I went in to lease an apartment after looking at their website. The lady in the office was so rude I couldn’t even complete the leasing process. She talked over me the entire time when I’m trying to convey to her what it is I’m looking for. It was super disappointing! I thought people are usually nice to prospective tenants.

Ive lived here for 2 and a half years and it was great staff. The maintenance sucks though. They never show up literally ever. I can deal with that though. What I cant deal with is every since they went under new ownership the place is crawling with bugs. Ive never had a big problem. I am literally paranoid when I come home now. I don’t have company over because it’s embarrassing. I clean with bleach. I reorganized and got rid of things so I can see everything and still bugs! They come from the hallways, the vents and the windows! Run! Run!Run!

Unfortunately for us, we don’t show any past due work orders, everything we have currently is less than 24-48hrs old and we do not have any units reflecting service of infestation of pests in our records. We offer free pest control which is available weekly and our service team is available 24/7 for emergencies or we take care of regular requests usually the same day. I am very sorry to hear that you are living with this but we are happy to resolve it for you. Solid Team and the Property is Like a fine wine, that has aged beautifully but needs a lift; Unique setting, in transition I would say for sure, and they are making headway with Capital Improvements looks like..of course it can never be fast enough if "you" are a resident. The Units are in various stages of renovation , so take your time, look twice, sign once. and you'll be fine here. Its older property, so compare apples to apples . when you shop Typical bug problem that is likely seasonal and creek setting, and can accelerate quickly, so get on it/ them, you pay the price for wooded goodness.. so be prepared to understand that, and follow up with your own supplement, and it can be under control. SUCH a great management team, will make you feel like family the entire time. The community is very close knit to each other & everything is close by. You’re getting such a great deal for everything that you’d be getting just a street over for 5x the price.

*First things first.... EXCELLENT STAFF AND SERVICE!!!! I have lived in Tribeca on the Creek for 4 years now and I can assure you that office and mantenance staff are always helpful with EVERYTHING! They are nice and kind! Tribeca is a quiet and safe place with access control system for vehicles and pedestrian, good neighbours, and favorable area with many amenities and facilities nearby. My family and I are very happy here!

Home sweet home! After seven years of living in Tribeca On The Creek I decided to try something different. To my surprise the current apartment I found was a little further from work but the rent was a bit more affordable, so I decided to try it. After 11 months of experiencing lack of care attitude and finally having my neighbors apartment getting broken into and no action from management to make tenants aware of the danger, I decided to go back to Tribeca. I took for granted the staff that not only took the time to get to know me but genuinely wanted to help. Thank you for all the years of making me feel appreciated and valued as a tenant. I stayed here two years and i had to hurry and get away. The management is so rude and very disrespectful. Ana and Heiman do not care to speak with their residents at all, and if they do well its rude and basically a " I do not care attitude". They DO NOT give you your deposit back at all, not for the pool pass wrist bands, the clicker for the gate (that's always broken), or the overall move in deposit. Maintenance is horrible they come when they fell like it and still do not get the job done. I had a hole in my ceiling thatwas leaking for the neighbors above me and maintenance put a hole in my ceiling to let the water run out and never came and repaired the hole and that was well over 6 months ago and it was still there when i left. Oh not to mention every time it rained, it would rain inside my apartment because of another leak that i continued to complain about the entire two years there and still NEVER got fixed. It is very hot in half the apartment and they could not resolve that problem either. Can you imagine the struggle in the summer? Also, the other have of the apartment complex is dangerous, never want to go on that side. By the way, the water bill will start off small but eventually will climb higher and higher like ridiculously and please expect to see a note on your door every week saying water will be shut off for more than half the day. Pest control is a joke as well, you paying for it but you will never see them unless you personally call them. (Bug city) The receptionist lady, well all she can do is speak to you that's it and basically attempt to pass the message but nobody will ever contact you back. This place is just a JOKE , its not worth it.
DO NOT LIVE HERE!! This place may seem like a good spot to live,BUT dont be fooled, the pictures are a joke! The management is HORRIBLE, the assistant is also horrible. Maintenance is NEVER on time. When they come to "fix" things you will never know because they do not leave notes. Nothing ever gets fixed i had a hole in my apartment that they never fixed and a window when it rained all the rain came inside that also never got fixed. They wouldn't come fix my AC and in the summer thats a big deal my apartment was constantly hot! DO NOT buy a clicker the gate is always broken and when you move out they wont give you your money back for it, DO NOT buy pool passes, nobody wears them, the pool is over crowded and never cleaned and you will not get your money back for the passes. They will charge you for pest control but unless you call them nobody is coming (BUGS LIVE HERE), They will shut off your water at least twice a month for whatever reason, your water bill will also get sky high. Last but not least they WILL take your WHOLE deposit and blame it on something completely different. They will find something wrong with your apartment so its better to not even clean it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! I lived here for 2 years and finally had enough. Its affordable but not worth the hassle! Dont do it reconsider!
I highly don't recommend. Very poor management. Building is falling apart. EXTREMELY over priced.Gate is broken for MONTHS and only takes days to break again. Drugggies everywhere. They dont care about your softly and will refuse to send out warning letters if your car is vandalized but will send out letters if someone is robbed (at least twice a month). Please do your research. I wish someone had warned me of this place. Not worth saving $50 bucks a month on rent. MOVE ON.
Tribeca on the Creek was my first apartment lease, I am now going to sign my fourth with a slightly larger unit. Tribeca has been great to me. The staff are nice and are on top of things. You don't get the run around when needing something done like I have heard from other apartments. I have had one accident in regards to my vehicle which is rather unfortunate but this can honestly happen anywhere. Many people might be discouraged with the surrounding area, however it is coming back to life. When i first moved to Dallas in 2010 I wouldn't have wanted to have been living here. My only large complaint is on the other residents and they're dogs. Tribeca is very dog friendly (I have a dog myself) they even provide dog clean up bags around the complex. Even with this, some owners still chooses to leave dog messes in the court yard, dog park and other surrounding grass areas. (Watch Your Step) Other than this... It's great!
This complex is located in a great area. The amenities are nice, and the management team is AMAZING. highly recommend calling this complex home.
I've been living here since June 2015 and have had little to no issues with the apartment complex or the staff. I'm even looking to upgrade to a bigger unit. The staff are all very generous and will work with you if you ask for help. I feel like I will be living here for a long time because they definitely make me feel welcome. The complex is clean, and maintenance responds as quickly as possible to your requests. Overall I think it's a great place to live and grow. Not to mention the location is amazing! Close to all kinds of restaurants, transportation, and shopping centers.
I have been living here since November, 2016. I pay my rent on time. I clean up after my dog. I help my neighbors. I report the sketchy stuff that happens in the back parking lot (drug trades/gun shots, weird vehicles hanging out/etc). I leave doggie bags out for my neighbors when there are none (which is almost always) at the dog park. I am kind to the front office staff. I call in to report that my window has cracked. The manager of the complex is now arguing with me, telling me I am wrong. That my dog broke the window (with her tail...she's 55 lbs. that shouldn't happen). Now he has charged me for a window breaking because my dog's tail hit it(which a dog's tail shouldn't do). I question the safety of the foundation, and he argues with me again. He proceeds to tell me I don't understand or know what I am talking about. Just because I am a woman does not mean I do not understand what double-pained glass is. I also understand what foundation issues are, and the signs for it. I also understand when you have a person under a leasing contract who is always on time with payments in a part of town that does not attract people who can always afford to pay you do not argue and insult the people living on the complex. I am insulted and incredibly frustrated with this complex. The property management company who runs this location should re-evaluate its staff and the guidelines set for people leasing at this location. There are also 6 coyotes you will occasionally see roaming around, and one of my neighbors told me someone in the complex has even been attacked. The apartments are a great price, but the price also indicates a bad neighborhood and poor customer service.
This place has many safety features like coded entry gates, proper lighting and manned patrols at night and that is extremely comforting. The place is always spotless and you feel secure and safe. The management is just not friendly on the surface but are genuinely passionate about their work while always smiling and making one really feel welcomed. The maintenance team take their work very seriously and it shows. Their promptness and alertness is always present even during the after-office hours. Recreational areas like the 2 pools and the Barbecue areas are very well maintained. There's always a warm family friendly atmosphere. I thoroughly inspected the place over a few weeks before making my decision. After having spent so much time researching it in person I can firmly say this place would be absolutely wonderful to live. It's no surprise they don't have many vacancies because most of their residents live for a long time. I especially want to thank Anna O for taking time and never rushing through all the information I needed.
The apartments themselves are really nice and upgraded, the walls in the hallways and doorways could be better maintained. Since the apartments are literally in front of a creek we do have a slight problem with bugs and I've seen about two possums walking around. The front office people are extremely nice! Only thing is that at night time the area isn't that awesome on the connecting streets especially during the summer. But once I get to my apartments I feel a lot safer!
