Triangle Square offers a pleasant atmosphere and great residential experience with its strategic surroundings, various amenities, a spacious atrium with grilling stations and a small but wel-equipped gym. The management and maintenance teams run the complex efficiently and are very friendly and professional.

Perfect experience and it makes me feel safety and if the rental price becomes more favorable as the tenant stays longer, I will be more determined to live here longer.

Like the building, It feels very spread out and laid out nicely. Maintenance response very quickly. Have been living here for about a month and I’m very happy.

After multiple years of residing at Triangle Square, the property continues to execute the daily lifestyle here. I would recommend anyone check out the property and all its amenities.

It's been great living here. The staff is amazing and everything you need is nearby parks, grocery stores, restaurants, shops etc. The pool is amazing too.

I admire how the residential building evolved into creating a sense of a pleasant urban community where amenities are kept impeccably, where the management is receptive and accommodating, where neighbors enjoy living here and truly feel at home.

Beautiful space. Always clean. Staff is friendly and will always go out of the way to make you comfortable. I have no complaints and find true joy in living here!

Wonderful community with lots of amenities and events. Very clean and the staff is great about replying to all requests/inquiries right away!

Love the pool, courtyard, community room and gym. Friendly and quick response from all staff and great planned community events. Community feels safe and having a private package room is very helpful. Looking forward to using craft room more over the winter.

Everyone is extremely friendly (residents & staff)! Definitely lives up to the luxury building standards. Daily use of the gym & courtyard. Feels like you’re visiting a top tier hotel. Would recommend! Love it here.

The process was quick and easy and I’m really enjoying all the amenities and wonderful things this place has to offer. It checked all my boxes in terms of wants and needs!

Great so far. Really enjoyed the leasing and move in experience. The amenities are also amazing. Little far from public transportation so if you need that then it's difficult, but good besides that.

Great staff and cleaning crew. The place is spotless and my maintenance orders are always completed in a timely manner. Security is great too

We’ve lived here for almost 3 years now and can honestly say this is a fantastic building. The amenities are great, don’t get me wrong, but the staff really makes it stand out. Everyone is so kind and welcoming, and I love the events that they host for us as well! (Plus the pool is a bonus)

The amenities are the best part of living here. There is a nice clean gym, pool is nice and clean, a great courtyard to walk around and relax and two nice community rooms.

Triangle Square is a hidden gem walkable to the surrounding areas. With up-to-date amenities and friendly staff, this location is top-notch. Overall I would continue to talk highly of Triangle Square and would recommend it to others!

The community it’s wonderful. Everyone is very nice and polite, and the staff is consistently on point with helping residents. The amenities are amazing, and the community & neighborhood is safe. There’s also a lot of events which Triangle Square hosts regularly and make it a great experience for the community.

Friendly building residents and staff. There is always an event going on. The gym, pool, and lounge are always kept clean and are a great place to hangout!

The complex remains a place where residents enjoy a quiet urban living with comfortable and well-designed amenities to enjoy a clean pool, make food on a grill in the atrium, relax with a book on a hammock, spend some time with friends by a fire pit in the evening. The management is attentive and services are impeccable and efficient. It is close to the city night life and yet, it offers an island of tranquility to enjoy life.

No real “welcome” package. Everything was kind of figure it out as you go. Really nice place though. The pool area and gym are great. Shower pressure not that great

Everything at Triangle Square has been a dream so far! From move in (and the incredible team in the management office) to living our lives here, Triangle Square very quickly felt like home. Our pup loves it here too! Despite having a lot of tenants, the building is so thoughtfully designed and spread out that no space every feels too crowded. We love it here!

Triangle Square has great amenities such as two community rooms with games, tv’s, a kitchen. A nice sized pool, a great gym, and the courtyard with longe areas and grills.

The Triangle Square complex opened in the fall of 2021, remains a pleasantly serene and remarkable residential option to date. It features a well-designed open space atrium with a constant light breeze, comfortable outdoor furniture to work, relax and read, grilling spaces, interspersed with wild grasses, plants and green bushes, its gym is functional and sufficiently equipped to keep the body fit, the pool is always impeccably maintained, clean and organized. The management is attentively professional and accommodating to the residents’ needs, ensuring the facilities remain smoke free. The complex maintenance team is superb keeping all facilities tidy and in working condition. Overall, Quarterra company enhanced the Chicago residential options with this complex.

Beautiful building with amazing amenities. Lease office is always available to work with residents. When submitting maintenance request, maintenance is very responsible and fast responses depending on the severity of the request.

Triangle square has great amenities with having two community spaces, gym, pool, Luxor system for packages, courtyard with lots of seating, barbecues, space to have a great time.
