Property Ratings at Tribeca
The amenities are great though probably not worth the excessive rent. Maintenance is generally helpful, but has to request service to my washer multiple times before they believed it broken. The management is some of the worst I have ever dealt with. They are unprofessional, often facetious, and rude. They don't care about their tenants and try to strongarm you when you have reasonable requests.
WORST PLACE EVER! Looks are deceiving! Not a secure environment! 12 month record- 2 break ins in less than 10 days, 1,000's of personal stuff stolen! REQUIRED RENTERS INSURANCE- NON RENEWED DUE TO THEFTS! Police reports on file - now car broken into glass smashed more stuff stolen! Had to beg an insurance carrier to write us home insurance due to 2 thefts in 10 days. Not safe! Not secure! The key fobs are worthless people still get in the buildings.
I moved in May 2013. All I have to say are positive things about this place! It's a brand new property and the staff have been great in working through the kinks of new construction. The leasing manager, Brad, takes great pride in what he does and the property and his staff are perfect examples of that! Highly recommended!
Tribeca looks amazing, extremely competitive prices for the amenities and location (and excellence in community - Edwards communities are always safe and well-maintained). However, they're full! At least for the next 12 months, they say. Understandable, since these are BRAND NEW. Even if I had been able to get an apartment there this year, I'd still want a bus route to the OSU main campus, though. As it stands, COTA #3 and #5 are nearby, but neither goes to campus; a transfer is involved. Other than that, I really wanted to live there. Good luck with the hunt, fellow searchers!
Property Manager at Tribeca, Responded To This Review
The Tribeca is amazing! I have visited twice, and both times I have talked to very helpful, nice people. The apartments are beautiful! Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, balconies, hardwood, very bright and airy, plus bonus features like heated towel racks and double vanity. The common areas, pool, courtyard, movie theater, business center and club space, are well equipped and always clean and maintained. You really cant ask for more.
