Worst place to live.. Gave 60 day to move out moved out charged me rent for the next month stated because i didnt give them a 30 day notice when i had the 60 day already... Wont return my calls or text so i can get a bill just horrible

I lived here for one year, as I do not like to write bad reviews I feel its my duty to share to fellow renters how bad this place is. The management is extremely poor. The landlord does not care about the quality of the grounds or status of the establishment as trash and litter was rampant throughout the grounds and basic maintenance was rarely done (cleaning, hedges, trash removal, gardening). The laundry rooms were FILTHY every single day and you'd have to submit work orders to get them cleaned. Their tenant portal did not work for paying rent. The trash/dump area was embarrassing bc couches and fridges were dumped there and sat for weeks! Water quality was very poor. Utilities made no sense has they paid them up front and "billed you" for them but didn't give you notice or an actual bill, just asked for random amounts of money without what its for. Id come home to random tenant notes taped to my door about really mundane things. very unprofessional place, please please save yourself and do not rent here.

Here is the apartment complex that went from okay to terrible. Roach problems never ending, poorly maintained grounds, trash are overfilling, dog wastes everywhere. Only the managers apartment and the demo were newly painted and nothing else fixed or replaced. Save your money and find a better place. Please

New owners plus new management equals same results. 3 different management companies in less than a year. No follow through by management. Roaches through out complex. Trash on grounds. Watch your step, dog pop everywhere. Cheapest materials used in the apartments. Things break very easily.
Infested with roaches bad management they change owner every 2-3 years the ac and electric is really bad, for summer if you turned on your ac unit the breakers will go off and good luck if is on weekends. Laundry is dirty, bbq area disgusting, they will leave used diapers in the swimming pool I can go on for a week. Just stay away!!!
