Do not recommend living here at all treybrooke village only care about the exterior look and not the interior these buildings are roach infested with the appliances falling apart. There’s absolutely no storage space whatsoever and the model they show you is completely different than what they give you I’ve deep cleaned every weekend and the apartment is loaded with roaches even after they so call exterminate every month the buildings are so old and not up to day the roaches are living in the walls and coming out through the vents. Don’t live here if your looking for luxury comfort and storage space because it has neither

Nothing like being greeted with a smile!! Made a phone call to the property to set up a walk through due to the fact I'll be moving to the area in the near future. Came up a couple of weeks later and was greeted with an extremely beautiful smile :) I believe her name was Tiffany. After a walk through and Q & A session with her, Treybrooke is definitely leading the pack!

I love this property. I’ve lived here since 2014, and I am really happy here. The maintenance staff is great and the leasing office staff as well. They are all so helpful and are always willing to assist anyone with whatever they need. I completely recommend this property to anyone that is looking for apartments.

Treybrooke Village Is convenient to shopping centers and the office staff is great. I have never had an issue which the maintenance nor the office staff didn’t take care of immediately. I have live here since 2014 and do not plan on going anywhere any time soon. I have developed some Great relationship with my neighbors and we all have been here for a long time.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! These apartments are infested with bugs and ants!!! I have been staying here since December 2018 and I have had to call the office 7 times asking them to spray for bugs and I just keep seeing more and more and their only response is " well it's summer time when winter comes you won't see them anymore .. the office staff is RUDE and unprofessional!!! Do not move here!

Great location and very nice place for the price. I was worried I wouldn't be able to find anything nice to fit my budget. The location is perfect. The manager Elizabeth was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. I got all my questions answered and made me feel very comfortable. This one is definitely on the top of my list.

After three years living at Treybrooke has went from average to worst. There is now drug trafficking going on, shootings, constant visits from law enforcement, unruly noisy neighbors, violence on the high. The office management team is arrogant, rude, unsupportive, and lack knowledge. I am very concerned about the surroundings especially for residents who are getting a fresh start in the real word. If a person must crawl before they walk and decide to move here, I pray that they are cautious of their surroundings.
I was drawn to Treybrooke Village because of its location. Major highways are all near by making easily accessible for traveling to and from. Not only was it the location but the rent for a 2bdrm/2bath was great! I was familiar with the fact that Treybrooke is not on the best side of town but I decided to give it a try only signing a 6 month lease. I moved in to a 2bdrm/2bth on the 2nd floor. My 6 month stay wasn't great but it was far from bad. My building and neighbors where quiet over all except for the occasional children that ran through the building, or the neighbors that would sit on the on the stairs between the 2nd & 3rd floor (right next to my door in the back of the building) which I didn't mind because no one was ever too loud or loitered too long. My only major complaint that would make me 2nd guess about going back is that the building is 3 floors; I stayed on the 2nd. I heard EVERYTHING that the neighbor that lived above me did. I could hear him/her walking through the apartment which I normally don't mind that either because thats what comes with apartment living but for some reason was MUCH louder in the master bedroom. (the floor/roof creaked so loud when they walked it would wake you out of your sleep) In the living room I could hear them laughing at the TV, talking on the phone, i could even hear when my neighbors cell phone rang and I'm not talking about a loud ring tone, I'm talking about I could hear it ring when it was on vibrate! Other than the location I also like that my apartment had a wood burning fire place (I didn't get to use), curved shower rods and it didn't have a pest problem at all! I have lived in homes/apartments where some sort of bug would come out at what ever season (kind of like ants or ladybugs in a new home type thing) but this apartment didn't have that issue! The community is gated which I do not care for because I have lived in gated prestigious areas (not in North Carolina) that had more petty crime than areas that weren't gated. I would say majority of my time living here the gate didn't work but like I stated that was a feature I didn't care about. Overall the 2bdrm/2bath is a good size (both rooms have walk in closets) I would move back but only if I could get an apartment on the 3rd floor so I didn't have that "someone over my head issue" & I would recommend someone to move in just not without giving them a few disclaimers 1st.

For example, when I moved into my apartment, my back balcony was very filthy. I was told that my balcony would get power hosed but it's only done quarterly. I've been living in treybrooke for over six months and no one has fixed my balcony yet.
