled as fast & efficient as here. The location is awesome, it is safe, there is a clubhouse/work out area, tanning bed, swimming pool and is both kid & pet friendly. The rent is VERY reasonable too!

I was going to wait until I left a review, but tonight the time has come. I have reached my breaking point. We moved into our apartment at the beginning of September. First thing that just absolutely kills me and makes me sick, as someone who freaking hates bugs, is the fact that we had a GIANT BLACK CRICKET INFESTATION for the first few weeks of living here. On occasion, I still find them in our bedroom hanging out on my freaking pillows. You’d think with the cold weather we’ve been having they would all be dead or go away to wherever it is that they go during the fall/winter. It wasn’t until we had to cover an outlet in our living room that they stopped hopping out of the walls. We actually saw them STREAMING. OUT OF THE WALLS. Nightmarish. Oh, and I can’t forget the never ending streams of cockroaches that we find on the daily. Literally, five minutes ago we found three giant cockroaches chilling in the kitchen on the floor. We have had someone, almost weekly, come to spray for bugs. Whatever it is that they’re using is clearly not working. I am so sad and so disappointed because I had high hopes for this complex. There are so many good reviews and even the bad ones don’t mention bugs. Maybe we just happened to pick the worst apartment? I have nothing against the management as they all have been professional and kind. However, I was explicitly told when I toured the apartment that they never have bugs. So. Was I lied to? I don’t know. I am just so grossed out by all the bugs that my entire experience has been ruined, and at this point, there is no hope for escaping the never ending stream of the most disgusting kinds of bugs ever created. We will definitely be moving out after our lease ends next year. I’m jealous of everyone else who has had such a positive experience. Maybe they like bugs and they don’t mind them? Who knows.

We haven’t had many problems — and the ones we have had are the unavoidable type! But each time, EMIL has fixed it without much wait time! We moved in last fall and the first time we tried to turn our AC on, it wasn’t working which is a usual problem at apartments, but UNLIKE those apartments. Emil was at my place within 5 minutes to take care of it! Thumbs up Treetop!

When I lived at Treetop, my family went through hell there. We had black mold, three holes in the kitchen ceiling, they never fixed anything, and it kept getting worse and worse. I'm so glad we moved

Lived here for 2 years, getting a maintenance order fixed is like pulling teeth. I had a leak in the bathroom roof and they cut a big hole in the roof and never came back to patch it for over 7 months. When moving in there was mold in the bedroom near the window, the hallway toilet hardly worked, there was a leak in the heater which ended up destroying the carpet in the hallway. For half a year i had the worse water pressure ive ever seen. And all these issues i put work orders in for and it was pulling teeth and constantly calling to get them fixed.There is NEVER any parking and if you want a registered parking spot its not going to be near your apt and its going to cost you. Also my car was illegally towed from the parking lot because i was parked in a loading and unloading zone. Terrible place to live. If i could give zero stars i would.

I moved in 2 weeks ago but my relationship with the office at Treetop began well before then. I knew what I wanted and the leasing agent(s) worked tirelessly to make it happen. They were able to get me into the exact apartment I had desired. Special shoutout to BRITTANY who I worked with mostly and her diligence on finding the exact size, layout, location and floor I was looking for. I can stress enough how responsive, determined and dedicated she was in providing me exactly what I was looking for. Brittany's exceptional customer service has continued beyond my move in date as she has seemingly gone out of her way to make me feel like I am the only tenant she has (news flash I'm not). Brittany even went a step further and introduced me to the maintenance team on the day I first arrived. It's fantastic to be able to meet the gentlemen who I will eventually bother with anything and everything I need. They could not have been more friendly and expressing their willingness to help whenever I needed. Thanks for making this place a home. You guys are awesome, keep that up.

I have lived at Treetop Lodge for almost three years. When I first began living here there was a different management team in charge of the leasing office as well as a different maintenance crew. I was not very happy with the initial crew of people running the place. However, since the new managers and maintainence crew took over it has been a complete 180 in every way imaginable. Amanda and Brittany are extremely helpful and give me the sense that they genuinly care about my living experience. They even know my daughter by name while the old crew of employees probably didn't even know I have a child. The maintainence crew is extremely responsive in the rare moments I have needed them. I will continue to renew my lease, something I wasn't going to do before the new team arrived.

When I moved into TreeTop Lodge over two years ago, I was bowled over by the courteous management and outstanding maintenance. I loved living here and felt I had an ally in the wonderful office staff. It was affordable, safe and a great place for me and my dog. Two months ago it was a shock to learn the property had been sold to Penacle. I received a letter informing me of the change in regime. That's the last I've heard from them. They have failed to estimate my utilities for the past two months. When I asked if my utilities were going to go up, the girl in the office indicated not by much. Still no estimate three months in. I was unable to access the resident portal to pay my rent and was not contacted with information as to how to re-register. I tried working with the girl in the office over the phone but came to grief. The pool is not being cleaned and all the potted plants at the pool and leasing office are dying. Former management had a housekeeper on staff who cleaned the hallways in all of the buildings at least once a month. There is no one doing that now. It got so bad that I took it on myself to vacuum and clean the hallways and stairs in my building. It was a hot, dirty job and I shouldn't have had to do it. I have been tolerating an air conditioning unit that makes an annoying buzz when running. When I asked one of the maintenance men about it, he said I could put in a request but that they weren't spending money on anything. Yesterday, when I got home, there was a note from management asking me to recommend Treetop Lodge to a friend. As far as I'm concerned, there's nothing to recommend. No feeling of community. No communication from the front office. Impersonal and uninformed staff. I won't be renewing my lease next spring.

Love the apartment but don't like the leaky roof. Was told that it was going to be fixed and have been complaining for about 7 months. Multiple maintenance requests later and no resolution yet. The staff is friendly and apologetic but nothing ever gets done. Would not recommend to others because of the roof problems that i know many others are also having.

Lived here for two years and loved the location. Next to two major highways, easy access to all of the metro. The apartments have huge living spaces, brand new appliances and fixtures. Good community, right next to elementary school. The office management has flipped three different times since I have lived here though and their current management in the office is very poor. It is an older building so expect several maintenance issues and run ins with the office folks.

Treetop Lodge is the best place I have lived since I moved out of my parents house. Anytime we have ever had any kind of maintenance problem, someone is at my apartment to fix the problem either the same day or the very next. I have never heard any of my neighbors making excessive noise and I've been told that my screaming child can't be heard either. I feel like we live in a safe place and I feel very comfortable with having my young son living here. The best part for me, though, is that even though there are a lot of people who live here, Ashley in the office always knows exactly who I am whenever I walk in. I don't feel like they just want our money, but they want us to love where we live. And we do.
