Just north of Anaheim lies Fullerton, an energetic community full of public parks, unique shops, and an enviable variety of arts and entertainment options. This diverse area exhibits classic California, with Spanish-style homes and apartments set behind picturesque palm trees on wide boulevards. The area is full of families, artists, working professionals, and more, giving it a livelier atmosphere than surrounding areas.
The huge number of students enrolled at Fullerton College and Cal State Fullerton comprise a hefty chunk of the local population, and clusters of restaurants and nightlife hotspots can be found around their campuses. The Continental Room and Matador Cantina both command a crowd on the weekends, and Brea Mall offers up some of the best shopping outside central LA.
Theater and film events fill the calendar, and the local music scene has produced dozens of notable alumni over the years.

Property Ratings at Tribeca Apartmens
I lived here for about 2 years and it was okay for the most part. Here are some of the likes / dislikes of Tribeca. We really liked the proximity of the apartments to all of the nearby stores and restaurants it was very convenient! Maintenance did a good job keeping the complex exterior nice and clean. Our negatives however unfortunately outweighed our positives. The first issue was how thin the walls were. The neighbor we shared our wall with would ALWAYS come home at like 2-3am and we would hear her either talking on the phone, her cat or to whichever guest she brought over. We made multiple complaints but nothing was done about it. We’ve also heard her outside of our window just yelling/ laughing/ whatever while she walks into her apartment. I get apartment living, and sharing a wall will occasionally be loud but these walls were just thin! The second issue was our kitchen space, it was so small that you could fit 2 people in there MAX. It was tough cooking because there’s barely any counter space. The sink is super shallow as well which made it difficult to wash pots and pans. The glaze on the counter will start peeling by just looking at it. Our rent would go up the max amount each year but we were still living with these countertop peels and nothing of value actually went up. The third issue was the laundry room. The machines would constantly stop working which limited the amount of machines for an entire complex. Having a communal laundry space was tough, there was always someone in there with folding their laundry with their clothes just sprawled all over the machines. FOLD THEM IN YOUR APARTMENT! Want to do your laundry on Sundays? Forget it. There was one lady that would literally use up 4-5 machines at once. We asked her if we could use one of the open/ empty machines she was standing in front of once and she went off on us which then escalated to a shouting match. A lot of my frustrations came out when the complex changed management. After that a lot of the rules that we originally signed up for went out the window. Smoking is now allowed? Cars can now back up into spaces when I received a “ticket” when I moved in. Cars can be as LOUD as they want at 2am with no discipline and no security to be found. We lived next to the parking lot and there was always a car that would rev its engine in the middle of the night. It sounded like a helicopter taking off.

Hello, We deeply apologize for your experience. It seems like you are disappointed, and we would love to hear more about where we fell short. Please reach out to our team at your earliest convenience
My husband and I lived there for 2 years and not once did I see a roach or ants. Management was amazing so sweet. We had to break our lease unfortunately but it was easy they filled the apartment fairly quickly. All we just was make LOW monthly payments every month. I totally recommend this place. Maint guy was always on time and removed the fridge for us
Management is very rude and talks down to everyone. You can’t break the lease Even if you pay. Everything in apartment breaks easily. They don’t care about Covid-19 or anyone struggling with money. We will be homeless and they still want us to pay every months rent after we leave.
Tribeca apartments is a very nice community and we have been living here for 11 years. First we lived on a 1 bedroom/1bathroom apartment and then we moved to a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. What I like about it is that is a safe place, is gated and doors are always closed and lock so only residents with keys can come in. For parking, besides your spot, they also have a lot of open spaces available for residents (first come, first serve). They have a guard during the night who is walking through the complex the whole night. Their maintenance is really good. Their pool area is always clean, the garden are always beautiful and the common areas are super clean. The maintenance guys are always quick and they take care of our issues right away. The apartment manages are very helpful and professional. I really like this place and thats why I have been living here for so long.
This is a great starter apartment for newlyweds. The one bedroom is spacious with more than enough room for the first baby. The facility is well kept and maintenance is very fast and effective. Just watch for The property manager Renee. She has a big attitude and talks down to people
Tribeca Apartments is a very nice community. The grounds are always Immaculate and the staff is very professional. Whenever I have a problem the staff worked with me to get a solution. I really like the location and have never had an issue with any other tenant. If you are look for a nice apartment in a nice complex then Tribeca Apartments is the place for you!
Nice grounds. Nice maintenance guys! Some of the office girls are great and a couple others are rude. Rent is way to high! $1495 for a SMALL 1 bedroom. Can't afford to live there anymore. Desperately looking for another better place.
Tribeca is nice. I've lived here for a year, and I just signed a lease for a second year. I have had my fair share of problems, though. The AC is not strong enough to get to both of the bedrooms, which results in sweating at all hours of the day. I've had problems with bugs, and lots of them! Lastly, as a young renter, the people in the office tend to be condescending towards me.
Tribeca is a beautiful community. However, when I lived there, I had the neighbors upstairs have parties everyday till 4AM. DON'T BRING BALLS INTO THE POOL. My 5 year old nephew got yelled at by a property manager. It took them 9months to FINALLY evict them. But it didn't do justice to the waited time that I was working full time, and studying full time in school. -Bothered. BEWARE of Renee, she gives the biggest attitude. One time, my roommate was out of town, a day late for rent due to airport delays. She called threatening us that she is starting the eviction papers, -Literally went to the bank "wet hair, no make up, pajamas" to get that check. when I turned in my cashiers check, the property manager Kara told me it was a courtesy call. I didn't feel anything courteous about that call.
Overall it's good. What I would like to see is an ac unit that covers the entire apt. Especially in this heat!! Also, parking spots are very tight. Very hard to get out of car if cars are parked next to you. Aside from that the staff is professional and nice. I would give it a thumbs up!!
