Nice place to live either single or with a family...great layouts and floorplans and the pools and grilling area are definitely a big plus for friends and family!

My fiancé and I moved here about six months ago and we love it! The only thing we hope is that they will have Fiber internet soon! The community and staff are nice and friendly. Our apartment is spacious and clean. I feel safe in this community.

The apartment or experience will not appear as shown in the ads. The apartments featured do not represent what you will see upon move in. Communication is lacking and issues are not immediately addressed. The grounds are not maintained “dog owners are not picking up after themselves” and we have experienced drug use in the area.

Very convenient location .floor plans are great. prices are sufficient .
Management is always quick to respond to any issue. We were blessed with good quiet neighbors and there’s plenty of space for children to play. The apartments are clean inside and out.

Trilliam is a great place to live. I love it here. The sense of community is great, as well as the amenities and office staff. I would highly recommend it.
I have had an excellent experience with Trilliam. From the moment that I walked in, the Property Manager (Haley) was eager to help me find an apartment that fit my needs. She has been excellent to work with ever since. The leasing consultant, Jamie has been extremely helpful and very nice. The maintenance staff is extremely friendly and on top of any requests. The community is a very cute community. The apartment itself feels like home. I love the floor plan of my apartment.
I lived in these apartment about 18 months. The trash constantly overflowed, the safety railing near stairs were sub-par. They renovated the leasing office to entice potential tenants but minimal upgrades to the apartments themselves. Then there was the roach problem- pest control is additional to the rent but out of the several times requested, the pest control service only came into my unit once. The only thing that saves these apartments is that all the other complexes in Clanton are HOOD. Do better!

Do not live here if you can help it! It was always so hard to get in touch with people! The neighbors are so loud and terrible. I could always smell marijuana through the walls! I NEVER felt safe and when I moved out the workers were SO RUDE! I had to move out due to getting married and had to pay a move out fee! Instead of emailing me and letting me know it had been put on my account or billing it to me they put it on my account without telling me and then when I didn’t pay sent it to a debt collector without any warning! I was so upset! I absolutely would not recommend this place to ANYONE!

I love living at Trilliam. I feel safe especially being a single parent. We love having the pools for recreation.

Trilliam are the best apartments that anyone will find in the Clanton area. I have lived at several apartments over the years and Trilliam has by far been the most enjoyable. The staff is extremely friendly. They are prompt in solving problems and getting answers to you. The maintenance people are extremely friendly and actually know what they are doing, so when you let them in your home to fix something, they can be trusted to fix it correctly the first time. The location is perfect. It is less than 5 minutes from I-65 and is right off of Highway 31. There are several stores within a 5 to 10 minute drive, including the Wal-Mart that is across the street. I feel very safe in this community. I have never had a neighbor make me feel uncomfortable. Everyone is friendly but also stays to themselves. The management team also does a lot for the residents. Some days they have breakfast. There are community events held within the complex just for the residents if they chose to attend. The grounds are always kept up. The maintenance crew can be seen on a regular basis cleaning up and picking up trash in parking lots and in the grass areas. It is also a very quiet community. The residents are respectful of others. I've never heard a car whose music was too loud or loud trucks. You also cannot beat the rent prices. It is an overall good apartment community to live in.
Trilliam Apartments is the perfect place in Clanton to call home! It has beautiful amenities, as well as an always helpful office and maintenance staff! You can tell when people have pride in their job and this staff absolutely does! They work very hard to ensure that everyone that comes in has a pleasant experience.

These apartments are very modern. My family and I really enjoy living at Trilliam Apartment Homes. The management staff really do strive to make it a pleasant experience.
