Situated in western New York on the cusp of Lake Ontario, Rochester holds the title of the state’s third most populous city. Touting a distinct blend of history and innovation, Rochester is filled with historic buildings turned modern lofts and apartments. The University of Rochester as well as Rochester Institute of Technology both contain leading research programs, lending to the city’s educated workforce and prospering future. Prominent figures like Susan B. Anthony and Frederick Douglass once called Rochester home.
Even though it’s a fairly large city, Rochester still holds a small-town vibe. Rochester offers several community events that are widely attended, including the Lilac Festival and the Rochester International Jazz Festival.
The Strong Museum, Memorial Art Gallery, and the George Eastman Museum all feature special exhibits that inspire curiosity. Scenic views await at Highland Park, and residents adore their day trips to the Seneca Park Zoo and Seabreeze Amusement Park.

Property Ratings at Trident Square Apartments
I have lived in the apartment for 3 months now and I am very pleased. I was told by the property manager that I have the largest 1 bedroom in the complex so my apartment is $20 more expensive than the other 1 bedrooms. It is in a perfect location, less than a minute from plenty of stores and within a 5 minute drive of a bunch of restaurants and fast food chains as well as gas stations. Full size appliances including a dishwasher are a great plus. The courtyard and back yard lot are a nice escape from the chaos that can sometimes be Hudson Ave. Unless you're standing at the street watching traffic pass though, you wouldn't realize where you are. Overall a great deal and nice to find a place that accepts pets without a huge fuss! I have a dog and a cat and most of the other tenants have dogs as well. My only suggestion would be for them to fence in the back area so we could let our dogs run free in a mini dog park just for the tenants' pets!
