Considerably quieter than Las Vegas proper, North Las Vegas is a large, mostly suburban community that serves as home base for many of the region’s professionals. With Nellis Air Force Base right next door, North Las Vegas is the hometown for numerous armed service members and civilian military employees. Las Vegas Motor Speedway regularly hosts NASCAR and other auto races on the east side of town.
Craig Ranch Regional Park at the center of town is a popular spot for folks to stretch their legs and enjoy the scenic views of the city, with the mountains and The Strip on the horizon; it’s also home to a gigantic skate park and a major community sports complex. For weekend excursions into the rugged natural surroundings, Red Rock Canyon is under thirty minutes away and Lake Mead can be reached in about an hour.

Property Ratings at Tribeca North Apartment Homes
I just recently moved here and Maria who is an office manager was very helpful with getting me in here and she answered all of my questions. Alex who is part of the mantaince staff is awesome as well. He went out of his way to help me.

On December 2, 2023, I went for a second tour of the Apartment Complex. I had originally looked at a one bedroom but due to the complex being appointment only had to book a second tour to see a 2 bedroom. Upon coming into the complex, the lady at the front desk was surprised that I was there for a tour, stating she was not told she had any walkthroughs for that day. Upon getting to the unit, my mother and I were told to wait outside so that she could "turn on the lights." Despite these red flags, I did really like the floorplan. I mentioned my income, and the fact I have had no evictions, never been late on rent, no criminal history, and was told if I applied that day I would be approved the following day. So that evening I applied. However, the next day Sunday, December 3, 2023, I looked at my application and noticed that it had been declined. However, I did not receive any communication that my application had been declined. No phone call, no email, nothing. I tried to call the apartment complex during their posted office hours and could not get through. I went to the complex during business hours and the gate was locked, the gate call feature was not working and it appeared the office was closed, despite it being within their posted business hours. So now I am out my application fee and the holding fee, totaling $310 with no explanation as to why I was declined despite meeting all of the requirements and have been unable to get ahold of anyone via phone, email or in person in regards to this issue.

The management is very rude and will hang up in your face if you bring up something is wrong with the apartment. The apartments have roaches and management will not spray. The units are mostly noisy and cars keep getting bronken into although it’s a gated community. Don’t move here !!!

We just moved in 3 weeks ago and just love it. Office is really helpful and enjoy walking the property. Outside landscaping is taken care of daily and the units are large and have a lot of storage.

This place is absolutely horrible in every imaginable way. I moved in here on October of 2017. In that time , my apartment has been broken into, due to window locks that were inoperable and an alarm system that also was inoperable from the beginning and was told for months they were working on it. It wasn't fixed until someone tried to break in. My husbands vehicle was broken into while parked inside of the "gated community". And the gate is often broken and remains open all night. Random fees have been added without consulting tenants. Things like valet trash, when I live right across from the stinky dumpster anyway, and I have to place my trash in the bin perfectly or face being reprimanded by the sanitation specialist that is having a bad evening. Grounds cleaning fees also appear to be a waste as I have walked past and driven past multiple items of trash through the grounds for multiple days. They added another doggie park yet there is dog poop all over the place. Broken glass clutters several walkways of the "well manicured grounds". I still have a mix match kitchen set with replacement black stove and I'm paying extra for stainless appliances items. Their quick and seemingly permanent fix to my window lock issue (over a year now) is tacky cut up broom handles as dowels in all of my windows. And when I presented this entire situation to the owner, he offered me 200 off my rent on the first. Nothing else, just that month. Basically admitting he was wrong but cared little as to rectifying the situation. I chose to pay more at these "Luxury Apartments" for all of this. Now if I said I didn't feel like paying ALL of my rent, they wouldn't hesitate to evict me. So what do I get to do when THEY are in breach of contract? Neighbors come and go with the changes of seasons and they made such a huge ordeal of the background checks during my move in and now this place is nothing more than a flop house for bad tenants. And this evening in 104 degree weather, the AC goes out and they give me a loud floor unit for my bedroom and say give it a few hours and see if the compressor resets. I'm looking for two things right now; a new home and legal representation. This will be the last contractual failure on their part with me. Do not waste time or money here!

I’d just love to inform you that these apartments do not care for their tenants , they force you to stay in an apartment they do not take care of , the office manager Vionney is one of the most disrespectful people I’ve ever encountered ; they make it impossible to live here with the amount of scorpions , bugs , now my kids can’t even play with out bugs or gnats in their face at the pool here , the office staff is horrible . Vionny will make it impossible to win your battle because she is “ the manager “ she’s as far as help goes but she’s incompetent. Do not move here , you have better luck living in a different area paying a little more or less and dealing with so much, these apartments are not worth it !

Poor customer service. I lived here for a year after a year my rent went up 200.0. Office staff (Monica) is very rude and unprofessional.
Nothing like the pictures. Especially the apartments and grounds. Cheap fixtures, counters, paint and carpet. Trash everywhere outside. SO MUCH NOISE! constant construction or maintenance noise. And neighbors! Walls seem paper thin. They let anyone lease it seems. Some real low life's live here and Even have sex in the pools and hot tubs. They promise night security but no one regulates those blasting music at the pools. The front office reception is very rude. Has a lot of attitude. For what they charge.... they do not deliver. Maintenance does not know how to fix anything. And instead does temporary easy fixes. Since living here there has been polices called atleast 5 to 7 times that include violence. They put more money into the dog park and their tacky lobby then children's park that is dirty and broken or picking up trash or even having a better screening process for residents. It has turned into a really trashy over priced place to live! Do not trust these over photoshopped photos! Such a scam!
Pros: -The unit I happened to ended up in is quite nice. No real problems, decent sound proofing. Cons: -I would tell anyone who plans to live here that there is constantly garbage everywhere. -There are hidden fees (Paying your rent has a transaction fee) so add about $100 to your monthly rent. No utilities are covered. -My car has been broken into multiple times while living here. Management didn't really care. (maybe they hear that a lot) -I never really feel safe here. At night at this apartment complex you really need to pay attention if you're outside. -Management is rude and not helpful after you start renting. -Rats and roaches everywhere. -You constantly hear the traffic on Craig Road -No assigned parking and a lack of spots.
I absolutely love these apartments. The office staff is very welcoming and down to earth. The apartments themselves have high ceilings, open concept living and kitchen area, large walk-in closets and nice sized patio area. They also come with washers and dryers which is a huge bonus! It is a fairly quiet place to live as it is not right of the main road and is a gated community which makes me feel really safe. It is very well maintained and clean. I have hardly had any maintenance issues since I moved in but when I did they were there within 2 days and were very courteous and quick. By far though the amenities are what got me. There are two swimming pools and two hot tubs. The pool areas are very relaxing with grills and places to sit, all underneath the beautiful Las Vegas palm trees. Right by one of the hot tubs there is also a water park for the kiddos, which is pretty sweet, gives the kids something to do while your grilling. They have a great exercise area with pretty much all the equipment you would need for a good workout. They have an amazing clubhouse that is beautifully decorated and a great place to rent out when you have family come into town. I was also very surprised to see they have a computer area where you can get on the internet and print documents, which is a lot better than having to go somewhere and pay to print.
Here at Trellis Park you can expect a nice layout and modern design which is very much so a plus. The bad things about Trellis is that is not made with the finest material. The blinds break very easily, thin walls and bird droppings on the master window if you don't have the bird blockers. There is a nice pool and 2 gyms so that is another plus.
Your really only paying extra for the kitchen. Otherwise they are like any other apartment. Too many pigeons around nesting by Windows. 1died on my balcony. Not renewing my lease after going up over $100.
A clean quiet enjoyable place to live. There are two pools with grills, two hot tubs, small water park and two workout centers. The apartments have washer and dryers, ice makers and garbage disposals. The staff keeps it clean and well maintained, walking distance to restaurants, stores and schools. Located down the road from beautiful park and community recreation center with pool. They have great lease options and we have lived by the pool for almost six years.
My apartment is very spacious and elegant.the grounds are always immaculate, well when there hasn't been wind storm . love it.
This is one of the nicest apartments complexes in North Las Vegas. In comparison, it is a little bit more pricey, but, you get what you pay for. Two pools, very new and modern units with washer and dryer, and a very small, but free gym usage included in the rent. The only reason that I didn't give 5 stars is because of the maintenance. I've had vertical blinds blow off from simply having the windows open and was charged $2 per slat to have them replaced. You also have to call maintenance to have light bulbs replaced. I have had zero problems with my neighbors. Overall, it's pretty quiet other than the occasional group of children playing in the park.
These apartments are in a convenient location for me. Staff are very nice and welcoming. Any maintenance problem I've had they've fixed in a timely manner. Apartment itself is very nice and cozy :)
I love it here!! I've been in these apartments 4 months now and it's been great. My 2BDR is huge for me, and everything is modern. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Any service requests I've had, have been taken care of in a quick amount of time. Area is great. Pretty quite and near plenty of stores. I haven't had any problems.
First I have lived in Vegas my whole life so I understand the bus we have. That being said, the apartments are gorgeous. The kitchens are all upgraded, high ceilings, very nice appliances and huge tubs. My patio fits a full nice set with room to walk around. The office staff is friendly, never had an issue. Maintenance can take longer than what I'd like, generally 2 days to get a repair fixed. The area is quite considering the side of town and I've never had a problem at the pools or gyms. Which are all very well maintained and clean. So the bug issue, I have talked with management and had my apartment sprayed but it is mostly outside. So walking around you will see the biggest roaches, scorpions and spiders I have ever seen. Walking into the walk way of my apartment is always an adventure for my little children who are scared of the bugs. Overall I give a 3 due to price, maintenance and bugs.
